The Spring 2019 Real Estate License Renewal Period
is Almost Over
FREC Mandatory 45 Hours of Sales Associate Post Licensing
Climer School of Real Estate Sales Associate Pre-License Students certainly know how important it is to complete your Post 45 Class before the end of your first expiration date.
We pound this into our students because it is no joke. If you do not complete this mandatory 45 hours class after you pass your Real Estate license state exam, you will lose your license. There is zero seconds of grace period. In the Climer School of Real Estate we use and love Dearborn textbooks and products. Dearborn is a very powerful business partner and ally of ours. We absolutely use the Dearborn Post 45 approved textbook in the Post 45 class. We go through the entire book. There is a mandatory 100 questions multiple choice class exam at the end of the class. So far in the history of the Climer School of Real Estate, no one is ever failed the classroom Post 45 exam. (Knock on wood).
What I try to do since there is no state exam at the end of the line for this class and the stress level is barely noticeable especially compared to the pre-license Sales Associate classes, and 40 to 50 to 60 to 70 people made a decision to trust us with their time and their money in this required class, at the Climer School of Real Estate we do everything we can to make this class as useful and meaningful and relevant as humanly possible.
We'd love to have you in one of our classroom Post 45 Classes. We have a few more coming up:

Post 45 Cell Phone Policy
We allow our Post 45 students to have their phones out. They are on silent. This is a professional courtesy because we know they are working agents now and we don’t want them to miss out on a closing for a prospect for a leader or a customer. When you come to the Climer School of Real Estate for your post 45 requirement you will also be allowed to keep your phone out as a working professional. Just please remember this is a professional courtesy. You are not allowed to disengage from the class, and this is not to play on your phone in any way shape or form. This is 100% for business.
However, our students will tell you that are post 45 is not really a class, it is more of an experience. You truly need to come to our post 45 class. You will learn more about professional development in your own personal development and growth than you ever thought possible in a mandatory one-week class.
However, because it is mandatory if you cannot come into the classroom than absolutely sign up to take our online Post 45 class. No matter what your options are, sign up for a Post 45 class as soon as possible. You do not want to forget about this requirement.
However, our classroom Post 45's are like a five-day masterminding, networking, party! You are going to love our Post 45 class.

FREC Mandatory 60 Hours of Broker Post Licensing
Our Climer School of Real Estate Brokers License Pre-License Students also know how important it is to complete their Post 60 Classes before the end of their first expiration date.
We pound this into our students because this is also not a joke. If you do not complete this mandatory 60 hours classes after you pass your Real Estate Brokers license state exam, you will lose your Brokers license. There is also zero seconds of grace period for this requirement as well. The only difference between the Post 60 for Brokers and the Post 45 for Sales Associates is that if you lose your Sales Associate Real Estate License, you are out of business.
If you lose your Brokers Real Estate License, you may request your old, dormant Sales Associates License. The Florida Real Estate Commission will then give you 6 months to complete your 14 Hours of Continuing Education that you did not need for a while because you thought you were a cool Broker. At lease you can continue to work in Real Estate in Florida.
Our Broker Post licensing modules are run the exact same way as our Sales Associate Post 45. We have two, sometimes three, different 30-hour Broker post modules. The main two are on managing and on investing. We run these the same way as our post 45, a three-day masterminding, networking party.
You will learn so much more than what is in the book. It will be the best class you ever had to take as a Broker. However again if you cannot make it in the class, sign up for our online Broker Post modules. Either way do not ignore this requirement. Sign up as soon as possible and get it out of the way.
We would love to have you in our last 30 Hour Broker Post Licensing Module on Investments.
Orlando Broker Training Annex, 3 Days, Feb 27th
FREC Mandatory 14 Hours of Continuing Education
Once everyone gets to pass their license initial renewal period, they must take 14 hours of mandatory continuing education every two years.
Now that you are in your continuing education biennial renewal cycles, if you do not complete your mandatory 14 hours of CE credits you will have a two-year period where your license is inactive.
When your license is involuntary inactive you cannot work in Real Estate. However, you do have a Real Estate license. A two-year grace period is much better than a zero seconds grace period. We run our continuing education classes the same way as our post licensing classes. You will learn more in our continuing education classes than you ever dreamed possible.
And at the Climer School of Real Estate, there is no test with our classroom continuing education classes.
If you can't come into our classroom, get them done online.
We would love to have you in our classroom Continuing Education where we focus on Sales and on Marketing.

Orlando Main Campus, 2 Days, Mar 9th
FREC Mandatory 28 Hours of License Re-Activation
I always like to make sure that people understand that are aware of the 28-hour reactivation course requirement.
While it is true that if you do not accomplish your 14 hours of continuing education in your current license period, you have two years after you will involuntarily inactive to complete your education requirements. However, if you go more than halfway into your involuntarily active period, you may not do your old 14 hours of continuing education whenever you feel like it and then your current 14 hours of continuing education whenever you feel like it.You must now take a mandatory classical the 28-hour reactivation class. It is not even called continuing education. Essentially, if you have gone more than three years without doing your required 14 hours of CE.
REcampus and The Climer School of Real Estate |
I believe that it is the Bureau of Education & Testing and the Division of Real Estate and the Florida Real Estate Commission all saying, “If you want to stay in Real Estate in Florida, then get all of your continuing hours done right now. We are tired of playing around with you and piece-mealing you. Get them all done right now in one class for you will be going away in a few months.”
And I see the wisdom of this. It is my opinion that that there does not exist a classroom version of the 28-hour reactivation class in the state of Florida. Simply because I don’t think there’s enough licensees at any given point in time in one area of the state of Florida to justify throwing a classroom version for 28 hours.
As far as I know this class only exists in the online version.
