Our Post 45 is a class but it feels like a masterminding, networking party. The Florida Real Estate Commission (FREC) says you have to do the Post 45 class. You have to completed before the end of your first sales associate Real Estate license expiration date. Since you have to be there, let’s make it as powerful as possible. There is no state exam at the end of the course waiting for you, so the stress level and anxiety is significantly and remarkably lower than in the pre-license class.


 We spend a lot of time in group exercises working on helping you develop your goals for your Real Estate business and for your life. If you not familiar the concept of masterminding read Napoleon Hill’s classic ‘think and grow rich’. Your mastermind group is one of his 13 principles of wealth and happiness success. In this book he tags the mastermind group as the most important of the 13 principles.

We usually have a couple of a surprise guest speakers for an hour or so. No one is there to sell you or pitch you. Rather, the guest to come in are extremely successful in their area and are ready to get back. They are going to be teaching you incredibly valuable information that you will not ordinarily get.

I personally teach everyone how to get a masterful 15 to 20 minute public speaking presentation. That I asked the brave one is to sign up, a couple of day, and give the class a presentation.

It is Florida Real Estate license renewal season time again. A lot of Florida Real Estate licensees must get their Post 45 mandatory class or their 14 hours of Continuing Education hours and by midnight of September 30, 2018.

And then you take the Post 45 class that you did not take the first time. You may as well get your Post 45 done the first time. I love seeing my old students back in class however I’d rather see them in the Post 45 class than in the 63 Hour Pre-License class again.

There is not a State Exam waiting for you at the end of the line of this class. You have your Real Estate license, you been practicing Real Estate for somewhere between one week and two years. At The Climer School of Real Estate we try to make your Post 45 class as useful, meaningful, relevant, and fun as humanly possible. Some of our students never want to leave.

It is Real Estate License renewal season again. March 31, 2018 is your next upcoming Real Estate License renewal day.

If you recently received your Florida real estate sales associate or brokers license within the last two years, then you need to get your post licensing hours mandatory requirement out of the way.

It is very important that you get these mandatory post-licensing classes completed before the end of your first expiration date. If you do not, you will lose your license. You’re not in trouble. No one is mad at you. I’m not even sure anyone cares. However if you want your real estate license back you will have to do everything all over again. And then you have to the post licensing class that you did not do the first time anyways. You may as well get it done now.

Normally our Post 45 class run from Monday to Friday. We had a lot of requests for an evening and weekend class. So we offer an evening and weekend Post 45 class. It has been extremely popular. More popular than I thought it would have been.

Our January 19 evening Post 45 class begins on Friday night January 12 at 6 PM. You had to Friday evening classes from 6 PM to 930, January 12 to January 19. You have two weekends, Saturday and Sunday, January 13th, 14th, 20th, and 21st, that run from 8 to 5:30 PM.

You will not only get a healthy dose of the Florida Real Estate Commission required information that you will have a chance to mastermind and network with 40 to 50 peers who will become your new best friends. You will have a fantastic time and you will learn new skills that will help you make more money and get more customers and closes in 2018. I highly recommend our classroom Post 45 class.

Also in January we have two one-week Post 45 classes, both beginning on January 29 Monday. They both run Monday through Friday and end on Friday February 2nd. These classes are from eight in the morning to five in the afternoon.

One of these January 29 Post 45 classes is at our Main Orlando campus in the Rosemont building, 5104 N. Orange Blossom Trl., Orlando and is in Suite 103.
