Students from The Climer School of Real Estate sure seem to pass the Florida Real Estate state exam at a much higher percentage rate than students from the other schools. (and there are so many bad schools out there. All they want to do is take your money or try to recruit you.

 

The December 2020 and the Annual 2020 Calendar Year Florida Real Estate State Exam Performance Summaries from Pearson Vue, the Bureau of Education and Testing, and the Division of Real Estate have been released. The numbers are as bad as usual.

These reports illustrate again why the Climer School of Real Estate truly is the best Real Estate School with the best Real Estate class in Florida. Our students seem to pass the Florida Real Estate state exam at a much higher percentage rate than do students from many other bad schools out there.

The Climer School of Real Estate is fully approved and sanctioned by the Florida Real Estate Commission (FREC), the Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR), and the Florida Division of Real Estate (DRE).

DECEMBER 2020 FLORIDA SALES ASSOCIATE REAL ESTATE LICENSE EXAM PERFORMANCE

3,723 individuals to the Florida Real Estate state exam for the very first time between December 1 and December 31 of 2020. Of this number only 1,786 of them passed while 1,937 of them failed. This is a very poor passing rate of 48% with a scary failure rate of 52%.

3,403 people took the Florida State Real Estate exam for a second or for a repeated time. Only 1,034 of them passed while a whopping 2,369 of them failed. This is a pathetic passing rate of only 30% with a terrible failure rate of 70%.

I feel that if all the students who chose other schools knew how we do things so differently and purposefully at the Climer School of Real Estate, we would put all the other schools out of business. We are the only school that uses our trademarked and patent-pending PASS F.A.S.T.™ system and technology that helps adult students pass multiple choice-based state licensing examinations faster and easier. And the proof is in the results.

CY 2020 FLORIDA SALES ASSOCIATE REAL ESTATE LICENSE EXAM PERFORMANCE

The performance results of the Florida Real Estate sales associate license examination over the course of the entire calendar year of 2020 between January 1 and December 31 is bad as well. 31,964 people took the Florida Sales Associates License Real Estate state exam for the very first time. Of this large number only 16,371 of them pass this exam while 15,593 of them failed it. Unfortunately, this is a passing percentage of 51% with a failing percentage of 49%. I think this is horrible.

27,323 people took this same exam for a second or for a repeated time after they Artie failed at least one time. Only 8,899 of them passed however 18,424 of them failed. This is a passing rate of 33% and a failure rate of 67%. This is horrible.

I feel very bad for all the students who did not choose to attend the Climer School Real Estate. Many of them fail their state exam miserably because they were not prepared for the exam as well as they could have been if they had come here. I really feel like if everybody knew how differently we do things at the Climer School, we would put all the other Real Estate schools out of business. It makes me sad that so many other students are wasting their time and their money.

If you are interested, test takers taking the Florida Real Estate Brokers license state examination did not do much better.

DECEMBER 2020 FLORIDA BROKERS REAL ESTATE LICENSE EXAM PERFORMANCE

In December 2020, 354 individuals took their Florida Real Estate Broker’s license exam for the very first time. Only 208 of them pass and146 of them failed this is a passing rate of 59% with a failing rate of 41%. I still think this is poor.

314 people took his same Florida Real Estate Brokers license exam for a second timer for a repeated time. Only 96 of them passed while 218 of them failed. This is a passing rate of only 31% with a failure rate of 69%. Again, terrible.

CY 2020 FLORIDA BROKERS REAL ESTATE LICENSE EXAM PERFORMANCE

The Florida Brokers Real Estate license exam performance summary numbers for the calendar year 2020 are not better. In 2020, 2,725 people took the Florida Real Estate Brokers exam at Pearson view for the very first time. 1,549 of them passed while 1,176 of them failed. This is a passing rate of 57% with a failure rate of 43%. I just do not think this is a good statistic.

2,096 people took this same Brokers license exam for second time or for repeated time. Only 741 of them passed and 1,355 of them failed. This is a passing rate of only 35% with a failure rate of only 65%.

The Newest Statistics Prove the Real Estate Exam Is Still Tricky.

The Pass-Fail Numbers are as Bad as Usual.

The Bureau of Education and Training and Pearson Vue have released the Pass-Fail Performance Numbers for January 2018 for the Florida Real Estate Sales Associate License State Exam.

As the Permit Holder for The Climer School of Real Estate, I receive the Pearson Vue, Bureau of Education and Testing,  Division of Real Estate’s Monthly Exam Performance Summary every month.

Unfortunately for many Real Estate license test takers the news is bad again. The Passing rates are still very low, and the Failure rates are still very high.

`These numbers continue to prove my belief that the question writers and the test are working harder at tricking test takers into a wrong answer and in failing than in testing their knowledge.

If I could change this, I would. Since I have absolutely no influence here, I must work with what they give me. This is why the Climer School of Real Estate is so much better than all the other schools. 

We are the only Real Estate class in Florida that teaches our students how to beat the state exam at its own game in addition to some of the information in the book.

Sales Associate License Exam Performance Summary

The Best Real Estate Class in Florida

In January of 2019, 2,203 individuals took the Florida Real Estate exam for the first time. Of this number, only 1,050 of them passed while 1,153 of them failed.

This is a passing rate of 48% and a failing rate of 52%. Oddly this is the same as usual. The passing rate should be much higher.

2,782 took the same Real Estate test for a second or for a repeated time. Only 840 of the passed while 1,942 of them failed.

This is a pass rate of 30% and a fail rate of 70%. Not only the same as usual but terrible.

Brokers License Exam Performance Summary

The Best Brokers License Class in Florida

Brokers applicants did not do much better. In January 2019, 198 took the Florida broker’s license state test for the first time. Of this number, 112 of them passed and 86 of them failed.

This is a passing rate of 57% and a failing rate of 43%.

163 people took the Florida broker’s license state exam for a second or for a repeated time. Only 66 of them passed while 97 of them failed.

This is a pass rate of 30% and a fail rate of 70%.

The October 2018 Florida Real Estate Exam Performance Summary Report

The numbers are as dismal, just like always.

If more people attended The Climer School of Real Estate for their Florida Real Estate License class instead of so many of the other terrible discount schools out there who just want the money, the passing rate numbers might be much higher.

The, FREC, the DRE and the Bureau of Education and Testing (BET) (part of the DBPR) just released the Exam Performance Summary for the Florida Real Estate licensing exams that are given at Pearson Vue in Florida for the entire calendar month of October 2018 have been published. The numbers are terrible and essentially the same as they have been for every other month.

This is a difficult exam to pass. It is my opinion that the people who write the exam questions and who administer the test are working harder at tricking test takers into wrong answers than they are in testing their knowledge. I would not do this. It is not the right thing to do. However, I am not one of the decision-makers in the process.

I also believe this is one of the reasons why The Climer School of Real Estate is thought of by so many as the best Real Estate school in central Florida. We focus more on teaching our students how to beat the state exam than in teaching every single piece of information in the book. According to my information, eating what I heard from hundreds and hundreds of students at other schools and from instructors whose work other schools is that most of the other schools and Real Estate instructors get up from the students, read the book or the PowerPoint slides to them, call that instructing, and work at teaching them to be experts in the textbook.

This is not what we do at The Climer School of Real Estate. We certainly don’t read the book PowerPoint slides for students. We will not be trying to make you an expert in the textbook. That is our job not yours.

We are also the only Real Estate School that uses the ‘PASS F.A.S.T.™. Teaching System that allows Adults to pass state multiple-choice licensing examinations easier and faster.

However, when you make a decision to choose a school like us, The Climer School of Real Estate, you will be much better off than if you choose one of the many other extremely bad schools out there.

No one realizes that there is no requirement to be a good Licensed Real Estate Instructor or even know what you are doing or know what you are talking about. All you must do is pass another state exam. Too many people start teaching Real Estate because they think it’s just easy money and all they have to do is have Licenses and they can read the book like everybody else. And too many Brokers start Real Estate school because they think is easy money and it’s a recruiting opportunity. I urge you not to go to a school like this. They may be fantastic at Real Estate sales and training you to be a great Real Estate Agent, but they know absolutely nothing about teaching for the Real Estate state exam. Please do not be fooled by a seemingly pleasant personality.

In October 2018, from October 1 to October 31, 3237 individuals took the Florida DBPR Real Estate state exam for the very first time. Only 50% of them passed. This means that 50% of that number failed or 1611. Only 1626 of them passed.

In the same month of October 3388 individuals took the Florida Real Estate state exam for second time were for a repeated time because they Artie felt that at least once. Only 31% of them passed or 1062 of them, while 69% of it again or 2326 of them.

This is just awful. I personally believe it’s because so many of them are going to horrible and terrible schools. There either cut rate and discount and the information is bad or their going to someone who has no idea what you just wanted to take your money, or it’s a school started by a Broker who just wants to recruit them and really don’t care about the quality of the instruction.

Brokers didn’t have much better. In October 2018, 256 individuals took the Florida Real Estate Brokers License state exam for the first time. 64% of them or 163 people passed while 36% or 93 of them failed.

201 people took the Florida Brokers License exam for a second time or for repeated time because they had already failed it at least once. Only 39% of them or 78 people passed. 61% of them or 123 of failed.

I really believe these are terrible numbers and more people should be pass. But as I said before the questions work harder at tricking test takers into wrong answers than testing their knowledge.

This is precisely why you want to attend The Climer School of Real Estate. This is such an important step. Just pass your state exam one time and you never have to do it again. You are able to start the very next day working on a six-figure income. But you do have to pass the state exam one time and that is not an easy thing to do.

     Get a list of your two hundred closest friends.  Send them a Ijustgotintorealestate letter.  You know at least two hundred people that would recognize your name if you mailed them a card or letter.  Who is on that list?  Your parents, your kids, your uncles, your aunts, your ex's, your neighbors, your old co workers, your architect, your barber, your chiropractor, your dentist, your equestrian trainer, your farrier, your grocer, your haberdasher, your instructor, your jeweler, your knife sharpener, your landscaper, you masseuse, your nurse, your optician, your plumber, your quilter, your roofer, your stockbroker, your teacher, your undertaker, your valentine, your weatherman, your xylophone player, your zookeeper. 

     Every person you can think of should be on that list.  If you are in a service club, send them a letter.  If you go to church, send the membership a card.  If you are a member of a country club, send the other members a card.  Anyone you know should be on that list and get a letter.

     What does this card or letter say?  It simply says " I have just started in real estate and if you know someone that wants to buy or sell, please call me". 

     I am a sales trainer. I love to teach.  A long time ago when I was much younger, I was a sales trainer for ERA real estate.  I taught a five day sales training class for real estate rookies.  Since I was a employee of ERA, I was required to teach what they told me to teach.  One segment of that class was cold calling.  I never cold called  when I was a real estate agent.  I didn't like cold calling.  It was in the curriculum so I was bound to teach it. 

     One day I was visiting in the office of one of our ERA brokers and he told me this story.

     He told me one day he was walking through the office and there was one of his new agents that had just finished my class.  She was about fifty years old and she was talking on the phone with tears running down her face. The broker asked her what she was doing and she said she was cold calling people from the cross reference book like Ron had taught her in sales training school.  It was pretty obvious that she was not having fun.. The broker took the cross reference book off the desk and threw it in the trash can.  He asked her if she had a appointment address book in her purse.  She did.  He told her to start calling all her friends in her address book and tell them she just got into real estate. 

     He told me every time he walked by her desk, she was laughing and talking on the phone.  She was catching up with old friends.  Next month she was the number one listing agent  in the office.  That was probably beginner's luck. 

     Send out those two hundred cards.  This is solid gold.  There are other ways to prospect and maybe there are better ways to prospect.  This is what you need to do first.  Did I say first?

     Save that list.  You will need it again in six months.
