The Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation has a new attractive offer for recent military veterans. If a recent military veteran wants to apply for a Florida real estate license, the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation will waive the one hundred and five dollar fee that is required for a Florida real estate license.
Here is Joel Roman, a recent U.S. Navy veteran in our pre license class At Climer School of Real Estate we thought we should take a hint from the Department of Business and Professional Regulation. We added a discount for recent military veterans for our pre license course that is required to get your Florida real Estate license. Our tuition is already the cheapest in Orlando. Our Florida pre license course is only $220, which includes the text book. Recent military veterans get it even cheaper than that.
