The Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation will waive the $105 application fee for a Florida real estate license for recent military veterans. Anyone that has been honorably discharged from any branch of the military during the last twenty four months is entitled to a free application to the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation for a Florida real estate license.
This is one way the Florida Real Estate Commission has of saying," Thanks for your service.". Of course the veteran would have to submit the proper documents, DD 214 or NGB 22 . For more details, check the DBPR's website at www.myfloridalicense.com. While you are there, go ahead and apply for a Florida real estate license for free.
Climer School of Real Estate also has a discount on our already low tuition for recent military veterans for the required class. Contact Kathy for details at 407 822 3926 or www.climerrealestateschool.com .
