Upcoming Changes at The Climer School of Real Estate, The Best Real Estate School in Orlando Part 1

Upcoming Changes at The Climer School of Real Estate, The Best Real Estate School in Orlando Part 1

What’s new at The Climer School, the Best Real Estate License School in Orlando.

Thousands of students have passed through The Climer School Of Real Estate this year so far.

There is a reason why the classes at the Climer School are larger than the other schools. This is because we have developed a reputation since 1998 of doing things differently than all the other Schools and Instructors out there. Call us or visit our website www.ClimerRealEstateSchool.com , register for an upcoming class and find out for yourself what the Climer School Of Real Estate difference is all about. Our next Florida Real Estate Sales Associate Pre License Class begins Monday, November 28th!

Students from all over the country at our 2 Day State Exam Review Class!

The main success statistic is the high rate of passing success on the State Exam that we hear about from our students at the state exam center at Pearson Vue. We hear consistently successful passing grades, we are overwhelmed with emails from our students letting us know that they passed at Pearson Vue, and (assuming that the hundreds of students who told us this were telling us the truth) they were even given affirming comments by people at the Pearson Vue testing centers that the Climer School of real estate students seem to do remarkably well when compared to other Schools. I was even told that over the phone once by Pearson Vue manager. She said, “I don’t know what you are doing there but it is ‘spot on’. Your students seem to pass at a much higher rate than do the students from other schools.” I said Thank you very much! To tell you the truth, I can’t figure out why anyone anywhere would want to go anyplace else.

If you will read our hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of Five-Star Reviews on Google and on Facebook and on Yelp, this would seem to validate our assumption. You can go to a dry boring school that will read you the book or you can come to us.

And, sometimes you can pay a lot more money as well! People challenge us all the time on our tuition fee. “If you are so good, then why are your fees so much less than some other schools?” I tell them, “We’ll be happy to charge you more!” Also, no one cares more about their students then do the owners and staff at the Climer School.

We know you have other choices. We realize that when you show up that you made a decision to trust us with your time, your money, and your life changing new career path. We feel like you are part of our family now, we treat you that way. We have a lot of fun, our students laugh a lot and make quite a lot of new friends.

Through the fun, we take our task of preparing our students to pass the Florida real estate state exam very seriously. As an example, this is why in our sales associate pre-license classes, no cell phones nor electronics or allowed. We know that we are in the year 2017 however the challenges are focus, distractions, and other students. There is a new School out there who is clearly campaigning against us by making fun of our cell phone and electronics policies. And, as someone that I trained because I was expecting them to become an instructor at our School is with them now, it is clear that this person is stepping across a line of professional ethics and is trying to make us look bad. This person hops from School to School, real estate company to real estate company. He should not be taking what he learned with us and using it against us at his new two to three month stop-over.

However I would absolutely dissuade you from attending a sales associate pre-license class that allows the other students or you to have their cell phones and electronics out during class. This would be the worst thing you could possibly do. Trust me. Stay away from a class like this. If you are serious about getting your real estate license, then this is the more important 60 hours of your upcoming professional career and you should take it very seriously.

If you would like to join your cell phones during class, then come back to our Post 45 class. The level of stress is almost nonexistent because you already have your license and there is no state exam waiting for you at the end of the class.

Our Post 45 class will more than likely be the most fun and rewarding class that you will take as a professional. You will love our Post 45 classes.

We also know that the end of the year brings about a lot of other financial issues and stressors. So we are offering an end of the year class pricing special for our Florida real estate sales associate pre-licensing classes. The remaining classes are only $260. It doesn’t matter if you call in for us to register you, or register online through our website you will get everything you need. This includes your textbook, your study guide, your review for the class final exam, the class final exam, and your course pass certificate.

We would love to see you at the Climer School of Real Estate in December. Read all of our reviews, ask your friends in real estate, and come and experience the Climer School difference for yourself.
