Pearson Vue, the Bureau of Education & Testing (BET), the Florida Division of Real Estate (DRE), and the Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR) released their February 2020 Exam Performance Summary numbers for the Florida Real Estate license state exam. The numbers are depressing as usual.
This is exactly why The Climer School of Real Estate remains the best Real Estate school in the entire state of Florida. Your job is to pass the state exam one time.

Competing Brokerages with a sideline real estate school are not as good at teaching you what you need to know to pass because they are a real estate sales company. I also believe that if the state of Florida and the question writers in Florida Real Estate wanted more people to pass, then more people would pass. It’s a good thing they don’t want more people to fail. I’m sure they can make that happen as well.

This is really the same as usual: very bad.

This is just downright depressing. How can so many people fail the exam even after they’ve already been through the experience one time? It has to be their school and their training.
First Time Florida Brokers License State Exam Test Takers
Again, this is in the normal range. I guess most of the 38% did not come to the Climer School.
Second Time and Repeated Florida Brokers License State Exam Test Takers
This is so bad. How can so many people fail the multiple-choice exam? Again, has to be their school choice and their training.
