Florida Real Estate Exam, Who Does Not Have To Take It?

Attorneys that are members of the Florida Bar do not have to take the basic (FREC 1) course but they do have to pass the Florida real estate exam.

Graduates of a Florida university with a degree in real estate do not have to take the basic (FREC 1) course but they have to pass the Florida real estate exam to get a Florida real estate license.

People that are using mutual recognition from another state to get their Florida real estate license do not have to take the real Florida real estate exam.  People that have a real estate license in a mutually recognized state do not have to take the one hundred question state exam.  They have to take a forty question Florida specific exam.  That is a little less painless.

If you need help passing your Florida real estate exam, check out our free real estate math videos that we have posted on You Tube to help you pass.  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AvjBlpgUpFE  There are twelve of these free videos on You Tube.  The pass fail rate for the Florida real estate exam is fifty per cent for first time takers and thirty three per cent for repeat takers.  This test is not easy.  Take the effort to watch the videos if you are soon taking the Florida real estate exam.

We also have a free practice exam on our website at www.climerrealestateschool.com  If you are soon to take the Florida real estate exam, practice on mine.  Mine is free.  Pearson Vue charges $31.50 every time you take the Florida real estate test. If you fail mine, you will probably fail the real one unless you study more.  Do not underestimate this exam.  If you need any additional
study aids, call Kathy at 407 822 3926

Creativty In Real Estate

The number one thing that you have to be creative is to believe that you are creative.   Creativity is not magic.  It is similar to magic.  Creativity requires action.

If you have an idea and you don't act on it, you are not creative.  If you have an idea and you act on it and it doesn't work, you are creative.  No one else will know or recognize you as being creative.  If you have an idea and you act on it and it works, you are recognized as creative.

Creativity is a learned habit at Climer School of Real Estate
The problem that many people have is their failure to act on their ideas.  They get an idea.  They act on it.  It doesn't work.  The next  time they have an idea, they give themselves the "Twenty One Reasons Why I Should Not Act On This Idea" speech in their head.  They don't act on the idea.  Then they decide that they are not creative.

Every idea can't be a winner.  If you hit a winner every once in awhile, people will forget about all the bad ones that didn't work.  Do you need an example or two?  How about Walt Disney, Mel Fisher, Thomas Edison, Alexander Graham Bell?

Are you creative?  If you believe you are, you are probably correct.

Creativity is just like physical fitness.  You learn it.  You improve it.  If you quit practicing it constantly, you fall behind very quickly.

At Climer School of Real Estate, we have used our creativity to produce twelve free real estate math videos to help people pass the Florida real estate exam.  If you know anyone that is soon taking the Florida real estate exam, recommend that they check these videos out.  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ICJEr5Zm6OM  Also, if you know anyone that is soon taking the Florida real estate exam, suggest that they take my free practice exam on my website at www.climerrealestateschool.com This is free and it will certainly let someone know if they are ready for the  Florida real estate exam.

If your team or organization needs some stimulus to their creativity, check out www.climerconsulting.com

Get Out Of Your Comfort Zone

You don't grow in your comfort zone.  You go to restaurants where you are "comfortable".  You call on prospects that you are "comfortable" with.  Quit worrying about comfort.  This year, let's worry about growth.

Starting a new career at Climer School of Real Estate
If you are earning a "comfortable" living, what would you have to do to earn an extraordinary living? If you relationships are "comfortable", what would you have to do to make them extraordinary?  The answer is grow.  You have to grow bigger, stronger, better.  You have to grow.  You have to be more before you can have more.  You are not going to make more money, have more responsibility, live in a better neighborhood until you grow.

You are not going to grow in your comfort zone.  There is no fertilizer there.  Fear is the fertilizer.  Fear is what makes you grow.  Think of something you are good at.  Were you born good at it?    Can you remember the fear when you started?  Can you remember your lack of skill?  Every master was once a disaster.

If you keep doing what is comfortable, you will be right there in your comfort zone in December.  Move up.  Step up.  If you are comfortable calling two prospects per day, what would happen if you started calling four prospects per day?  If you are comfortable calling no prospects per day, what would happen if you started calling two prospects per day?  One thing that would happen is fear.  When you get out of the comfort zone, fear is out there.  That is why most folks don't leave their comfort zone.

I could go on for ten thousand words and give you many examples.  I won't.  Get out of your comfort zone.  Stay out .  No growth occurs in the comfort zone.

If you want to get your whole team out of their collective comfort zone, contact Amy Climer at  www.climerconsulting.com                                                          www.climerrealestateschool.com

A Florida Time Share License, How To Get One

Passing the state exam is easier when you are wearing your lucky T shirt
The first step to getting a Florida time share license is to apply to the Department of Business and Professional Regulation.  Their website is www.myfloridalicense.com . .  You can apply online.  The fee for that is $105.  When you apply for your Florida time share license, the  DBPR does not call it a time share license.  They call it a Florida real estate license.  In Florida, time shares are considered real estate.  You need the same license to sell a time share that you need to sell a house, a Florida real estate license.  Go to the DBPR's website and apply for a Florida real estate license.  It will take about two weeks until you are approved if you have no criminal background.

If you have a little criminal background, you can still get a Florida real estate license.  It just takes a little longer.  Read this if you need more details.  http://ronclimer.blogspot.com/2013/07/can-george-zimmerman-get-florida-real.html

The second step to getting a Florida real estate license so you can sell time shares in central Florida is to take a basic real estate course called FREC course 1.  You can take this class online.  You  can take it in a classroom.  We believe a classroom is better but many people can not fit this into their schedule.  At Climer School of Real Estate , we offer day classes, night classes and online real estate classes.  You have to take this class somewhere.

Step three is to pass the Florida real estate exam.  This is the toughest real estate exam in America.  Because it is so difficult, it is important that you take that FREC 1 course at a real estate school that will teach you what is on the Florida real estate exam.  Many people take this class from a non Florida school and they have to take the Florida real estate exam more than once.  The pass rate last month was fifty-fifty.  Here is the details on that  http://www.biggerpockets.com/blogs/3840/blog_posts/27250-floridas-real-estate-exam-pass-rate  It is important that you take FREC  course 1 at a good school.  It costs $31.50 every time you take the Florida real estate exam.

We have all kinds of things here on the internet to help people pass the Florida real estate exam.  We have a dozen free real estate math videos on You Tube.  We have a free practice test on our website at www.climerrealestateschool.com .  If we can help you get your Florida real estate license, call us at 407 822 3926

My Friend , Rick, A Cornucopia of Knowledge About Antique Cars

It is amazing how much knowledge some people can accumulate over a lifetime.  It is equally amazing that other people need that knowledge but have no idea how to find it or the people that have it.

Rick has been re-creating antique cars for a long long time. He can take a pile of junk and turn it into a fabulous prize winning automobile.

Here is a picture of his latest creation.  This is a 1926 Ford with a 350 Chevrolet engine, power windows and air conditioning.  That is cool.

If you are a young man that is smart enough to know that knowledge is $$$$$$$, find a older expert that can teach you what he knows.  Learn while you are young.  As you grow older, you will have knowledge and maturity.      www.climerrealestateschool.com

Real Estate Homework Help

The homework for chapter fourteen from the textbook is on You Tube.  There are three videos where I am wearing a green and white Hawaiian shirt.  If you need help with your homework, watch these videos.  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nq-Cz8pvihw  The four videos where I am wearing the red shirt is me teaching chapter fourteen.

No matter where you went to real estate school, watching these videos will help you pass the Florida real estate exam.  Your real estate school probably used Linda Crawford's "Principles and Practices of Real Estate" as  a textbook.  If you need help with the math, I am there on You Tube teaching the chapter
and doing the homework.  Watch these twelve real estate math videos.

I assume everyone reading this knows that the pass rate for the Florida real estate exam is fifty per cent.  http://ronclimer.blogspot.com/2013/06/the-florida-real-estate-exam-pass-fail.html  Read this if you want the details.  If you are taking the Florida  real estate exam soon, you need all the free help you can get.  We also have a practice exam on our website at www.climerrealestateschool.com  Check that out if you are soon taking the Florida real estate exam.

Real Estate School in Miami, Florida

If you are looking for a real estate school in Miami, Florida , check this website www.floridarealestateexam.net .  Have you considered taking your required real estate class online?  This is very convenient.  The only question is, "Do you learn what you need to know to pass the Florida real estate exam?'.
That table in the background is the recruiting table at Climer School

If you take your online real estate course from a quality "Florida" school, the answer is yes.  The Florida real estate exam is the most difficult real estate exam in America.  Many states use a "national" exam and a state exam.  Florida only has the Florida real estate exam.,  Many people make the mistake of taking their online real estate class from a real estate school that specializes in all fifty states.  Take your online real estate course from a Florida real estate school that specializes in Florida.  Learn what is on the Florida real estate exam.  The pass rate for the Florida real estate exam was fifty fifty last month.  Half the applicants passed and half the applicants failed.  Here is the details on that,  http://ronclimer.hubpages.com/hub/The-Florida-Real-Estate-Exam-Pass-Fail-Rate-For-July-2012 .

The Florida real estate exam is ten per cent math.  If you are taking the Florida real estate exam soon, watch the twelve free real estate math videos that I have posted on You Tube.  Our user name is Climer School.  The math videos are on a playlist.  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=07XWF_iuWCI  Any math that is on the Florida real estate exam is on these videos.  It is very difficult to pass the Florida real estate exam if you miss most of the math questions.  Learning to do the math that is for sure on the exam is the best "pass" insurance there is.

Another thing that anyone can do to insure that they pass is to read the "Candidate's Handbook" before they go take the Florida real estate exam.  This little booklet has a breakdown of what is on the Florida real estate exam.  If you don't have this little booklet, it is free.  Call
Kathy at 407 822 3926.  She will send you a copy.

Another thing that you can do to be certain that you don't waste $31.50 taking the Florida real estate exam more than once is to take my free practice exam on my website at  www.climerrealestateschool.com
If you pass my practice test, you are ready.  If you fail my test, you are not ready.

At Climer School of Real Estate in Orlando, we teach a two day Florida real estate exam review.  Many people call this the real estate "cram course".  It is me condensing the sixty hour real estate course down to two days.  I go over everything that is on the Florida real estate exam.  Many people come up from south Florida to Orlando to take this two day review class before their Florida real estate exam.

If time and money and geography will not allow you to attend this class, we have this class on audio CD and video DVD and online .  Call Kathy for details.  The book we use to teach this class is Linda Crawford's "Exam Manual".  This book is the best study aid available for the Florida real estate exam.  many people just buy the book and do the four hundred questions in the back.  They print out the flashcards that are on the CD Rom in the book.  If you don't have this book, contact Kathy at 407 822 3926 and buy a copy.

Real Estate School In Fort Walton Beach, Florida

I wish we had a real estate school in Ft Walton, Florida.  We do not.  Due to modern technology, we can offer online real estate courses to the citizens of Fort Walton.

The purpose of the online real estate class is to comply with the requirements of the Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR) to get  your Florida real estate license.  Here is a quick video of all the requirements.  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fHHAn4DRDiY  If you are interested in getting your Florida real estate license, this video will show you how.  One step on the ladder is to take a Florida real estate online class from a licensed Florida real estate school. The name of this course is FREC course 1 .  This real estate course is required by the Florida Real Estate Commission before you can take your Florida real estate exam and get your Florida real estate license. It is also  important that this

This online real estate course is different at different real estate schools.  At a Florida real estate school like Climer School of Real Estate, we teach what is on the Florida real estate exam.  That is all that we teach.  We don't teach anything about community property and dower.  We don't have those things in Florida.

If you are taking your Florida real estate exam, take your online real estate class from a Florida school.  You will learn what is on the Florida exam.  Ten per cent of the Florida real estate exam is math and arithmetic.  While you are taking your online real estate course, if you have any trouble understanding the math in the course, watch the twelve free real estate math videos that I have posted on You Tube to help you pass the Florida real estate exam.  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nx27EXccVRo  Our user name is Climer School.  The math videos are on a  playlist.

The pass rate last month for the Florida real estate exam was 33% for repeat takers.  Here is the details on that.  http://ronclimer.blogspot.com/2013/12/florida-real-estate-exam-pass-fail.html  You do not want to be a repeat taker at $31.50 per try.  If you are soon taking the Florida real estate exam, take my free practice test at www.climerrealestateschool.com  .  If you pass my free test, you will probably pass the real Florida real estate exam.

Online Real Estate Course in Tampa, Florida

Whether you live in Tampa, Miami or Saint Petersburg, taking a real estate class online can be a very convenient way to take the course required by the Department of Business and Professional Regulation to get your Florida real estate license.  It is important that you learn what is on the Florida real estate exam.

The Florida real estate exam had a failure rate of fifty per cent last month.  Half the people that took it last month passed.  Half the people that took it last month failed. Here is the cold hard facts on that.http://ronclimer.blogspot.com/2013/12/florida-real-estate-exam-pass-fail.html  All of these real estate license applicants paid $31.50 to Pearson Vue.  Half of them will be paying another $31.50 before they have a Florida real estate license.

Do you think it makes any difference what real estate school you choose to take your online real estate course?  If you take your online real estate course from a online real estate school that specializes in all fifty states, this will help you pass the "national" exam.  We do not have a national exam in Florida.  We have the Florida real estate exam.  It is the toughest real estate exam in the U.S.A.

Ten per cent of the Florida real estate exam is real estate math.  I have posted twelve free real estate math videos on You Tube to help people pass the Florida real estate exam. If you are taking a online real estate class, watch these videos.  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ICJEr5Zm6OM  If you are looking for a real estate school to take your online real estate course, take it from Climer School of Real Estate.

We are a Florida real estate school (located in Orlando).  We only teach Florida real estate courses.  We teach a two day state exam review course to help people pass the Florida real estate exam.  We teach this class live in a classroom at 5104 N. Orange Blossom Trail in Orlando, Florida.  We also have it on audio CD and video DVD and online.  Call Kathy at 407 822 3926 if you are working on getting your Florida real estate license.  Our website is www.climerrealestateschool.com .  If you have not applied for a Florida real estate license yet, here is a step by step explanation.  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fHHAn4DRDiY

Florida Real Estate Exam, Pass Without Spending A Fortune

Many people that come to real estate school are not millionaires already.  They are coming to real estate to  make money, not to spend money.  The old cliche, You have to spend money to make money was ,no doubt, coined by some huckster that had something to sell you.

Here is Louis Soto taking the exam at Climer School of Real Estate.
To pass the Florida real estate exam, you need to study.  What can you study?  Study your textbook from your real estate course.  There are dozens of acronyms and memory pegs that you need to memorize.

Study, or at least read, the "Candidate's Handbook".  This little booklet has a breakdown of what is on the Florida real estate exam.  How much does it cost?  Call
Kathy at 407 822 3926. She will send you one a copy for free.  While you have Kathy on the phone, ask her for a copy of memo from the DBPR that tells you about the "weak areas" on the Florida real estate exam.  The Pearson Vue people will give you a copy of this when you fail the state exam. Ask Kathy to send you a free copy now.

Speaking of free, many applicants that fail the Florida real estate exam do so because that don't "get" the arithmetic.  There is no math on the exam that is not on my free real estate math videos on You Tube. The Florida real estate exam is ten percent math.  You have to be able to do the math.  I have twelve free real estate math videos posted on You Tube just to help you pass the exam.  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=07XWF_iuWCI  I can't watch them for you.  I can tell you this.  It cost $31.50 every time you take the exam.  You odds of passing the first time greatly increase if you can do the math.

Here is  a great idea that does not cost money.  Make yourself five hundred flash cards.  Take a three by five card and write a question on the front like," How many members of the Florida Real Estate Commission are laymen?" .   Write the answer "two" on the back of the card.  Make about five hundred of  these cards.  This is simple.  This is free.  This is fun.

Here is another fabulous free idea.  When you think you are ready for the Florida real estate exam, go to my free practice test at www.climerrealestateschool.com and take my free practice exam.  If you pass mine, you are ready for the Pearson Vue version.  If you don't pass mine, keep studying. Mine is free.  Pearson Vue charges $31.50 per try.

Florida Real Estate Exam Pass Fail Results For November 2013

Pass the Florida real estate exam and get your Florida real estate license
The Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation released the pass fail statistics for November 2013 today.  Two thousand one hundred applicants for a Florida real estate sales associates license took their Florida real estate exam for the first time in November 2013.  One thousand and forty two passed.  That is a pass rate of fifty per cent.  Every one of these people paid $31.50 for the experience.  Repeat test takers did not do so well..Two thousand two hundred and nineteen took the test again .  Seven hundred and forty two passed.  That is a thirty three per cent pass rate.  Sixty seven per cent were disappointed for the second or third or forth time.  Most of the repeaters have figured out that they need some help.

Here is some free help.  Watch "Climer School"'s free real estate math videos on You Tube.  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ICJEr5Zm6OM   It is very difficult to pass the Florida real estate exam if you don't get ten out of ten on the math.  The math is ten per cent of the test.  Why would anyone go spend $31.50 to take the Florida real estate exam when they can't pro rate taxes and interest and rent?  Why would anyone spend $31.50 to take the Florida real estate exam when they can't compute the documentary stamps on a deed and documentary stamps on a mortgage and intangible tax.  Why would anyone go spend $31.50 to take the test when they can not amortize a mortgage or compute interest or per cent of profit?  This stuff is on the Florida real estate exam.  How to do this stuff is on the twelve You Tube videos that we have on the inter net.
The videos are free.  Watch them.  Learn to do this stuff before you go back and spend $31.50 again.  If you go back one more time without knowing how to compute acres in a lot, you are just wasting your $31.50. This stuff is on the exam.  Learn this stuff.  It will help you pass the Florida real estate exam.

Another thing a repeater can do to to be sure they pass the next time is to study Linda Crawford's "Exam Manual"  This is the very best study aid for Florida real estate exam.  If you don't have this book, call Kathy at 407 822 3926 and get a copy.

Many people study for the Florida test out of some "national" real estate book.  We don't have a national exam in Florida.  We have the Florida real estate exam.  Study Florida stuff.  Study from a book written by a professor at the University of Florida. Get Linda Crawford's "Exam Manual"

We teach a two day Florida real estate exam review out of this book.  We call this the real estate cram course or the the state exam review class.  It is me telling the students what is on the Florida real estate exam and how it is on the exam.  If you are anywhere near Orlando, attend this class.  It is a perfect way to move into the thirty three per cent of happy repeat test takers .

If you can not attend in person, we have it available on audio CD and video DVD.  Call Kathy.  We also have it as an online real estate course.  Go to our website at www.climerrealestateschool.com .  Check that out.

Do not underestimate the Florida real estate exam.

How Can I Keep My Attitude Up ?

when I don't even have my first listing yet?  Your attitude is affected by

     what you think
     what you do
     what you read
     who you associates with

Can you control what you think?   Yes, you can.  You better control what you think.  Pay attention to what you think.  When negative thoughts creep into your head, stop.  Ask yourself, "Why am I thinking negative thoughts?".  Written affirmations are are a great way to control your thoughts.  Get some 3x5 cards and write down some affirmations.  Does this work?  It works like magic.   Negative thoughts do no good at all.  That is not open to discussion.   Pay attention to your thoughts.  Get rid of the bad.  Bring on the good.  It is simple.  It is not easy.  It works.  It works like magic.

If you have an attitude problem, cure it with action.  Dial the phone.  Call a prospect.  If you are new in real estate, call today's expired listings.  Call, at least, one of today's expired listings.  If you are afraid to call them, run the list off the computer and stare at the list.  Try to find their phone number.  Drive out to their house if you can not find their phone number.  Knock on their door.  What is the worst thing that could happen?  What is the best thing that could happen?  Action is the magic potion in real estate sales.  Quit shuffling papers and attending training seminars.  Call a prospect.  Dial the phone.  Talk to a prospect.  Look for a prospect.  Get a grip on the fact that nothing happens until you talk to a prospect.  Take action.  Your attitude will improve immediately.  It is magic.

Your attitude is very much affected by what you read and listen to in the car.  Read a good book.  Listen to some training programs in the car.  If you have a less than perfect attitude, read some books by Napoleon Hill or Tom Hopkins or Og Mandino.  Who are these people?  Read their books and find out who they are.  Read, Read, Read.  Turn the TV off.  Turn the car radio off.  Read books.  Listen to good audio programs in the car.  Keep doing this until people start irritating you asking you how you stay so positive.  Tell them it is magic.

Nothing will affect your attitude more than with whom you associate.  Get away from Negative Nelly in the office.  Get together with Positive Paul.  You know who I am talking about.  You know who I mean.  Associate with winners.  Get away from complainers and whiners.  If you hang around with complainers and whiners, you start to think it is OK to whine and complain.  You might even start to think it is cool.  Hang around with positive people.   Leave those whiners alone.  If you don't know any winners, start to look for them.  Hang out with people that make more money than you do.  You will start to make more money.  More magic                      www.climerrealestateschool.com                www.climerconsulting.com

Orlando Florida Real Estate School Reviews

Reviews seem to be "hot" these days.  We love to read what other people thought of a restaurant or dry cleaners or real estate school.

Reading reviews has to be a good way to determine if a business is good or bad.  I have discovered that people have to be "over the top" pleased with a business before they will take the trouble to leave a Google review.  I encourage my customers to leave us a Google review.  We have managed to accumulate 170 reviews.  Please Google us and read our reviews.  You should read the reviews of any business with which  that you are considering doing business.

In the real estate school business, you have to decide if the quality of the instructor is important to you.  If it is, read the reviews on Google to determine if the instructor is dull or knowledgeable.  This will help you make a good decision.  If quality of the material presented is important, reading Google reviews is a good way to figure this out also.

If you need to get a real estate license in central Florida, check out our website at www.climerrealestateschool.com   When you get to our website, right under my picture there is a link to our Google reviews. Check them out.  Also, you can check out the instructor on You Tube. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TZb_k4kq9h0 We have posted twelve free real estate math videos to help anyone to pass the Florida real estate exam.

How Much Does It Cost To Take The Florida Real Estate Exam ?

Pearson Vue charges $31.50 to take the Florida real estate exam.  You pay that when you make the appointment.  If you don't show up, goodbye $31.50.  If you show up without ID or without your certificate from your real estate school, goodbye $31.50.  If you pass the exam the first time, your cost is $31.50.

There are ways you can increase your cost.  The most obvious way to increase your cost is to take the test several times.  Last month, fifty one per cent of the first time test takers passed.  Forty nine per cent came back with $31.50 to try again.  Thirty two per cent of those repeat test takers passed.  Sixty eight per cent came back to spend another $31.50.  http://ronclimer.hubpages.com/hub/The-Florida-Real-Estate-Exam-Pass-Fail-Rate-For-July-2012

A proud graduate of Climer School of Real Estate
Pass the Florida real estate exam the first time.  It costs $31.50 every time you take it.  The Florida real estate exam is easier to pass if you took your basic class from a Florida real estate school.  Many people take their basic class from a real estate school that is in another state and that specializes in all fifty states.  Take your basic class from a Florida real estate school. That will lower your cost of taking the Florida real estate exam.  When you take your class from a non Florida school, you learn a bunch of stuff that is not on the Florida real estate exam.

Another thing that you can do to lower your costs of taking the Florid areal estate test is to NOT underestimate this exam.  Many people have no idea how tough this test is until they make a 50% on their first try.  No one has told them that this Florida test is tough.  Let me tell you.  It is not easy.  You need to study.

If you are soon taking the Florida real estate exam, watch my free real estate math videos on You Tube.    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TZb_k4kq9h0    There are twelve of these videos to help you pass the real estate exam the first time.  The Florida real estate exam is ten per cent arithmetic.  If you can't compute deed stamps and note stamps and intangible tax and per cent of profit and interest and amortization and acres in a lot and pro rate taxes , rent and interest (both methods), you need to watch all twelve of my free real estate math videos on You Tube.

At Climer School of Real Estate in Orlando, I have several state exam failure notices taped up on the wall.  These are people that failed the exam with a 73% or 74 % .  They got 8 out of 10 on the math.  If they had got ten out of ten, they would have passed.  That would have saved them $31.50. The videos are free.  Watch all twelve of them if you are soon taking the Florida real estate exam.

If you think you are ready for the Florida real estate exam, take my free sample test at www.climerrealestateschool.com   If you pass my test, you are ready for the real test at Pearson Vue.  If you fail my test, keep studying.  I also have a few sample questions on video at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JyG8M7pGK0s  If you did not get eight out of those ten questions right, keep studying.

Another way you can help reduce your costs of taking the Florida real estate exam is to read the "Candidates Handbook" before you waste a lot of time studying the wrong stuff.  The "Candidates Handbook" is a small booklet with a breakdown of what is on the Florida real estate exam.  If you don't have this booklet call Kathy at 407 822 3926 . She will send you a copy for free.

If we at Climer School of Real Estate can help you pass the Florida exam, contact us.  We teach a two day review for the exam.  We also have the exam on audio and video and online.  Call Kathy for details on that.  Do not underestimate the Florida real estate exam.

Sample Questions For The Florida Real Estate Exam

Sample questions are probably one of the best ways to study for the Florida real estate exam.  They are certainly the most popular method of study.  People seem to like sample questions.

After we put up our free real estate exam math questions on You Tube, I put up a video of sample questions at   http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JyG8M7pGK0s   If you are taking the Florida real estate exam soon, spend a few minutes watching this video.

Linda Crawford's "Exam Manual"  is not only the best real estate exam study aid known to man.  It has four hundred practice questions in the back.  Many of my students at Climer School of Real Estate tell me these questions are very similar to the real questions on the Florida real estate exam.

We also have a one hundred sample question test on our website at www.climerrealestateschool.com .  If you are taking the Florida real estate exam soon, go take my practice test.  If you don't pass mine, you won't pass the Florida real estate exam.  Mine is free.  Pearson Vue charges $31.50 per try.

Avail yourself to these sample questions and practice tests.  It is a perfect easy way to study for the state exam.  Do not underestimate this very difficult exam.  The pass rate last month was 49% for first time takers and 32% for repeaters.

Can I Get A Florida Real Estate License If I Have Filed Bankruptcy ?

Can a person that has filed bankruptcy get a Florida real estate license?  The answer is yes.  The Florida Real Estate Commission ( that is the people that approve you for a Florida real estate license ) is not concerned with your credit history.  They are concerned with your criminal history.

There are no questions on the Florida real estate license application about your credit. There are no questions about bankruptcy or foreclosure.   There is a question asking if you have ever been convicted of a crime.  The FREC wants to know about any crime ( misdemeanor or felony ) of which you have been convicted. If you have a judgement against you , the FREC does even want to know.   If you declared bankruptcy yesterday, the FREC doesn't even ask.

If you have criminal history, that is another story.  Read my article.  http://www.biggerpockets.com/blogs/3840/blog_posts/32022-can-a-convicted-felon-get-a-florida-real-estate-license

At Climer School of Real Estate, we suggest that, before you enroll in real estate school, apply for your Florida real estate license.  The Department of Business and Professional Regulation's website is www.myfloridalicense.com The application fee is $105.  Get this out of  the way before you spend your $220 tuition at real estate school.  If you are going to have any difficulty getting a Florida real estate license, you will know before you spend your time and money at real estate school.

If we can do anything to help you get a Florida real estate license, please call us at 407 822 3926 or www.climerrealestateschool.com

Could You Email Me A List Of What I Should Be Studying For The Florida Real Estate Exam ?

Kathy received this email this morning asking her what should we be studying.

Have you done the Florida real estate exam practice test at www.climerrealestateschool.com ?

Have you done the four hundred practice questions in the back of Linda Crawford's "Exam Manual" ?  If not, call Kathy at 407 822 3926 and get a copy of this excellent study aid for the Florida real estate exam.  Study from this book.  It is the best study aid available for the Florida real estate .  Use the flash cards on the CD rom in the book.

Have you made your own flash cards on three by five cards?  Take a three by five card and write "exculpatory clause" on one side.  Write,'" What clause in a mortgage prevents the mortgagee from suing the mortgagor for a deficiency judgement?" on the other side.  Make at least four hundred of these.  When you have two minutes to study, go over a few of them.  Make at least four hundred of these.

Have you answered the questions at the end of the chapters in your textbook?  I am amazed how many students show up at my two day Florida real estate exam review that have not answered these questions.  At Climer School of Real Estate in my basic sixty three hour FREC course one,  we answer these questions for homework every night.  Apparently, many instructors don't find this to be important.  I do. If you have not answered these questions yet, do it now.  Have you answered the one hundred question practice test in the back of the basic textbook?  If not, now would be a good time.  If your real estate instructor did not give you the answers, call Kathy at 407 822 3926.

Have you watched all twelve of the real estate math videos that Climer School has posted on You Tube?  I was talking to a student from another real estate school yesterday.  She made a 71 on her Florida real estate exam when she took it for the third time.  She told me that she was "OK" with the real estate math.  She showed me her failure notice.  She got five out of ten on the math.  If she had got nine out of ten, she would not have been sitting in my two day review class on a beautiful Saturday afternoon. She would have been buying a frame for her Florida real estate license.   Watch the math videos.  Tell your classmates about them.  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YtflncxZjOo   It is hard to pass the Florida real estate exam without getting most of the math right.

The pass rate on the Florida real estate exam  last month was 49% for first timer test takers and 32% for repeat test takers. http://www.biggerpockets.com/blogs/3840/blog_posts/27250-floridas-real-estate-exam-pass-rate

Have you read the "Candidate's Handbook"  It has a breakdown of the subjects that are covered on the exam.  If you don't have this valuable book, call Kathy.  She will send it to you free.

Study ceaselessly.   www.climerrealestateschool.com           www.climerconsulting.com

Google Yourself For Fun and Profit

We are way into the twenty first century.  The internet is a part of your business life whether you like it or not.  I don't make the rules but I know what they are.

If you are in the real estate business ( or any business) today, people want to be able to find you on Google. If you have no web presence, your business will be greatly curtailed.
If you need your forty five hour post license class, call us.

Maybe you don't care.  Maybe you are making so much money that an extra fifty thousand per year would just be a nuisance.  If that is not the case, Google yourself.

When you put your name into Google search engine, what happens?  What do you want to happen?  When you put "Ron Climer" into Google, I want my www.climerrealestateschool.com to show up.  I don't want an evangelist from California to show up.  I don't want an ax murderer from Kansas to show up.  I don't want a moving company from Georgia to show up.  I want you to be able to find me.  I want you to be able to find Climer School of Real Estate.

If you don't have a website and a blog and a You Tube channel and a profile on Facebook and twitter and Google plus and Yahoo and Amazon and Active Rain and Bigger Pockets and Trulia and Zillow and anything else you can find, some body else might show up.  So what?  So that person that is looking for you to send you a referral or some sort of business will not find you. That person that is ready to list their house with you gets frustrated trying to find a phone number or contact info for you.  You don't get that call or that email.  How many times per year do you want that to happen?  Once is too much in my opinion.

Here is what I would like you to try.  Get a stop watch.  Go to Google.  Type your name into the bar.  See how long it takes you to get a phone number for yourself.  If it takes more than ninety seconds, it is costing you money.   Let's go back and try again.  Type in Your Name, real estate agent Orlando, Florida.  How long?  Can you fix that?  You not only can fix it, you better fix it.  This is costing you $$$$$$$$$$$$$

      Fixing this is a
big job.  Google my name, Ron Climer.  How long does it take to find my phone number?

Fixing your invisibility problem is a big job.  If you are in real estate, here is a good place to start. Join Active Rain.  It is free.  It is educational.  It is fun.    Go to http://activerain.com/action/referrals/ronclimer#sthash.zgqM6KyN.dpuf  .  Join Active Rain.  Start studying SEO.  Start studying the internet.  See how the internet can help you do business.  You can not ignore the internet in the twenty first century.  If you ignore the internet, the internet will ignore you.  You do not want to be ignored by the place where most people go to search for a product.

Google yourself right now.  www.floridarealestateexam.net       www.climerconsulting.com

Florida Real Estate Exam Pass Fail Rate For October 2013

The Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation has just announced the pass fail results for the Florida real estate exam for October 2013.

The news is better than it was last month. http://ronclimer.blogspot.com/2013/10/florida-real-estate-exams-pass-fail.html  In October 2013, two thousand three hundred and nine people attempted the Florida real estate exam.  One thousand one hundred and twenty three passed.  That is a forty nine per cent pass rate.  One hundred per cent of these people paid $31.50 for the adventure.

Two thousand six hundred and sixty four real estate sales associate candidates attempted the Florida real estate exam for the second third fourth fifth or sixth time.  Only nine  hundred and three passed.  That is a 34% pass rate.  One thousand seven hundred and sixty one failed the Florida real estate exam.  That could not have been fun.  It costs $31.50 for each one of these people that took the Florida real estate exam.

I think passing the Florida real estate the next time that you take it is a good idea.  Why is the pass rate so dismal?  One of the reasons that many people fail the Florida real estate exam is that they underestimate this exam.  IT IS NOT EASY.

If you know it is not easy, you must know that you need to study.  I have two questions.  How much do you have to study?  WHAT do you need to study?

You need to study what is on the FLORIDA real estate exam.  Many of these test takers took an online real estate course from a real estate school in some other state.  They studied a lot of stuff that is not on the Florida real estate exam.  You need to study what is on the Florida real estate test.  How can you know what is on the Florida real estate exam?  One of the best and easiest ways to know what is on the Florida real estate exam is to get your hands on a copy of Linda Crawford's " Exam Manual for Sales Associates"  This book was written by Linda Crawford.  Linda is a professor at the University of Florida.  She knows what is on the Florida real estate exam.

At Climer School of Real Estate, we teach our two day state exam review cram course out of this book.  If you would like to purchase a copy, call Kathy at 407 822 3926.  This exam manual is an outline of Linda Crawford's textbook that most real estate schools in Florida use to teach the basic real estate course.  This exam manual has four hundred practice questions in the back.

There is also a one hundred practice real estate test on my website at www.climerrealestateschool.com  Do yourself a favor.  If you are soon taking the Florida real estate exam at Pearson Vue for $31.50, go take my free practice exam at my website.  If you fail my practice exam, you will likely fail the Pearson Vue test.  My exam is free.  Pearson Vue charges $31.50 every time you take the test.

Another reason many people fail the Florida real estate exam is that they can not do the math.  The math is at least ten per cent of the Florida test.  If you only get five out of ten on the math, you have a five per cent handicap.  If you get ten out of ten on the math, you have a ten per cent advantage.  Does that make sense?

All of the real estate math that is on the Florida real estate exam is posted on my You Tube channel. It is free to watch.  My user name is Climer School.  We have twelve math videos posted there.  Any math that is on the Florida real estate exam is on those videos.  Watch these videos if you are taking the exam soon.  IT is free.  It is as easy as learning math can be. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TZb_k4kq9h0

If you are taking the Florida real estate exam soon and you don't know how to compute deed stamps or note stamps or per cent of profit or acres or pro rate taxes and interest and rent and amortize a mortgage or determine a seller's proceeds, you need to learn before you go spend $31.50 to
  try again.

At Climer School of Real Estate at 5104 N. Orange Blossom Trail in Orlando, we teach a two day Florida real estate review cram course to help people pass the Florida real estate exam.  This is a wonderful way to prepare for the state exam.  If geography will not allow you to attend this two day course, we also have it on audio CD and video DVD.  You can also access it online by going to our website at www.climerrealestateschool.com. If you listen to my audio CDs about three times, you will know what you need to know to pass the Florida real estate exam.  Call Kathy at 407 822 3926.

The Strongest Force In The Universe

Is habit really the strongest force in the universe?  Maybe.

Habit determines your success in life more than anything else.  Bad habits will destroy your chance of success.  Good habits enhance your chance of success.

A bad habit, like being late or smoking cigarettes, will hamper your chances of success.  That is hardly open to debate.  Good habits like smiling or daily running will enhance your likeliness of success.

If this is true, why don't people pay more attention to the habits they form?  I believe the answer to that is they don't understand how important habits are.  Once you understand that habits control your life , you know you want to control your habits.

Let's start with something simple and easy.  What if you formed a habit of smiling all the time?  Would that enhance your chances of success.  Would that affect your income?  I think so.  What if you formed a habit of saving ten per cent of your income?  Would that influence your future?

I think either of these habits would show up on the radar of success.

How do we form a habit?  It starts with an action.  You take an action.  Often, this action is difficult  and laborious.  For instance, you set your clock for five AM.  The clock goes off.  You get up.  You put on your running shoes and go run for twenty minutes.

Would that be difficult?  Yes sir.  Would that be laborious? Yes,yes, yes.  The first time, it would be difficult and laborious.  Probably  the second day it would be be tough.  I will bet the third day you could think of ten reasons why you should not get up and go run.  By the thirtieth day, this would start to feel normal.  By the 365th day, you probably would feel strange if you did not go run.  You probably could not sleep past five AM if you tried.  You would feel strange if you didn't run for thirty minutes.

Good habits, bad habits They both start the same way.  You take an action.  It starts to feel normal.  Then it starts to feel strange if you don't do what habit dictates that you must.

Pay attention to your habits.  Form good habits and become a slave to habit.  www.climerrealestateschool.com     www.climerconsulting.com

Toastmasters Of Winter Park, Florida 50th Anniversary

In January of 1974, one week after I received my Florida real estate license, I walked into my first
meeting of Winter Park Toastmasters on a Friday morning at 7:30 AM.  I had looked Toastmasters up in the white pages of the phone book.  Francis Jackson, a State Farm insurance agent, had answered the phone.  The first person that spoke to me was Larry Kittinger, a real estate developer.  The second person I met was Judge Joe Rosier.  Then Harold Lanigan introduced himself. Next, Arnold Howell, CPA shook my hand.  I felt like I was surrounded by big shots.  I was afraid they would not let me in this club.

They not only let me in, three weeks later the treasurer of the club resigned and left town and they appointed me the new club treasurer.
One of my most prized possesions

Twenty four years later, Kathy and I moved to Daytona Beach and I dropped out of Winter Park Toastmasters, club # 3674.

I can not even begin to tell you how much I learned from Winter Park Toastmasters.  I learned to speak in public.  I learned how to be mentored by people that care about you.  I learned how to mentor people that you care about.  I learned to tell a joke.  I learned how to tell stories to audiences.  I learned how to read audiences.  I learned about people and meetings and how to be a better person.  I learned so many things that helped me down the road to success. I learned how to win and I learned how to learn from losing. I learned that energy and persistence are a formidable force.  I learned that change is not only inevitable, it is good.

Why would a young man today want to learn to be a better public speaker?  The answer to that is because some things never change.  Through out history, a man that can stand in front of a room and inspire people to action has always been a sought after person. This was true when Socrates was around and it is true today.

The skill of public speaking is not the only essential skill of leadership.  It is a very important skill.  It is almost as important as oxygen.

If you are a young man that wants to grow rapidly in your career, there is no skill that will catapult your career forward faster than learning to speak to an audience with skill.  There is no better way to learn this essential skill than joining Winter Park Toastmasters.  It is cheap.  It is fun.  It works.

What inspired me to write this article?  On November 22, 2013 , Winter Park Toastmasters is having their 50th anniversary celebration dinner.  If you have ever been a member of Winter Park Toastmasters, you are invited.  Contact the club at http://3674.toastmastersclubs.org/#null

I will be there and dozens of your old friends will be there.  If you are not a Toastmaster, contact Winter Park Toastmasters at the above address.  It will change your life.    www.climerrealestateschool.com

The Florida Real Estate Exam, Pass With Aroma Therapy

The Rosemary Sniffers
My students at Climer School of Real Estate are always telling me " secret formulas" for passing the Florida real estate exam.  Here is the newest one.

Michael came to the basic pre-license class.  He told the class the "secret formula" for passing the Florida real estate exam is sniff rosemary during class and while you are taking the Florida real estate exam.  He had a vial of rosemary oil.  Throughout class, he was sniffing rosemary.  More and more students joined in.  They started bringing little twigs of live rosemary into class.  Leaves were everywhere.

I think the rosemary sniffers also studied.  That helps.  Maybe sniffing rosemary helps also.  I am not sure yet.  I am sure about the studying.

I have heard of all sorts of good luck charms and amulets for passing the Florida real estate exam. In my two day state exam review that I teach, I always give the students a Climer School of Real Estate refrigerator magnet.  I tell them that it will bring them good luck at the exam site.  I also tell them that after they have passed the Florida real estate exam and they are in the parking lot celebrating, if they see some other student crying, please give them the lucky magnet.

I received an email recently from a review student that told me that his magnet brought him good luck.  He passed the Florida real estate exam.  He said since he did not meet anyone crying in the parking lot, he was going to keep the lucky magnet and maybe it would bring him good luck in his new career.

The luckiest lucky charm for passing the Florida real estate exam is to watch my free real estate math videos on You Tube.  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TZb_k4kq9h0  Our user name is Climer School. There are twelve of these free math videos.  You have to put out the effort to watch them.  The math that is on the Florida real estate exam is on these videos.

If you can not compute deed stamps, note stamps and intangible tax, if you can not compute per cent of profit, if you can not pro rate taxes, interest and rent, if you can not compute acres in a plot of land, if you can not compute interest, if you can not compute commissions, you are going to have a hard time passing the Florida real estate exam.

Good luck www.climerrealestateschool.com Contact us if we can help you pass.

Safety Is Easy And Important

I was watching the local news on television this morning.  There was a video clip of a purse snatching at a convenience store.  The perpetrator was pumping gas.  The victim pulled up on the opposite side of the pump.  The victim left her purse on the front seat and the keys in the ignition and her eight year old son in the back seat.  She went inside the store.

The perpetrator finished pumping his gas and reached in the victim's car and grabbed her purse and keys.  This made the news because her eight year old son got out of the car and confronted the robber.  The robber got away with the purse and keys.  The eight year old boy could have been hurt. He wasn't.  He was in a very dangerous situation.

Why do people expose themselves and their loved ones to such danger?  It takes very little effort to remove your keys and lock your car doors.  If you make it a habit, you don't even have to think about it.  Safety needs to be a habit.

It takes very little effort to wear a helmet when riding a motorcycle.  It takes very little effort to wear a life preserver when fishing or riding in a boat. It takes very little effort to be safe.  Why do people expose themselves to danger?

How much effort does it take to spend ten bucks and put a canister of pepper spray in the glove box of the car?  If you saw the Range Rover versus motorcycle gang video on the news lately, wouldn't a pepper spray have helped that guy?  Yes it would.

Yet, most people don't spend any time or thought preparing for unexpected danger.  When I see people walking through a Wal Mart parking lot chit chatting on the phone with no awareness of their surroundings, I wonder if they watch the news.

Please prepare for danger.  Be aware of danger.  At least half the crimes are crimes of opportunity.  Don't be a victim.  www.climerrealestateschool.com

Florida Real Estate Exam, Do Not Underestimate This Test

If you have read any of my previous articles about the pass fail ratio for the Florida real estate exam, you know the Florida real estate exam is not easy.  http://www.floridarealestateexam.net/about.html  If you have not read any of my previous articles , here is one .  Read this.

I think the sixty per cent of first time test takers that did not pass the first time and the seventy per cent of repeat test takers that did not pass on a repeat attempt underestimated this very difficult test.  Don't you underestimate it.

Why do people underestimate the Florida real estate exam?  If half the people that are attempting it are failing and half are passing, I would presume it is a tough test.  I think most real estate students don't realize that when they first select a real estate school and start their quest to get a Florida real estate license.  Many people choose their real estate school based on the school's proximity to their home.  Some people choose their real estate school based on price.

The best way to select a real estate school is to ask around.  Ask several Realtors where the best school is.  Look on the internet for Google reviews and Yahoo.reviews.  https://plus.google.com/104178637087080911816/about?gl=US&hl=en-US  Check on You Tube.  See if the real estate school has the instructor teaching something like all the math that is on the Florida real estate exam.  Don't be so concerned with the school.  Be concerned with the instructor.   This is important. I know most people don't check out the school because they don't know how tough the Florida real estate exam is.

Once people figure out that the Florida real estate exam is not easy, they start looking for help.  For many people that is after they failed the exam one time.  Climer School of Real Estate has twelve free real estate math videos on You Tube to help you pass the Florida real estate exam.  Watch these videos.  Climer School of Real Estate also has a free practice test on our website at www.climerrealestateschool.com .  Take  this practice test.  It is free.  If you pass this, you are ready.  If you don't, keep studying.  It costs $31.50 to fail the Florida real estate exam every time you take it.

Do not underestimate the Florida real estate exam.

See More Prospects. Sell More Real Estate.

It is a simple rule.  The more people you see, the more people you will sell.  How can we make that more simple?  We can't.

If a mediocre salesman sees five prospects per week and sells one unit per week, what would likely happen if that mediocre salesman saw ten prospects in a week?  I think that mediocre salesman would sell two units per week.  What if that same mediocre salesman saw fifteen prospects in a week?  Would they sell three units.  I reckon so.  This is with mediocre sales skills.  What if that mediocre saw twenty prospects per week?  I suppose they would sell four units per week.

Any salesman that is selling four units per week would not be called mediocre.  Four units per week is an extraordinary job.

In salesmanship, most people don't pay much attention to how many prospects you see.  Everyone seems to pay the most attention to how many prospects you sell.  Even if a salesman is a poor closer, if they see enough prospects, they can look like a hero.

What a great business selling real estate is.  If you want to make more money, you don't have to ask anyone.  Just start seeing more prospects.

You can call forsalebyowners.  You can call today's expired listings.  They are going to list with someone.  They are probably going to list today.  You can call foreclosure victims.  They are certainly going to be moving soon.  You can call heirs.  They don't need an empty house in Orlando.  You don't need anyone's permission to call.  Just start dialing.

You can have an "OpenHouse" every Saturday and Sunday afternoon. Prospects do walk into open houses.  How many prospects would you need to talk to in a week to talk to twice as many prospects as the top producer in the office?  How many prospects would you have to talk to to talk to twice as many as you talked to last week?  Could you double that number next week if you tried?  Would your results double?  I suppose so.

You have the power to control how many prospects you see every day.  Therefore you have the power to determine how much money you make.  What a great business.  Call a prospect.

It Matters What You Do

If you only know one business principle, let it be this one.  It does not matter what you know.  It matters what you do.  There are lots of people that know a lot of stuff.  They don't do a lot of stuff.

It is what you do that turns into money.  I write these blogposts.  It creates business for Climer School of Real Estate.  I am not always sure how much business it creates.  I am sure it creates some.  There are lots of people that can write better than I can.  They are not doing it.  It is what you do that turns into business.  It is what you do that turns into money.

In real estate, making a listing presentation to a motivated seller is the start down the road to money.  Many people know how to make an excellent listing presentation.  They only make one presentation a month.  Here is someone else that isn't quite a smooth, that doesn't have all the verbal skills but they muddle through a listing presentation every day.  The sales associate that is doing twenty presentations per month is going to do more business than the one that only does one presentation a month.  I don't make the rules but that is what they are. It is what you DO that that matters.

Your intentions don't matter.  Your actions do.  If the good Samaritan had good intentions but did not take action, Jesus would not have told us his story.  Action is what we need.  Action is what we respect.  It is what you do that matters.

If you intend to be on time but you show up late, you are late.  If you intend to prospect but you get busy with other things, you don't have any appointments.  If you intend to start that project  but something more urgent always seems to come up, your project does not get started.

It only matters what you do.    www.climerrealestateschool.com

Florida Real Estate Exam's Pass Fail Results For September 2013

The Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation has just released the September 2013 results for the Florida real estate exam.

One thousand nine hundred and ninety one real estate sales associate candidates paid $31.50 to take the Florida real estate exam from Pearson Vue in September.  Nine hundred and fifty eight passed.  One thousand and thirty three will be back paying $31.50 to take the test again.  That is a 48% pass rate.

In September, two thousand four hundred and thirty two took the Florida real estate test for the second or third or fourth or fifth time.  Seven hundred sixty seven passed.  That is a 32% pass rate.  This Florida real estate exam is not easy.

If you took your basic Florida real estate course online, you probably used your notes and books when you took your school exam.  You can't use books and notes on the Florida real estate exam that Pearson Vue gives.  You can use a translation dictionary if you speak a foreign language.  Take one with you.

If you are going to take the Florida real estate exam soon, here is a few suggestions.

Read the "Candidate's Handbook".  This book tells you what is on the Florida real estate test.  Kathy at Climer School of Real Estate in Orlando gets calls from people all over the state of Florida that have taken the test and NOT read this little book.  This book tells you what is on the Florida real estate exam.  If you have not read this book, call Kathy at 407 822 3926.  She will send you a free copy.

Speaking of free help, why would anyone go spend $31.50 to take the test without watching Climer School's free real estate math videos on You Tube?  Our user name on You Tube is "Climer School".  There are twelve math videos posted on You Tube to help you pass the math portion of the Florida real estate exam.  The math is ten per cent of the test.  It is very difficult to pass the Florida real estate exam without getting ten out of ten on the math.  If you are struggling with the math, maybe your real estate instructor did a poor job of explaining it.  Watch Ron Climer's free math videos.  It will help you pass.  These videos are also on our website at www.climerrealestateschool.com .

At Climer School of Real Estate in Orlando, we teach a two day Florida real estate review.  Attend this if you are near Orlando.  It is me telling you exactly  what is on the FLORIDA real estate exam.

We understand that many people can not attend this live seminar.  We put it on audio CD.  Call Kathy at 407 822 3826 for the details on this.  After we started selling the audio CDs, people started to ask for the cram course on video.  Now we have it on video DVD.  Then people started to ask for access online so they could get it faster.  Now we have it on line.  Check our website if you need help passing the Florida real estate exam.

When we teach our live two day "Pass the Florida Real Estate Exam The Next Time" seminar, we use Linda Crawford's "Exam Manual For Florida Sales Associates and Brokers".  This book is the very best study aid available if you want to pass the FLORIDA real estate exam.  Call Kathy if you don't have it.

Most of the students that attend my two day Florida real estate exam cram course did not take their basic real estate course at Climer School of Real Estate.  Many of them took their basic course from a online real estate school from another state.  Much of the information they have learned is useless for the Florida real estate exam.  Call Kathy and buy the "Exam Manual" of you are soon taking the Florida real estate exam.

Many people go take the exam for the second time without reading the material that Pearson Vue gives you when you fail.  When you fail the test, Pearson Vue gives you a sheet from the DBPR with "study suggestions" for the next time.  Many people don't even look at this sheet.  This stuff is on the test.  Study it.  All of this stuff will be on your next exam.  If you want a free copy of this sheet, call Kathy she will send you one.

Florida Real Estate Exam Confidential Scoring For Repeaters For April and May 2013

If you read my previous article, you know that the first time Florida real estate exam takers did not fare too well in April and May of 2013.

The retakers did even worse.  Here is their story.  Forty one made a grade between 40% and 44%.  Eighty scored between 45% and 49%.  One hundred and eighty nine earned a score of between 50% and 54%.  Two hundred and forty made between 55% and 59%.  Four hundred and thirty two retakers were disappointed with a grade between 60% and 64%.  Five hundred and ninety six repeat test takers scored a grade between 65% and 69%.  Seven hundred and forty seven almost made it with a grade between 70% and 74%.  That is two thousand two hundred and five disappointed Florida real estate exam retakers.  All of these people are attempting the state exam for the second or third or fourth or fifth try.  It costs $31.50 every time you try the Florida real estate exam. If my arithmetic is correct, 34% of the repeat test takers passed.

WOW!  This Florida real estate exam is no picnic.  Did you notice the first timers and the retakers, the largest group was the 70% -74% group?    http://ronclimer.blogspot.com/2013/09/florida-real-estate-exam-confidential.html   They "almost passed".  The second largest group for the first timers and the retakers was the 75% to 79%.  They "barely passed".

What is the difference between the "almost passed" and the "barely passed"?  The 'barely passed" group don't have to study anymore.  The "barely passed" group don't have to pay $31.50 to Pearson Vue to take the test again.  The "barely passed" group have a Florida real estate license.  They are ready to go make some money.  Also, the "barely passed" don't know what their grade is.  They think they made a 99%.  "Barely passed" is a lot better than almost passed.

At Climer School of Real Estate in Orlando, we teach a two day state exam review.  Taking this review course is a excellent way to pass the Florida real estate exam the first time.  You can get the details by calling Kathy at 407 822 3926.  We realize that many people can not attend this live in person class in Orlando.   We put the two day state exam review class, ( the cram course) on audio CD.  Then we put it on video DVD.  In response to popular demand, now we have it so you can download it from our website.  www.climerrealestateschool.com   Go to my website for the details on that.

We also have twelve free real estate math videos on You Tube.  If you don't know how to do the math, it is very difficult to be in the barely passed group.  You will more likely be in the almost passed group.  Check it out.  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TZb_k4kq9h0&feature=c4-overview&list=UUyBcLU3Ccx-ZxAyemcXWd1w  This link is to one of my videos .  There are eleven more to help you pass the Florida real estate exam.  You have to take the effort to watch the videos.  If you have taken the exam and you are in the below sixty per cent group, how could you better spend your time between now and your next attempt?

Before you go attempt the Florida real estate exam at $31.50 per try.  take my FREE practice test on my website.  The link is above.

You folks that made less than fifty per cent on your first try, you have probably already figured out that that $99 real estate course from some real estate school in some other state that specializes in all fifty states and several foreign countries was not such a bargain.  That is water under the bridge.

What you need to know now is what is on the FLORIDA real estate exam.  The best way to answer this question is to call Kathy at 407 822 3926 and order Dr. Linda Crawford's skinny book, "Florida Exam Manual for Sales Associates".  This is the book that we use when we teach our state exam review.  Linda Crawford is an expert on the Florida real estate exam. She is a professor at the University of Florida.  This skinny book  is an outline of the textbook that we use in our basic Florida Real Estate Commission course.  It has a glossary at the beginning of every chapter.  It has four
hundred practice test questions.  Quit studying about deeds of trust and dower and community property.  We don't have that  stuff in Florida. Study what is on the Florida real estate exam.

If you are taking the Florida real estate exam for the second time, study that sheet they gave you when you failed.  All of that stuff will be on your next exam.  If you are taking the exam for the first time, contact one of your classmates that have already failed and get that sheet from them or call Kathy.  She will send it to you for free.

Good luck on your next exam.  If you want more luck, get a Climer School of Real Estate lucky T-shirt. Ask Kathy about that. www.climerrealestateschool.com
