The December 2020 and the Annual 2020 Calendar Year Florida Real Estate State Exam Performance Summaries from Pearson Vue, the Bureau of Education and Testing, and the Division of Real Estate have been released. The numbers are as bad as usual.

These reports illustrate again why the Climer School of Real Estate truly is the best Real Estate School with the best Real Estate class in Florida. Our students seem to pass the Florida Real Estate state exam at a much higher percentage rate than do students from many other bad schools out there.

The Climer School of Real Estate is fully approved and sanctioned by the Florida Real Estate Commission (FREC), the Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR), and the Florida Division of Real Estate (DRE).

DECEMBER 2020 FLORIDA SALES ASSOCIATE REAL ESTATE LICENSE EXAM PERFORMANCE

3,723 individuals to the Florida Real Estate state exam for the very first time between December 1 and December 31 of 2020. Of this number only 1,786 of them passed while 1,937 of them failed. This is a very poor passing rate of 48% with a scary failure rate of 52%.

3,403 people took the Florida State Real Estate exam for a second or for a repeated time. Only 1,034 of them passed while a whopping 2,369 of them failed. This is a pathetic passing rate of only 30% with a terrible failure rate of 70%.

I feel that if all the students who chose other schools knew how we do things so differently and purposefully at the Climer School of Real Estate, we would put all the other schools out of business. We are the only school that uses our trademarked and patent-pending PASS F.A.S.T.™ system and technology that helps adult students pass multiple choice-based state licensing examinations faster and easier. And the proof is in the results.

CY 2020 FLORIDA SALES ASSOCIATE REAL ESTATE LICENSE EXAM PERFORMANCE

The performance results of the Florida Real Estate sales associate license examination over the course of the entire calendar year of 2020 between January 1 and December 31 is bad as well. 31,964 people took the Florida Sales Associates License Real Estate state exam for the very first time. Of this large number only 16,371 of them pass this exam while 15,593 of them failed it. Unfortunately, this is a passing percentage of 51% with a failing percentage of 49%. I think this is horrible.

27,323 people took this same exam for a second or for a repeated time after they Artie failed at least one time. Only 8,899 of them passed however 18,424 of them failed. This is a passing rate of 33% and a failure rate of 67%. This is horrible.

I feel very bad for all the students who did not choose to attend the Climer School Real Estate. Many of them fail their state exam miserably because they were not prepared for the exam as well as they could have been if they had come here. I really feel like if everybody knew how differently we do things at the Climer School, we would put all the other Real Estate schools out of business. It makes me sad that so many other students are wasting their time and their money.

If you are interested, test takers taking the Florida Real Estate Brokers license state examination did not do much better.

DECEMBER 2020 FLORIDA BROKERS REAL ESTATE LICENSE EXAM PERFORMANCE

In December 2020, 354 individuals took their Florida Real Estate Broker’s license exam for the very first time. Only 208 of them pass and146 of them failed this is a passing rate of 59% with a failing rate of 41%. I still think this is poor.

314 people took his same Florida Real Estate Brokers license exam for a second timer for a repeated time. Only 96 of them passed while 218 of them failed. This is a passing rate of only 31% with a failure rate of 69%. Again, terrible.

CY 2020 FLORIDA BROKERS REAL ESTATE LICENSE EXAM PERFORMANCE

The Florida Brokers Real Estate license exam performance summary numbers for the calendar year 2020 are not better. In 2020, 2,725 people took the Florida Real Estate Brokers exam at Pearson view for the very first time. 1,549 of them passed while 1,176 of them failed. This is a passing rate of 57% with a failure rate of 43%. I just do not think this is a good statistic.

2,096 people took this same Brokers license exam for second time or for repeated time. Only 741 of them passed and 1,355 of them failed. This is a passing rate of only 35% with a failure rate of only 65%.

My name is Andy Brown. I'm one of the owners of The Climer School of Real Estate, the Best Real Estate School in Florida, and I'm also the Director of Education and Training. I wanted to take a moment to let you know how exactly do you get a Real Estate license in Florida.

Minimum Requirements

First and foremost, the minimum requirements are as follows: You must be at least 18 years old, You musthave a social security number, You must have to have a high school diploma or equivalent, which in this country is a GED, You must be honest, truthful, trustworthy, and of good character.

Apply to the state of Florida

Next, you have to apply to the state of Florida for a Real Estate License. Go to the DBPR website. That is the Department of Business and Professional Regulation. Their website is www.myFloridalicense.com. You have to apply for a license. Click ‘real estate’ under Businesses and Professions or ‘apply for a new license’ on the home page. Either one will take you there. You are then going to click apply for a new license and initial sales associate license.

Background Information

You have to fill it out, there's background information questions. They're going to ask you if have you ever been found guilty, pled guilty, convicted of, or pled no contest to a felony or misdemeanor, anything other than a minor traffic violation. You have to be very honest with these answers because they're going to find out.

Application Fee

You also have to pay an application fee, which is about $84, not very much.

Fingerprinting

You have to get your fingerprints taken. It needs to be from someone who knows what they're doing like our guy at the Climer School. He gives our students a discount. Your fingerprints must to be attached to a very special number when they are uploaded.

Your fingerprints are not sent to Tallahassee. They don't go to the DBPR. They go to the FBI, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, and they go to the FDLE. the Florida Department of Law Enforcement.

They do criminal background checks on you, and then they send those reports to the DBPR where they match those reports against the way you answered your questions on your application, so they're going to find out.

They're going to review everything and as long as everything looks good and proper, you are going to receive your approval to take the state exam and get your license.

63 Hour Sales Associate Pre-License Class

In the meantime, you must take a mandatory class called the 63 hour sales associate pre-license course. That's what we do better than anyone in Florida. It's 60 hours in the classroom in a three-hour end of course exam. We teach you everything that you need to know to pass or even beat the state exam.

You must score a 70 or better on a 100 question, multiple choice exam, to pass my class exam.

When you pass the class exam, you get a certificate with your name and my signature. Then you get to go to Pearson Vue and take your state exam.

State Exam at Pearson Vue

Now, be careful. You can sign up to take your state exam before you even register for a class like ours.

How? Because you've received your approval from the state of Florida so you can sign up for your state exam. You cannot take the state exam until you prove that you passed my class exam with a certificate we send you with your name and my signature on it.

The Florida Real Estate state exam at Pearson Vue is a little under $37 and you want to pass it on your first try. It's multiple choice. There's 100 graded questions, but there's three fake questions. They don't tell you which ones they are, but they're not graded. You get three and a half hours.

When You Pass

If you pass, you don't get your score, it just says ''PASS' and you don't get your score. If you fail, you get your score.

You need a 75 or better to pass the state exam and when you pass, you do not get your score. A 75 is as good as 100!

One of the things we believe at the Climer School of Real Estate is that 95% of the textbook goes away after you pass your test. It has nothing to do with your real life career.

You don't want to try to be an expert in the textbook. You don't want to be the best student in class. Don't be an overachiever or a perfectionist.

You just need to pass one time and you can start the very next day working on a 6 Figure income career.

How about another little secret to passing the state exam? This is one of my hacks to help my students pass the state exam on their first try. 

We do not make an expert in the book like other schools do. We do not read the book to you like the other schools do. We make them an expert beating the state exam at its own game. This is extremely important. 

Real Estate State Exam Hack

Here is a little secret to pass the exam on you first try. Never add information to the question. Every single bit of information that you need to answer that question is in the question. As soon as you start adding information to help the question writer with what you think they meant or what you think they left out, that is a guaranteed sign you're going in the wrong direction. Everything is there. 

You would be surprised at how many times students start adding information. “Well, I am pretty sure this is what they meant.” Do not do it. Adding information to the question is a sure sign that you are going off into the wrong direction.

Alright, there's reasons for that. Now, I'm gonna share with you a little secret a little hack. 

This will help you with some of the questions that Pearson VUE. You're going to get to a point where, you're just, you're going to look and you got rid of two, there are still two answers left and You just can't make up your mind. 

They are both so close and they both seem right. 

Think about it this way: The only people in the world that the Florida Real Estate Commission cares about, is the general public. Trust me, they don't care about you. They don't care about me. Not at all.

Only the consumers, only the public. So, if you've limited two and you can't figure it out, and especially if this is a question about the law or a legal thing or a situation and if it's a question between a Real Estate licensee of any type and a consumer, pick the one that protects the consumer more. 

I essentially guarantee you that it is the right answer. 

If it's a question between a broker and an associate of any kind, pick the answer that protects the broker more because they don't care about associates at all. Everything is about the broker.

We are very blessed at the Climer School of Real Estate, the best Real Estate school in Florida. We have large classes and we extract amazing and extraordinary students.
Most Real Estate schools would give their right arm to have as many students in their class as we have in our smallest classes.

Additionally, the way that we do things at the Climer School creates amazing energy and connectedness. Everybody feels it. Everybody wants to be a part of it and be in it.


 Recently at the Florida Real Estate Commission (FREC) meeting, one of the commissioners stated publicly that there were two schools in Orlando that were


1. begging brokers to come in and recruit during lunch and

2. illegally allowing the brokers to recruit their students


 This commissioner said he was going to immediately get an investigator in there to review these illegal practices. I feel sorry for these two schools. It is so easy to do things the right way.


 Florida statute 61J2-17.015 clearly states that it is a violation to recruit during instructional time and that is not allowed. It also says that if students with any violation, they need to report it immediately, and that this must be posted in every classroom.

This is exactly why you don’t want to go to a Real Estate school that is owned and run and managed by a brokerage. The only reason why they have the Real Estate school is for recruiting purposes. They’re probably not even a good school. They are more focused on recruiting new agents and selling Real Estate than in true Real Estate licensing education. 


I’ve been saying this for years and yet students still go to schools that are owned and run and managed by Real Estate brokerages. The Climer School Real Estate is not a brokerage.



We do what we do better than anyone else in the entire state of Florida. Teach and train our students to beat the state exam at their own game quickly and easily. Then they can start making money, have fun and begin to learn what they really need to know for their Real Estate career.


 The Climer School Real Estate operates like Switzerland regarding recruiters and recruiting brokers. We are not connected to any Real Estate company or broker. Anyone and everyone are allowed to come and speak to our students at the main campus location in Orlando as long as they adhere to a few simple rules:


1. we have learned the hard way that the speaker needs to be either a broker, an official recruiter, or an old friend that I’ve known for a long time in the Real Estate community.


2. If they are affiliated with another Real Estate school, they are not allowed in speech or students and


3. They are not allowed to mention the name of any other Real Estate school


4. They must respect the time limitations as mandated Florida Real Estate Commission


5. Their recruiting must been done before class starts in the morning or during lunch.



 If they voluntarily request to come during the lunch break, they always bring lunch for the student who stay.


We have never and will never tell any broker or recruiter that they must bring food if you want to talk to our students. They bring lunch because they know the students are on their lunch break and they are hungry. They know that if they do not bring lunch, the students will leave and go get lunch. This would defeat the purpose for being there.



 We have had a few recruiters and brokers violate our rules. Sometimes they get a second chance and sometimes they don’t. They have not been allowed to come back. It is very simple.


 We love the fact that so many different and such a wide variety of representatives of the Real Estate industry come and speak to our students. Picking your first broker is one of the most important decisions you will ever make. Every broker, every office, every company, every system is different. You must pick the one that is the most right for you.

The Bureau of Education and Training and Pearson Vue have released the Pass-Fail Performance Numbers for January 2018 for the Florida Real Estate Sales Associate License State Exam.


First, if you are thinking about getting your Brokers License, The Climer School of Real Estate is starting a Broker's Pre-License Class Monday February 17th, 2020. This is the best Brokers License Class in Florida.


If you live in the East Orlando area or the UCF area, we are starting a real estate class in Waterford Lakes also on Monday February 17th, 2020.

If you live in the Mount Dora or Lake County area, we are starting a real estate class in Mount Dora on Monday, February 24th, 2020.

 As the Permit Holder for The Climer School of Real Estate, I receive the Pearson Vue, Bureau of Education and Testing Division of Real Estate’s Monthly Exam Performance Summary every month.



Unfortunately for many Real Estate license test takers the news is bad again. The Passing rates are still very low, and the Failure rates are still very high. These numbers continue to prove my belief that the question writers and the test are working harder at tricking test takers into a wrong answer and in failing than in testing their knowledge.



If I could change this, I would. I work with what they give me. This is why the Climer School of Real Estate is so much better than all the other real estate schools. We are the only Real Estate class in Florida that teaches our students how to beat the state exam at its own game in addition to some of the information in the book.

Sales Associate License Exam Performance Summary

In January of 2020, 2,540 individuals took the Florida Real Estate exam for the first time. Of this number, only 1,282 of them passed while 1,1258 of them failed.


This is a passing rate of 50% and a failing rate of 50%. Oddly this is the same as usual. The passing rate should be much higher.


2,828 took the same Real Estate test for a second or for a repeated time. Only 905 of the passed while 1,923 of them failed.


This is a pass rate of 32% and a fail rate of 68%. Not only the same as usual but terrible.

Brokers License Exam Performance Summary

Brokers applicants did not do much better. In January 2020, 223 took the Florida broker’s license state test for the first time. Of this number, 120 of them passed and 103 of them failed.


This is a passing rate of 54% and a failing rate of 46%.


223 people took the Florida broker’s license state exam for a second or for a repeated time. Only 81 of them passed while 152 of them failed.


This is a pass rate of 35% and a fail rate of 65%.
