Real Estate School In Fort Walton Beach, Florida

     I wish we had a real estate school in Ft Walton, Florida.  We do not.  Due to modern technology, we can offer online real estate courses to the citizens of Fort Walton.

The name of this course is FREC course 1 .  This real estate course is required by the Florida Real Estate Commission before you can take your Florida real estate exam and get your Florida real estate license.      This online real estate course is different at different real estate schools.  At a Florida real estate school like Climer School of Real Estate, we teach what is on the Florida real estate exam.  That is all that we teach.  We don't teach anything about community property and dower.  We don't have those things in Florida.
