This comes up quite a bit. Many schools would love to claim this title, many schools do advertise this. One local school even advertises that they are ‘better than the best’. We love this. We love it when the other schools try to outdo us.
I am asked this question all the time! Either from our students who went to other schools first. They are always amazed and flabbergasted at the differences. It does not matter what other school that they went to, they are always amazed at the difference.
We also treat our students like family. Nothing is more important at The Climer School of Real Estate than our students getting what they need. Real life does not stop just because you are in class.

Some of our students have experienced profound and unexpected personal tragedies during the class. We do everything we possibly can to help them and support them. We never post this because each event is of an extremely personal nature however, if everyone knew what we go through on a regular basis with some of our students, they would think we are making it up.
Or, students ask because of our hundreds and hundreds of the real 5 star Google reviews and 5 Star Facebook reviews that none of the other schools have.
We had one ridiculous student who did not use her real name write that we bribe our students into giving us a 5 star review. That is pathetic. We quite simply do not have to do this.
We had another recent idiot who also did not use his real name write that we threatened the class. Another ridiculous lie. We would never threaten our students into doing anything. If we really operated this way, we definitely would not have the reputation that we do.
By the way, once you are out there in the real world, sometimes people lie. Try not to worry about it. If you are always working to do the right things for the right reasons; good intentions will always win out and overcome the extremely small number of small minded idiots who happen to come your way.
However, no other school in the state of Florida teaches the classes to their students the way that The Climer School of Real Estate teaches their students.
At The Climer School of Real Estate, we truly teach our students to PASS the state exam that the DBPR, the DRE, and the FREC says you must take and pass at Pearson Vue. We do not stand up in front of you and read you the book, and then tell you that that is teaching.
That is what all the other schools in Florida do. Most even charge a lot more than we do, then read you the book, and tell you that they are great.
We do NOT read the book back to you. In fact, many times we do not even teach you exactly what is in the book word for word.
We teach you how to Pass the state exam so you can get your Florida Real Estate license, and then go out and start making money and having fun.
The state of Florida exam question writers are more interested in tricking you into a wrong answer than actually testing your knowledge.

The state exam pass fail numbers prove this.
In February of 2018, 2551 people took the Florida Real Estate Sales Associate Exam for the first time. 1284 of them passed and 1267 of them failed. This is a 50% passing rate and a 50% failing rate.
2712 people took the same exam for a second or for a repeated time. 840 of them, or only 31% passed and 1872 of them, or a whopping 69% of them failed.
This is crazy and this is why The Climer School of Real Estate of so good. From what we are told and from what we hear, The Climer School of Real Estate students seem to pass the Florida Sales Associate state exam at a much higher rate than do students who go to any other school in Florida.
The Brokers are the same way. 224 people took the Florida Real Estate Broker Exam for the first time and 140 of them, or 63% passed while 84 of them, or 38% failed.
148 people took this exam for a second or a repeated time. Only 48 of them, or 32% passed and 100 of them, or 68% of hem failed.
