Here’s a breakdown of the classes that are included in the Star Package:

• 63-Hour Pre-License Class: Learn the pertinent principles and laws that are necessary for jumpstarting a successful real estate career.

• Sales Associate 2-Day Exam Review: Receive an in-depth, two-day crash course that will review the manual as you prepare for the exam. You are eligible to repeat this class within one year at no cost. 

• 45-Hour Post License Class: Forty-five hours of continuing education are required by the state in order for agents to renew their licenses for the first time. Once you become a real estate agent, you’ll be ready to enroll in this class just in time for your first license renewal. 

After you’ve completed the Sales Associate 63-Hour Pre-License class, you can complete the remaining two classes of the package at your leisure within one year.
