All our Live Streaming Real Estate class students enjoy Live Streaming experience. You Bring the Classroom and the Love
You provide a conference room with strong Internet and a monitor for everyone to share. Chrome is the recommended browser. Every student must login independently for Florida Real Estate Commission FREC and Division Real Estate DRE tracking purposes that this can be on their smart phone. They will all be watching the larger monitor with a live Instructor as though it was a classroom environment.
You are now free to do whatever you want to make them feel comfortable and warm. You can provide coffee, snacks, bagels, lunch. You can take him out for a drink after the class. I highly recommend that you ask your friendliest agents and top producers to stop by big smiles and check on them on a periodic basis. Having additional new agent training session after one of the classes so they’ll feel like they’re being prepared for success once they get the license.

Right now, we are holding our Live Streaming classes every two months. We are using are extremely popular two-week format. This two-week format runs from Monday to Friday for six hours a day. We attempt to schedule this class format from 10 AM to 4 PM or from 3 PM to 9 PM to accommodate those individuals on the West Coast or Pacific Standard Time who are in a class together Florida Real Estate license.
