Interested in starting a new career in real estate? The Climer School of Real Estate is now offering their Sales Associate 63-hour 2-week
This pre-license course will focus on the newly-updated Florida Real Estate Principles, Practices, and Law manual. Key concepts will be enforced through interactive practice activities, quizzes, and a 100-question practice exam. Students will learn everything needed to pass the Florida State Exam.
The class will be held Monday, May 9th through Friday, May 13th and Monday, May 16th through Friday, May 20th from 9-3pm. The exam will be held Monday, May 23rd at 6pm.
The class cost is $290 including course textbook/manual, class exam study guide, class exam review, and end-of-course exam. A non-refundable deposit of $45 will be taken for any cancellations. Deposits can be used for other courses and are good for up to one year. Please see website for complete policies and procedures.
