The 2020 Annual and the December 2020 Monthly Pearson Vue Real Estate Exam Performance Summary Reports

The 2020 Annual and the December 2020 Monthly Pearson Vue Real Estate Exam Performance Summary Reports

Welcome to The Climer School of Real Estate, the Best Real Estate School in Florida

You can get your Real Estate License with us and the schedules are at the end.

Students from The Climer School of Real Estate sure seem to pass the Florida Real Estate state exam at a much higher percentage rate than students from the other schools. (and there are so many bad schools out there. All they want to do is take your money or try to recruit you.

climer school of real estate, the best real estate school in florida

The December 2020 and the Annual 2020 Calendar Year Florida Real Estate State Exam Performance Summaries from Pearson Vue, the Bureau of Education and Testing, and the Division of Real Estate have been released. The numbers are as bad as usual.

These reports illustrate again why the Climer School of Real Estate truly is the best Real Estate School with the best Real Estate class in Florida. Our students seem to pass the Florida Real Estate state exam at a much higher percentage rate than do students from many other bad schools out there.

The Climer School of Real Estate is fully approved and sanctioned by the Florida Real Estate Commission (FREC), the Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR), and the Florida Division of Real Estate (DRE).

DECEMBER 2020 FLORIDA SALES ASSOCIATE REAL ESTATE LICENSE EXAM PERFORMANCE

climer school of real estate, the best real estate school in florida

3,723 individuals to the Florida Real Estate state exam for the very first time between December 1 and December 31 of 2020. Of this number only 1,786 of them passed while 1,937 of them failed. This is a very poor passing rate of 48% with a scary failure rate of 52%.

3,403 people took the Florida State Real Estate exam for a second or for a repeated time. Only 1,034 of them passed while a whopping 2,369 of them failed. This is a pathetic passing rate of only 30% with a terrible failure rate of 70%.

I feel that if all the students who chose other schools knew how we do things so differently and purposefully at the Climer School of Real Estate, we would put all the other schools out of business. We are the only school that uses our trademarked and patent-pending PASS F.A.S.T.™ system and technology that helps adult students pass multiple choice-based state licensing examinations faster and easier. And the proof is in the results.

CY 2020 FLORIDA SALES ASSOCIATE REAL ESTATE LICENSE EXAM PERFORMANCE

climer school of real estate, the best real estate school in florida

The performance results of the Florida Real Estate sales associate license examination over the course of the entire calendar year of 2020 between January 1 and December 31 is bad as well. 31,964 people took the Florida Sales Associates License Real Estate state exam for the very first time. Of this large number only 16,371 of them pass this exam while 15,593 of them failed it. Unfortunately, this is a passing percentage of 51% with a failing percentage of 49%. I think this is horrible.

27,323 people took this same exam for a second or for a repeated time after they Artie failed at least one time. Only 8,899 of them passed however 18,424 of them failed. This is a passing rate of 33% and a failure rate of 67%. This is horrible.

I feel very bad for all the students who did not choose to attend the Climer School Real Estate. Many of them fail their state exam miserably because they were not prepared for the exam as well as they could have been if they had come here. I really feel like if everybody knew how differently we do things at the Climer School, we would put all the other Real Estate schools out of business. It makes me sad that so many other students are wasting their time and their money.

If you are interested, test takers taking the Florida Real Estate Brokers license state examination did not do much better.

DECEMBER 2020 FLORIDA BROKERS REAL ESTATE LICENSE EXAM PERFORMANCE

In December 2020, 354 individuals took their Florida Real Estate Broker’s license exam for the very first time. Only 208 of them pass and146 of them failed this is a passing rate of 59% with a failing rate of 41%. I still think this is poor.

314 people took his same Florida Real Estate Brokers license exam for a second timer for a repeated time. Only 96 of them passed while 218 of them failed. This is a passing rate of only 31% with a failure rate of 69%. Again, terrible.

CY 2020 FLORIDA BROKERS REAL ESTATE LICENSE EXAM PERFORMANCE

The Florida Brokers Real Estate license exam performance summary numbers for the calendar year 2020 are not better. In 2020, 2,725 people took the Florida Real Estate Brokers exam at Pearson view for the very first time. 1,549 of them passed while 1,176 of them failed. This is a passing rate of 57% with a failure rate of 43%. I just do not think this is a good statistic.

2,096 people took this same Brokers license exam for second time or for repeated time. Only 741 of them passed and 1,355 of them failed. This is a passing rate of only 35% with a failure rate of only 65%.

More proof of why The Climer School of Real Estate is the Best Real Estate School in Central Florida

More proof of why The Climer School of Real Estate is the best real estate school in central Florida – The Bureau of Education & Testing’s DBPR Real Estate License Numbers and Exam Performance with The Climer School of Real Estate February 2016

The Florida Bureau of Education and Testing has released the February 2016 Exam Performance Summary and its other numbers for the Florida Real Estate License Exams

More proof of why The Climer School of Real Estate is widely considered to be the very best real estate school in central Florida. The February 2016 Exam Performance Numbers are really no different than they normally are.

The Climer School of Real Estate is the Best Real Estate School in central Florida!

While there are no hard facts to support this, subjective data based on emails from Climer School students including what they are told by certain staffers seem to indicate that Climer School students pass the Florida Real Estate Exam on their first try at a much higher rate than do other test takers.

It is so important to pick a good school and there are a lot of terrible horrible schools out there. Believe me, many of their students end up in my 2 Day State Exam Review Class so I know exactly what is going on out there.

Head Instructor Andy Brown, the Best Real Estate Instructor in central Florida, not only prepares his students to pass the real estate exam on their first try better than anyone else, he teaches numerous techniques that help his students beat the state exam question writers. All of his instructors are trained this way. You can’t afford not to come to The Climer School.

We are having a “Spring Special” for the month of April. Sign up now

The Florida 63 Hour Sales Associate Pre-License Class!

Here are many numbers to support this: In February 2016; 2,591 people took the Florida Real Estate Sales Associate Exam for the very first time. 1,357 passed and 1,234 failed. This represents a 52% Passing rate and a 48% Failing rate. Nothing new. 2,644 people took this exam for a second or for a repeated time. 933 passed and 1,711 failed. This is a 35% Passing rate and a 65% Failing rate. Again, nothing new.

176 people took the Real Estate Broker’s Exam for the first time 93 passed and 83 failed. This is a 53% Passing rate and a 47% Failing rate. 172 people took the Broker’s Exam for a second or a repeated time and 65 passed and 107 failed. This is a 38% Passing rate and a 62% Failing rate.

The Instructor hopefuls did even worse, again. 7 people took their Instructor’s exam for the first time. Only 2 passed and 5 failed for a 29% pass rate and a 71% fail rate, AGAIN. Another 3 people tried this exam for a second or a repeated time. Only none of them passed and 3 of them failed for a 0% pass rate and a 100% fail rate.

It is very interesting to me that the numbers stay so much the same. Doesn’t it make sense that if the Florida Real Estate Commission and the Bureau of Education and Testing wanted the passing numbers to be higher, then they would be higher. This is why so many people go to The Climer School of Real Estate when they want to give themselves the best chance possible of passing their exam on their first try.

There are a lot of reasons why The Climer School of Real Estate is the Best Real Estate School in Florida. By the way, on March 19, 2016; Pearson Vue started charging you $36.75 for each of your Sales Associates and Broker examinations. Make sure you pass on your first try!

This must be a great time to get into real estate. As of February 2016, there is a grand total of 164,047 Active Sales Associate licenses, 19,390 Active Broker Associates, and 39,476 Active Brokers. 75,193 Sales Associates are currently voluntarily inactive, 16,591 are involuntarily inactive, 111 are on suspension, 28 are on a probationary status, and 207 are in military status. 5,532 Broker Associates are voluntary inactive and 1,437 are involuntary inactive. 3,901 Brokers are voluntary inactive and 2,380 are involuntary inactive. There are 715 active real estate instructors, 198 are voluntary inactive, and 124 are involuntary inactive. There is actually one instructor on probation In February 2016, 48 complaints were received. Of the current caseload, 21 complaints were found to be ‘Legally Sufficient’, 21 investigations were completed, and 20 ‘Cease & Desist’ orders were issued. There are 322 Active Real Estate schools, 1 is on suspension, and 116 are involuntary inactive. The total number in February 2016 are 268 total complaints received and being reviewed, 479 total current investigations, 4 FREC investigations that are over 365 days old, and a total of 36 Investigators.

The Escrow Account Auditing Investigating Sections report for February 2016 is still not available however last month there were 13 escrow account investigations in February 2016 and 11 escrow account audits. By the way, there were 555 total inspections and 301 audits in 2015. Since the number of licensees and Brokers has increased, I expect the number of complaints and investigations to go up correspondingly.

Did you know that The Climer School of Real Estate now has a 2 Day Accelerated Sales Associate Pre-License Class? If you have a limited amount of time and have a high degree of self-discipline and the ability to self-study, then this class may be for you. Call us to find out more information.

The December 2015 -The Florida DBPR – Pearson Vue Real Estate Exam Pass Fail Summary from The Climer School of Real Estate

The December 2015 -The Florida DBPR – Pearson Vue Real Estate Exam Pass Fail Summary

The December 2015 and The DBPR – Pearson Vue Real Estate Exam Monthly Pass Fail Rate from The Climer School of Real Estate, the Best Real Estate License School in Florida.

Pearson Vue and the Department of Business and Professional Regulation have published the Real Estate Exam Performance Summary for December of 2015. Sadly, not much has changed.

From December 1, 2015 through December 31st 2015, a total of 2,718 people took the Florida sales associate real estate exam for their first time. 1,453 passed and 1,265 failed. This is a pass rate of only 53% and a fail rate of 47%.

2,585 people took their Florida sales associate real estate exam for a second or for a repeated time. A total of 880 passed and 1,705 failed. This is a pass rate of only 34% and a fail rate of 66%.

Why are the Pass Fail rates the way they are? I believe that the state of Florida and the Department of Business and Professional Regulation (the DBPR) want these pass fail rates. The data base is too high. Every single month, we have approximately a 50% pass rate. Month in and month out we have a 32% to a 38% pass rate for individuals who taken the exam more than once. This means that every single month, 62% to 68% of test takers fail the exam again, and they have already seen it at least once.

In December 2015, 242 people took their Florida real estate broker exam for the first time. 131 of them passed and 111 of them failed. This is a pass rate of 54% and a fail rate of 46%.

223 people took their Florida real estate broker exam for a second or for a repeated time. 101 of them passed and 122 of them failed. This is a pass rate of 45% and a fail rate of 55%.

Once again, this is about the same pass fail percentage rates as always. It's not that the content is difficult, it's that the way the state words the questions are so tricky.

Andy Brown, Head Instructor at the Climer School of Real Estate in Orlando, teaches his students that once you are sitting at your kiosk at Pearson Vue in the testing center, the content that you know is only half of the battle. Beating the state exam test makers at their game is the other half.

Andy Brown teaches his students his proprietary “Tricks, Tips, and Techniques” to beat the state exam. These are very powerful and esoteric techniques. And he and his students continually achieve outstanding results. There are many reasons why Andy Brown is considered the best real estate instructor in Florida.

And by the way, the pass fail rates for individuals taking their Florida real estate instructors license exam is not much better. As an example in December 2015, 5 people took the instructors license exam for the first time. 2 people passed and 3 people failed. This is a pass rate of 40% and a fail rate of 60%. 2 people took the Florida real estate instructors exam for a second or for a repeated time. 2 of them passed and none of them failed.

Are you thinking of getting your Florida real estate sales associate or broker’s license? If you are, then you owe it to yourself to give yourself the best chance possible of passing the state exam on your first try.

The best way to do this is to take one of Andy Brown's classes at the Climer School of Real Estate. Oddly enough, those individuals who are trying to get a Florida real state license through mutual recognition and you only have to take it easy on the Florida real estate laws and rules are doing a little bit better but that is better as I think they should be doing. I think at the very least these pass fail rates should be more like what the sales associate and meet broker exam pass fail rates reflect.

That's just me. I love helping people pass the state exam. That's how I built my reputation and why my reputation is as good as it is. Let me help you pass your state exam on your first try.

Register online for one of my classes at www.ClimerRealEstateSchool.com or call us at the school at 407-822-3926. You will be so glad that you did.

Understanding the September 2015 Florida Real Estate License Exam Performance Statistics!

Understanding the September 2015 Florida Real Estate License Exam Performance Statistics

Florida Real Estate License September 2015 Exam Performance Summary with The Climer School, the Best Real Estate License School in Florida

The Florida Real Estate License September 2015 Exam Performance Summary at Pearson Vue was released and published by the Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR) and the Bureau of Education and Testing (BET).

The results are still dismal. Fortunately, Andy Brown, the Best Real Estate Instructor in Florida, teaches at The Climer School of Real Estate

The Climer School of Real Estate is The Best Real Estate School in Florida

Three thousand and forty nine (3049) people took the Florida Sales Associate Exam for the very first time. One thousand five hundred and sixty two (1562) passed and one thousand four hundred and eighty seven (1487) failed it.

This is a passing rate of only fifty one percent (51%) and a failing rate of forty nine percent (49%).

In September, three thousand one hundred and seventy three (3173) people took their Florida Sales Associate Exam for a second or for a repeated time. One thousand and seventy eight (1078) passed it and two thousand and ninety five (2095) failed it.

This is an appalling passing rate of only thirty four percent (34%) and a failing rate of sixty six percent (66%).

The Florida Real Estate Brokers did not do much better. Two hundred and forty eight people took their Florida Real Estate Brokers Exam for the very first time. Only one hundred and forty three (143) people passed this test while one hundred and five (105) people failed it.

This is a passing rate of fifty eight percent (58%) and a failing rate of forty two percent (42%).

Two hundred and forty (240) people took the Florida Real Estate Brokers Exam for a second or for a repeated time. Eighty eight (88) passed it and one hundred and fifty two people (152) failed it.

This is a passing rate of only thirty seven percent (37%) and a failing rate of sixty three percent (63%).

The Florida Real Estate Instructor Applicants did not do well either. Seven (7) people took the Florida Real Estate instructors Exam for the first time. Only two (2) passed and five (5) failed.

This is a pass rate of twenty nine percent (29%) and a fail rate of seventy one percent (71%).

Eight (8) people took this exam for a second or for a repeated time. Again, only two (2) people passed and six (6) people failed.

This is a passing rate of twenty five percent (25%) and a failing rate of seventy five percent (75%).

Why is this happening? It is because the state of Florida likes these numbers.

They are very good at creating tricky wordy questions. If you want to pass your state exam, you have to become good at beating the tricky questions and good at beating the test makers and question writers at their own game.

Andy Brown is the best in the state of Florida at teaching his students these tricks.

Andy teaches his students many proprietary tricks, tips, and techniques to beat the state exam. Andy even teaches you how to answer many of the real estate math questions without turning on your calculator.

Truly, if you want try and pass your state license exam on your first or your next try, then com to The Climer School of Real Estate!

If you've ever thought about getting your real state license, you should know that not all real estate schools are the same. Your end goal should be passing the state of Florida License Test. Everything you do leads up to that. You are not legal to perform real estate services for other people for big compensation until this is done.

If you are not with the school who makes that their focus and who truly prepares you to test the state exam, and you are at the wrong place and you are wasting your money.

The reason why the Climer School of Real Estate has such an extraordinary reputation is because we are the best at this.

Andy Brown, well known as The Best Real Estate Instructor in Central Florida, is well-known for not only his incredible and unique teaching style but also for his proprietary tips, tricks, and techniques that will help you pass your state exam as soon as possible. No other school and no other instructor in all of Florida teaches what he teaches you.

Andy Brown is well known as the Best Real Estate Instructor in central Florida!

The Climer School of Real Estate has a well-known State Exam 2 Day review class, often called “the Cram Course”. We regularly have 50 to 80 students in his class. One third to one half of these students come from other schools. They come see Andy Brown so that he can clean the mess made by the other schools. Almost all of them vent, publicly and in front of the rest of the class, about how bad you schools and teachers are. I heard this about every other school in the area.

So he knows exactly what's going on and he knows that the other schools do not teach their students to pass the state exam. They teach them to pass the textbook, which is a very bad idea. This is idiotic.

This is also exactly why if you are going to spend your money and take your time to take the mandatory, required class; then go to the only school that makes sense – The Climer School of Real Estate in Orlando. If you have any questions about this class, about upcoming classes, or about anything going on at The Climer School, call and talk to Pam or Susan at 407-822-3926 (EXAM), or visit us at our website www.ClimerRealEstateSchool.com

The Best Real Estate Central Florida Real Estate School
The Best Real Estate School in Central Florida and Orlando
Discusses Ways To Use Your Real Estate License

The Climer School of Real Estate Talks About Different Ways To Use Your Real Estate License.

The normal and expected use of your Florida Real Estate Sales License is in the field of General Residential Sales. However, there is also Property Management, Time Share Sales, Commercial Sales, Commercial Leasing, Business Opportunity Brokerage, and Specialty Sales. There are men and women making great money using their intellect and creativity, making lots of money, in these other fields of Real Estate. I’m going to talk a little bit about some of these other areas now, and some in the next blog, in an effort to get you to think about other possibilities with your license.

Property Management

The field of Residential Property Management has begun to explode in the last few years because of the amount of foreclosures and home property loss. Everyone needs a place to live. Add to that the amount of houses that enterprising men and women who held on to their money, as well as some hedge funds, have purchased that require professional management. As a property manager, you can usually get the listing and sale when your owner finally decides to sell. Also, Property Management becomes a regular paycheck. If you can manage 20 properties with and average rent of $1,000 per month, and you can charge 10%; that is a cool $2,000 per month just on the rentals. 50 properties would work out to $5,000 per month. Many properties these days are getting $2,000, $3,000 a month and more. You do the math.

Time Share Sales

I know many Time Share Salespeople who are making $250,000, $300,000, $450,000 and more. They seem to have figured out the secret. I have asked some of them, “What is the secret? How do you do it?” They all tell me the same thing. You have to be able to truly connect with someone in 15 minutes. They also enjoy a very light schedule relative to some of the other fields of Real Estate Sales. If you think you might have the ‘Time Share’ knack, this would be a great area for you to check out.

Commercial Sales

The field of Commercial Real Estate Sales can be very alluring. The thought of working with, and selling gigantic, shiny, sexy office buildings for millions of dollars, and making huge commissions is enough to glaze anyone’s mind over. However this area requires a lot of really specialized knowledge and experience. It is much more competitive than you may realize. For the most part, you have to pay your dues in this area. You would probably need to hire on with an agency and work your deals with them and learn this part of the business the old fashioned way. But, if you can hang in there and learn, you can eventually make buckets of money.

Reasons Why The Climer School Of Real Estate Is The Consumer Rated Number One Best Real Estate School In Central Florida and Orlando

The Climer School of Real Estate has the Number One – BEST Reputation of any Real Estate School in all of Central Florida and Orlando if not the entire state of Florida. Nothing makes us happier. The entire faculty and staff at The Climer School of Real Estate is going to continue to bring you the very best Real Estate Education that is humanly possible.

Florida Real Estate Exam Pass Fail Ratio For May 2014

The Florida Real Estate Commission released the pass fail ratios for the Florida real estate exam for May of 2014.  In May of 2014, Two thousand, five hundred and  fifty nine real estate license applicants attempted the Florida real estate exam for the first time  to get their Florida real estate sales associate license. One thousand, two hundred and ninety passed.  They were happy.  One thousand, two hundred and sixty nine failed.  They were sad.  They all paid $31.50 for the experience. That is very close to a fifty fifty pass ratio.

Florida Real Estate Exam Pass Ratio for May, 2014
If you intend to pass the Florida real estate exam, you need to be studying.  Why is the pass rate for the Florida real estate exam so dismal?  I don't think most real estate instructors at Florida real estate schools tell their students how tough the Florida real estate exam is.

I have lots of students that attend my two day state exam prep course.  Many people call this the "cram course".  Many students that attend this course did not take their basic real estate course from us.  They took their basic course from a competitive real estate school.  Most of them tell me that their real estate instructor did not tell them that the Florida real estate exam was tough.

I tell my students that the state exam is tough.  I have the pass fail result sheets from the Department of Business and Professional Regulation posted right on the wall of our real estate classroom.  I want my students to know that the Florida real estate exam is no picnic.

I tell my students that ten percent of the Florida real estate exam is math.  I advise them to watch my free real estate math videos on You Tube.  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SO8Nq_eny0w

I advise my students to study for the Florida real estate exam from Linda Crawford's "Exam Manual for Real Estate Sales Associates"  This is unquestionably the best study aid available for studying for the Florida real estate exam.

I advise my foreign language speaking students to take a foreign language  dictionary with them to the Florida real estate exam.  Many foreign language speaking students show up at my two day review and tell me they have never heard this from their instructor.

Many students tell me they have never read the "Candidate's Handbook".  This is a little booklet that tells you what is on the exam.  It has a bunch of tips for passing the Florida real estate exam.  If you don't have the "Candidate's Handbook", contact Kathy at www.climerrealestateschool.com Kathy will send you a handbook for free.

I encourage mt students to make flashcards.  This is a great study aid to study for the Florida real estate exam.  Take 3x5 cards and write, "What kind of mortgage has partial release clauses?" on one side of the card and write,"Blanket mortgage" on the other side.  Play with these cards while sitting at red lights and other activities.  Use them with your classmates.  Flashcards are a fabulous study aid for the Florida real estate test.

You would think that repeat test takers would do better than first time test takers.  The facts do not bear that out.  In May, 2499 applicants took the Florida real estate exam for the second or third or fourth or fifth time.  802 passed. 1697 failed.  That is a 32% pass rate.  They all paid $31.50 every time they took the Florida real estate exam.  I think your best bet is to pass the Florida real estate exam the first time you take it.  If we can help you pass the Florida real estate test,  please call us at 407 822 3926

A Dozen Things Every New Realtor Should Do Before They Get Their First Commission Check

If you have earned your Florida real estate license but have yet to get your first commission check, keep reading.  This article is for you.  The habits you start now could stay with you for the rest of your career.

Start now sending out a thank you card every day.  There must be someone that has done something for you that is worth saying thank you for.  You could start with your old real estate instructor that taught you how to pass the Florida real estate exam.  You could send a thank you card to the Pearson Vue clerk that gave you the easy test.  You could send a thank you card to anyone that has done a good service for you lately.  If you sent out one thank you card every day with your business card in it,  I believe that some time soon one of the recipients of those thank you cards would call you up and send you some business.

The second thing every new Realtor should do is send out 200 Ijustgotintorealestate letters to your closest friends.  here is a link to my video if this is not obvious to you.  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TVkyneacp3I   This is such powerful medicine, I can hardly believe that anyone would not do this.  Only about ten per cent of new real estate agents do this.  This is like seeing a hundred dollar bill lying on the ground and not picking it up.  Send out a letter to 200 of your friends.  Tell them that you just got into real estate .  Ask them to send you a referral.   Some will.

The third thing every new real estate agent needs to do is create a website for yourself.  Google yourself.  Do you come up?  Do you come up first?  If not, start working on solving that huge problem. If no one can find you, no one is going to buy any real estate from you.  You need your own website.  This is the twenty first century.  You are in business.  Create your own website and make it visible on the internet.  This may seem like a daunting task.  The sooner you start, the sooner it will start to work for you.  Create a website today.

The fourth thing you need to do if you want to have a stellar career in real estate is start a blog.  If you have a website and you want to be found on the internet, a blog is a great way to drive traffic to your website and create web presence.  You can write articles about anything related to real estate.  People will read these articles and they will call you.   Never before in the history of the world has it been easier to make yourself look like an expert.  Start writing articles (like this one).  As time goes by and you post more articles, you will start to look more and more like an expert.  If you don't know where to start, Google "blogging".

There are only two ways to get business.  Make the phone ring or dial the phone.  Blogging is a great way to make the phone ring.  Be sure to put your phone number in every article. My phone number is 407 822 3926.

The fifth thing you can do to start your real estate career is to start putting some videos on You Tube.  You Tube is the second largest search engine in the world.  Somewhere, someone is going to search for some information like" What is the average home price in my neighborhood?".  If you have posted a video,"Average Home Price in XYZ Estates", that person will find your article.  They will read it.  They will perceive you as an expert on XYZ Estates.  They will call you.  How many times would  that have to happen in a year to make this a worthwhile endeavor? Put some videos on You Tube.

Post some videos on You Tube.  What could you post a video about?  How about; "What Is The Average Price Of a House In Orlando, Florida in 2014?" Could you talk about that for five minutes?  How about;  "Why Is My House Still For Sale After Six Months in M.L.S.?".  Could you talk about that for a few minutes.  Do you suppose anyone ever puts that question into a search engine?  You Tube will make your phone ring.  Make it ring or start dialing.

If your phone is not ringing, you better start dialing it.  Who can you call?  The sixth thing that every rookie Realtor needs to do is to call at least one forsalebyowner every day.  There is no question that people that have their house for sale on their own without a Realtor are HOT prospects.  They need a Realtor.  They want to sell their home.  What they are doing is probably not going to work.  Why would a new Realtor that needs business NOT call these hot prospects?  Most Realtors don't call forsalebyowners because they are afraid to call.  They are afraid of a little rejection.  As a sales trainer with twenty five years experience, I say, " Get over it".  It is easy to say but it is not easy to "Get over it.".  The easy way to overcome the fear of calling forsalebyowners is to just do a little every day.  Call one forsalebyowner every day.  Don't sit down at the phone with twenty phone numbers.  Just call one.  If they don't answer, leave a message.  Just call one every day.  Do not overwhelm yourself.  Call one.  You will be amazed to find how pleasant most forsalebyowners are. You will also be amazed when you learn that you know more about real estate than they do.  Don't intimidate yourself.  Call one.

After you call one forsalebyowner, you will have the urge to call another one.  Don't  get carried away.  The seventh thing all new real estate agents need to do is call today's expired listings.  Let's use the same rules.  Just call one.  If you are new in real estate, you may not know how to run the expireds off the M.L.S.  Go get someone to teach you how to do this.  There is probably a tutorial on the computer to teach you how to do this.  Do not go back several days.  We only want yesterday's.  Look at the list of expired listings.  In Orlando, Florida , there is probably about twenty per day..  These are people that listed with your competitor six months ago.  Their listing contract expired yesterday.  These are the hottest prospects you can find. Look at the list. These are the "low hanging fruit" of real estate listing prospects.  Call one.  If you don't know what to say, watch this.  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lYGyZalrIbo  These people need a Realtor.  They are probably going to list with you or your competitor today.  They want to sell their house.  You don't have to convince them to list with a Realtor.  They are already sold on that idea.  They are probably more motivated than they were six moths ago when they listed with ABC Realty.  All you have to do is call them.  Go see them.  List their house.  Do not overdo it.  Call one every day.  If you start calling several every day, you will probably start to make too much money.  Pick the best one and call.

The eighth thing I want you to do is to call one foreclosure victim every day.  The Clerk of the Circuit Court publishes a list every day of the people that had a deputy sheriff show up at their door with a Lis Penden informing them that their house is being foreclosed upon.  It is for certain that they will be moving soon.   This is a hot prospect by any definition. Call one of these people.  They need your help like a drowning  man needs a life preserver.

Sharks and scammers come out of the woodwork to take advantage of and cheat these unfortunate people. http://ezinearticles.com/?How-to-Get-Super-Cheated-While-Your-House-is-Being-Foreclosed&id=3913431   If you want  to feel like a hero, call a foreclosure victim. You will be a hero when you get their house sold for them.  Show them how you can get their house sold, put a few shekels in their pocket at closing.  Show them how deficiency judgements work and why they don't want one.  If you want to do a service for your fellow man and earn commissions while you do it, call a foreclosure victim.  They need your help.  They are easy to find and easy to list.  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zd754tVKMRk  Watch this video if you don't know how to call foreclosure victims.

The ninth thing that is on my list of things for a new Realtor to do is floor duty.  Floor duty is where you are assigned to answer the  incoming calls to the office.  If your office has floor duty, there are salespeople assigned to answer the office phone when it rings.  As long as there has been Realtors, there have been Realtors that don't want to do their floor duty.  Put a sign on the office bullitin board that says" I will do your floor duty for you.  Call me".  You will get plenty of calls from your workmates wanting you to take their floor duty on Sunday afternoon.  Say yes.  You will get lots of experience at answering questions on the phone and you will find prospects.

The tenth suggestion I have for new real estate sales associates is to an "Open House" at least once per month.  Once per week would be even more lucrative.  Find a nice empty house house that the company has listed.  Better yet, list a nice empty house.  Hold an open house on Saturday afternoon from one to five.  Prospects will just walk in the door.  If you need to spend more time with your spouse, take your spouse with you to the open house.  If you don't need more time with your spouse, take your computer and write a blog post.

The eleventh thing you need to do is to open a saving account.  When you get that first commission check, you will not believe how quickly it will disappear.  Take, at least, twenty per cent of that commission check and put it in that saving account.  This is a special saving account.  Next April, the IRS is going to be calling your name.  If you don't have the money to pay them, you will have stress.  Avo
id stress.  Open the saving account when you get your first check. Take this money out for only one reason, the IRS.

The last thing I have to suggest for you to kickstart your new real estate career is to attend Climer School of Real Estate's 45 hour post license class.  This is such a good place to learn how to make money in the real estate business.  We teach you how to prospect for listings.  We teach you how to get deals closed.  We teach you how to make money  in real estate .  www.climerrealestateschool.com   wwwclimerconsulting.com
