We will be in 3 new central Florida locations and, we will be covering the entire state of Florida and the whole world with our Live Streaming Classroom beginning October 9th 2017
The Climer School of Real Estate is buzzing with excitement these days. Not only are we about to branch out into three new Central Florida locations that we here are about our long-awaited virtual, Live Streaming Classroom format. We’re not sure what were more excited about.For starters, we officially have a new professional affiliation with the Keller Williams Advantage Group and Lori Tyrrell and Rich Carpentieri. They currently have three main offices with two more in the works.

Our first official class with Keller Williams Advantage will be in the Oviedo campus location. The address is 59 Alafaya Woods Trail, Oviedo, FL 32765. Head Instructor and owner Andy Brown will be teaching an amazing two day Continuing Education class focusing on Sales and Marketing.

On October 1, 2017, The Climer School of Real Estate officially begins at our new Lake Nona campus location. The address is 9161 Narcoosee Road, Suite 107, Orlando, FL 32837.

On January 1, 2018, The Climer School of Real Estate will officially begin at our Waterford Lakes campus. The address is 12301 Lake Underhill Rd. Suite 111, Orlando, FL 32828.

To say that we’re excited to be working with Lori Tyrrell and her entire Keller Williams Advantage Team would be a huge understatement.
Just as exciting to the Climer School team is the debut of our Live Streaming Classroom. This is a vision that Pam Matera and Andy Brown have had since even before they owned The Climer School of Real Estate.
They wanted to be able to deliver high quality real estate education in this live streaming format to anyone anywhere that one of the best real estate education in the state of Florida. And now, anyone, anywhere in the world can take advantage of a live class given by one of the best real estate instructors in Florida from The Climer School of Real Estate.
From Pensacola to Key West, you will now be able to experience a live Climer School of Real Estate class. The very first inaugural class will begin at 9 AM Monday morning October 9th. Head instructor Andy Brown will be sitting in front of his web camera leading a class of students from all over the state, maybe even from all over the world.
And better yet, our Live Streaming format is approved and sanctioned by the Florida Real Estate Commission (FREC), the Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR) and the Division of Real Estate (DRE). We have this class approved through all 3 of them!
It will be our standard two-week format. The class will run from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 3 PM, for two weeks in a row. Our partner, Dearborn REcampus, is going to mail you a textbook. We will be going over homework every single morning, and he will be preparing you for the class exam at the end of the class that you will take online.
Andy Brown, considered by many to be the best real estate instructor in Florida, will be teaching you everything he knows that will help you pass your Florida Real Estate Sales Associate State Exam.
Eventually, every single one of our classes will be offered through our virtual live streaming classroom format. Even all of our Spanish Real Estate classes will be offered this way.
This is only our first and inaugural class. Because it is the very first one, we will be offering it at an "Inaugural Class" discount. More than likely there will be a couple of technical glitches here and there so we will all be helping each other out.
Once we run the system live and get the glitches worked out, we will be offering a wide variety of class day and time formats, especially on evenings and weekends.
