After receiving a Broker’s license, there are two required 30-hour sessions that may be taken consecutively or back to back. Part A of the post-licensing course covers Management for 30 hours and is based on the textbook Real Estate Brokerage: A Management Guide. This book covers specific content about state licensing laws, brokerage relationships, handling escrow, and more and is tailored to Florida real estate. Students will learn how to be efficient leaders and managers as well as fulfill their licensing requirements.

Part B will cover Investment for 30 hours and will be based on the text Essentials of Real Estate Investment. Students will learn through theory and practice to cover both the principles and practices of real estate investments. Some topics covered are investment trends, tax laws, tax liens, regulations, market conditions, and Florida land laws.
