Now That You Have Your Florida Real Estate License

The Florida Real Estate Commission has given you a Florida real estate license .  What to do now?  Step one, call several real estate companies.  Don't call one. Call six.  Do not have any reluctance to call.  This is not difficult.  If you are a man, you can remember in high school being so fearful to ask that cute girl for a date.  Once you ask her, you found out that she was dying for you to ask her.
This is like that.  The broker wants you to call.  You don't have to wait until you see a "Help Wanted" ad.  All good brokers are constantly looking for good new sales associates.
Sales associates are the broker's biggest assets.  The broker wants you as much as you want them.  Pick the right company.  It can make a big difference in your career advancement.  My students at Climer School of Real Estate often ask me what is the best real estate company for them to go to work for.  There is no exact answer to this question. I always suggest they look at my website at the career opportunities section.  These are brokers that have linked to our site.  This is a free service we offer to help our broker friends recruit.  It is beneficial to our students also.
A recent graduate does not need to wait for a broker to indicate they are looking for new agents.  I tell my students you can call any real estate broker in Orlando, tell them you just graduated from real estate school.  Any good broker or sales manager will take it from there.  They will roll out the red carpet for you to come in for an interview.  Do not be afraid  to call them.  They are dying for you to call.
Please take the time to read the article I wrote for http://www.ezinearticles.com/., "Your First Real Estate Office, A Dozen Questions. "
Do not let this be a stressful experience.  Relax.  Go talk to several real estate brokers and sales managers.  Every interview will be a learning experience. Ask them how things work at their place. Don't try to impress them. They will be impressed if you look and talk like you want to make money.
After you have talked to six, you will know where you want to be.
Ask them about money. How much money can you make?  How much money do you have to spend before you make any?  Ask them if they think you can be successful?
Listen to how you feel.  How do you feel about the office?  How do you feel about the sales manager?
Work hard at making a right decision.  It is an important one.

Pass The Florida Real Estate Exam With The Ultimate Talisman

At Climer School of Real Estate, I have heard many tricks about how to pass the Florida real estate exam.  I assume everyone knows that if you take a little box of Godiva chocolates for the clerk, she will give you the easy test.
It is certainly no secret that the test is easier in Spanish.Everyone knows that.
It seems to be common knowledge that if you fail the tutorial, the computer loads in an easier test. Ostensibly the purpose of the tutorial is to get you used to the test and the computer.  Many people believe that the real purpose of the tutorial is to find the stupid students. The computer gives them a easier test. It is worth a try.  Since the pass rate for first time test takers is 52% and 33% for second time takers, we need all the help, we can get.
If you really want to pass the Florida real estate exam the given by the Florida Real Estate Commission, what you need is the ultimate amulet, a lucky charm , a talisman of unequaled power and magic.  Yes, I am speaking of the Climer School of Real Estate refrigerator magnet.  It is red and white.  Red for courage and white for tranquility.
Put the Climer School of Real Estate refrigerater magnet in your shirt pocket when you go to take the Florida real estate exam.  When you come to a question for which you are not certain of the answer, reach into your pocket and rub your hand across the magnet.  Rub your fingers down the http://www.climerrealestateschool.com/.  You will feel a new rush of confidence. .  You will know the answer you are choosing is correct.  You will know victory is just a few minutes away.
This works best if you got your magnet at the end of my two day state exam cram course.  Of course, you could have obtained your Climer School magnet when you ordered a set of that two day class on audio CD.
Many people got their Climer School of Real Estate magnet when one of my students offered it to them in the parking lot at Pearson Vue where they give the state exam.  I ask my students to do that as they are leaving the state exam with a big smile on their face and they see someone crying in the parking lot.  I ask them to give their magnet, their lucky charm to that poor soul.    They need it.
If you want to own your own lucky Climer School of Real Estate refrigerator  magnet, call Kathy at 407 822 3926.  She will send you one for FREE.

Check out "The Waltons"

With modern technology being what it is, we no longer have to let the television network decide what we are going to watch on television. We all have a DVR recorder to record a show and watch it when we want to. That is super cool.
Every day when I come home from Climer School of Real Estate, my wife, Kathy is watching "The Waltons" on the Hallmark channel.  Surveys have proven that the Waltons are the most popular family of all time. They are more popular than Ozzie and Harriet.  They are more popular than the Cleaver's.
If you would like to have a bonding, learning experience with your children, record "The Waltons" and watch it  together every night.  What a perfect way to end the day.  Goodnight John Boy

Can You Go To Real Estate School and Pass The Florida Real Estate Exam The Next Day?

Are we teaching you what you need to know to pass the Florida real estate exam given by the Florida Real Estate Commission?  On July 18th at eight  AM, Terry Howard enrolled in Climer School of Real Estate's pre license course.  This class met from eight in the morning until six in the evening Monday through Saturday with the test on Monday night, July 25th  at six.  Monday night, Terry left Climer School of Real Estate at eight P.M. with a Climer School of Real Estate  diploma and refrigerator magnet in his pocket.  We give one of these magnets to all our students because they attract good luck.  If you are taking the exam soon, call Kathy to get your own at  407 822 3926.
The next morning, Terry passed the Florida real estate exam.  If this seems unremarkable to you, consider this.  Forty eight per cent of the people that took the Florida real estate exam last month failed.
Good job Terry. I am proud of you.

What You Need To Know About Short Sales To Pass The State Exam

At Climer School of Real Estate, I just taught the first day of a two day cram course for the Florida real estate exam.  Many of my students come from other Florida real estate schools. They took their required  sixty three hour pre license class on line or from another real estate school.  This two day class is not required by the Florida Real Estate Commission.  Students take it to gain knowledge to pass the Florida real estate exam.
At the end of the day today, one of the other school students came up to me and ask me what we needed to know about short sales for the Florida real estate exam.  I told him there was nothing on the state exam about short sales.  That is not even a real word.  It is a slang word.  He told me his instructor at the other school had spent quite a bit of time talking about short sales.  He said he had a pretty good understanding of short sales.  That is good. It will not help him pass the state exam.
In the real estate license business, we instructors have to constantly remind ourselves to teach what is on the exam.  It may not be fun.  It may not be interesting.  It is on the Florida real estate exam.
There is a lot of things I would rather teach.  There is even things that I know more about.  What my students need to know is what is on the Florida real estate exam.  That is what I teach in that class. Come back to my sales training class and I will teach you about short sales.

Why You Failed The Florida Real Estate Exam The First Time

You will probably fail it when you take it for the second time.  Do you know the Florida Real Estate Exam given by the Florida Real Estate Commission is difficult.  The pass rate is fifty two per cent for first time takers.  That means, if you are taking the exam for the first time, you have a 52% chance of passing.  Half of the people pass.  Half the people fail the first time.  Repeaters do not fare quite so well.  Thirty four per cent of people taking the test for the second time pass.
Did your instructor tell you the Florida Real Estate Exam is difficult?  Did you believe him?  Think back to your Florida real estate pre license course.  Did you take it on line? Did you choose your school based on price or did you check out their reputation?  Was it a Florida real estate school?   Did you concentrate and try to understand the concepts?  Did you take the test honestly or did you use your notes?
If you took the course in a classroom, did you work at paying attention?  Did your instructor seem to know what was on the Florida real estate exam?  Did he teach you that?  Did you take notes on things he told you was on the Florida real estate exam?  Did he teach you a bunch of stuff that was not on the exam?  Did you read the book?  Did you answer the questions at the end of the chapters?  Did you answer the hundred questions at the back of the book?  What did you make on that test?   If you don't have the answers,  call Kathy at 407 822 3926 .  Did you instructor offer to sell you any other study aids?  Did your instructor suggest that you make flash cards?  At  Climer School of Real Estate in Orlando, we offer our student to buy the Florida Real Estate Exam Manual for twenty dollars. This is four hundred practice questions to help you pass the Florida real estate exam  the first time.  It cost thirty one dollars to fail the Florida real estate exam.  At Climer School of Real Estate, we teach a two day review.  This is a intense review class where we go over the things that are on the state exam.  We suggest you set your test date right after this two day class. We don't teach anything new in this class.  Many of our students come from other schools and on line courses.  Often, they learn some new stuff.  We have this two day class on audio CD's.  Call Kathy at 407 822 3926.
Are you listening to the radio in the car?  That will not help you pass the Florida real estate exam.  Listening to the CD's telling you what is on the Florida real estate exam will.  Call Kathy.
You know if you are studying.  A casual effort is not going to get the job done.  Start studying.  Read your book. Make some flashcards.  Watch my math videoes on You Tube.  The user name is climerschool.  I can hardly believe anyone would go take the Florida real estate exam without watching my videos.  They are the same problems that are on the test.
Here is  a novel idea I got from one of my broker students.  He made a date to take the exam on Friday.  That cost him $31.  Then he booked a date to take the test on Monday.  That cost him $31.  If he failed on Friday, he would be right back in there on Monday.  If he passed on Friday, he wasted $31.
Get together and study with your friends and classmates.  Take this test seriously.
One last tip from Kathy.  I am not going to steal her thunder. If you want to know how to take half the pressure off, call Kathy and ask her for the secret to that.  Call us if we can help. If you want to get your career off to a fast start, come to our forty five hour class.
