An online real estate course seems like a good idea. It is a good idea. It is a good idea if you can learn what is on the Florida real estate exam enough to be in the half of the applicants that pass the Florida real estate exam the first time.
That is right. Fifty per cent of the people that pay $31.50 to take the Florida real estate exam pass. Fifty per cent of the applicants for a Florida real estate license pay $31.50 to take it again. Only one third of those people have a happy outcome. It is not an easy test.
