Florida Real Estate Exam Confidential Score Distributions

Here is a little something I will bet you don't know about the Florida real estate exam given by Pearson Vue.  Of the 3037 Florida real estate sales associate license applicants that took the Florida real estate exam for the first time in April or May of 2013, here is their grade.

Fifty two of these test takers made between 40% and 44%.  One hundred and four made between 45% and 49%.  One hundred and fifty four made between 50% and 54%.  Two hundred and thirty made between 55% and 59%.  Two hundred and ninety one made between 60% and 64%.  Three hundred and ninety three made between 65% and 69%.  Four hundred and eighty eight made between 70% and 74%.  Of the 3037 first time test takers, 1712 failed in April and May of 2013.  Fifty six per cent of these test takers paid $31.50 to Pearson Vue only to be disappointed.  These were the first timers.  The repeaters don't do as well.  Read this if you want details   http://ronclimer.blogspot.com/2013/09/florida-real-estate-exam-pass-fail.html

Four hundred seventy four first time test takers made between 75% and 79%.  However these four hundred and seventy four happy campers don't know their grade.  They think they made a ninety nine per cent.  Who cares?  They passed the Florida real estate exam.  They have a Florida real estate license.  Four hundred and thirty made between 80% and 84%.  Two hundred and ninety nine made between 85% and 89%.  One hundred and eight made 90% to 95%.  Fourteen made 95% or better.  Those were probably my students.  Don't you think?

What does all this info tell you?  1712 test takers out of 3037 test takers failed.  Fifty six per cent will be back paying $31.50 again.  There is nothing easy about the Florida real estate test.

What is the largest group of test takers from 40% to 100%  ?  The largest group is the 70 to 74 per cent group. That is a failing grade.  There were 488 applicants in the "almost passed" group.    It is almost passing more commonly known as failing.    It still costs $31.50 to take the test again.  The second largest group is the 75 to 79 per cent group.  That is barely passing.  What is the difference between these two groups.   These people in the barely passing group do not have to study anymore nor do they have to pay $31.50 to Pearson Vue again.  The people in the barely passing group are licensed Florida real estate agents.  They are ready to go make some money.

I believe, if the "almost passed" people had Linda Crawford's "Exam Manual for Sales Associates", they would have certainly picked up a few points and been in the "barely passed" group.  Climer School of Real Estate sells this book.  Call Kathy at 407 822 3926 if you need to move up to a higher group.

I believe if the "almost passed" group had watched all of my twelve free real estate math videos on You Tube, they would have picked up enough points to have been in the "barely passed" group.  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YtflncxZjOo  If you have not watched these twelve videos, watch them before you go spend $31.50 taking the Florida real estate exam.

If the 488 people that were in the almost passed group, had read the "Candidate's Handbook" ( a free publication that Kathy will send to you if you call her and ask), they would have learned enough to move into the "barely passed" group.

I believe if the "almost passed" people had taken my free practice exam at www.climerrealestateschool.com  , they would have learned enough from taking this test to move into the "barely passed" group.  Why would anyone go take the $31.50 Pearson Vue test without taking my free practice test?

What about those folks in the 40 % to 44% group?  I suppose they took their basic Florida real estate course at a online real estate school from some other state.  I suppose that their real estate school specializes in all fifty states.  I suppose no one told them the pass rate for the Florida real estate exam is pretty dismal.  http://ronclimer.blogspot.com/2013/04/florisda-real-estate-exam-dismal-pass.html  I suppose no one told them to study and more importantly what to study.  Their $31.50 fee to Pearson Vue must have been a wake up call.  If you think you are ready for the Florida real estate exam, take my free practice test at my website.  Why would any frugal, reasonable person go take the Florida real estate exam at $31.50 per try when they can take my practice test for free.  In the back of Linda Crawford's Exam Manual, there is four 100 question tests.  These questions are very similar to the questions on the Florida real estate exam.  Call Kathy and get this book.

Our friends in the forty to seventy per cent group have to know they need some help.

Climer School of Real Estate has help available.  We teach a live in the classroom two day state exam review.  We teach this about twice per month.  This is a very intense Florida real estate exam review.  If you don't know what Regulation Z is, if you don't know what the Sherman Clayton Antitrust act is, if you don't know what Fla Stat 720 is , you need to attend this class.  Call Kathy for details.

At Climer School of Real Estate in Orlando, we recognize that many people can not attend this class in person.  We teach this same intense class on audio CDs and video DVDs.  We also have it
online.  You could be watching these videos ten minutes from now.  Check our website for a preview or watch one of the math videos for a preview.

At Climer School of Real Estate we are dedicated to helping you pass the Florida real estate exam.  The purpose of this article is to let you know it is not easy.  Help is available.  Contact us at 407 822 3926 www.climerrealestateschool.com
