If you’re a sales associate who has had your active license for 24 months in the last five years, then you’re qualified to enroll in our class! Our 72-hour Broker Pre-License course will equip you with confidence to pass the Broker Exam with ease! Our innovative course instructors will review and reinforce the key concepts that are vital to your career as a broker. The course has also been updated to reflect changes to Chapter 475 F.S. as well, so you can rest assured that you’re receiving the most up-to-date instruction as possible. All you need to do is pick a date, sign up and come to class!

The Florida Broker textbook and the Broker Exam are included in the fee of $425. If you decide to cancel your enrollment within five business days of the first class, you can no longer receive a refund, and you will be charged $225. This amount can be applied to any of our other fabulous real estate courses for up to one year.

Our final session for the year will be held on Dec. 5–6, 8, 12–13 and 15–16 from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. each day. The exam will be on Dec. 19.

If you're unable to attend our December session, the next session will begin on Feb. 13 in the New Year!
