  1. The majority of these questions are not on the exam. I have been studying real estate for almost a year now and the majority of the questions you have on this exam I've never seen in class or out while studying the Linda Crawford text book.

Let me make sure I understand your comment. You have been studying Linda Crawford's textbook for a year. Why? Are you a real estate instructor? Are you taking a year long real estate course?
All of these questions were written by me after my students told me that this information is on the exam. I have been studying what is on the Florida real estate exam for thirty years.
Could you give me the number of one of the questions that you believe is not on The Florida real estate exam? I will bet that you can't.
Please don't try to confuse other students by making comments that are not true. Have you taken the Florida real estate exam? If not , why not?

  3. There are zero questions on the state exam about The Real Estate Market or Product Knowledge. There's only one question on Planning and Zoning.

    1. Hi Rosemary, not sure if you still need to know this, but the new edition 37 of the Crawford book says you can earn 3 hours of continuing education per 2 year license cycle...but you must attend a "Legal Agenda Session" and must notify and request permission from FREC more than 7 days before attending.

  5. I do read and I did notate that.....
quote: "These questions are not from the Florida real estate exam. The questions on the Florida real estate exam are confidential." BECAUSE " It would be a violation of Chapter 475 to have any of their questions."
I realize then as a result these questions are for practice benefits.
I scored 75 the first time around on your test. I feel I have still a lot of sharpening up in general before being ready to take the state exam, and I am very good with math. I plan to go through every question in LCs Exam Prep Manual Thanks a bunch your exam I found to be very helpful. I just need to do more due diligence. I will get there. I only want to take the state exam once and pass. This is my goal. I really focus on the word problems myself. I feel pretty good about the rest but will still review everything. I have to do the 63hrs again. I am sure that will really cement it all in my mind when I am ready. I am not even close to Orlando. I may do your online course. Probably I should or I might regret. I review your videos too. They are direct and to the point. I have the 8 CD set too. You have really helped me a lot and it is not over yet, by a long shot, LOL...

  6. I think #49 is wrong it currently said the real estate license expires every four years. I thought it was biannually before the 24 month mark?

  7. Ron, could you please explain why the answer said license expires in 4 yrs? Was that question a misprint?

  8. Let me try to post this again...sorry if it is a repeat. I in regards to question #49 I believe I saw on U-Tube Ron answered this question. It is the best answer...2 yrs lic. expires and if you do nothing 2 yrs it remains inactive for a total of 4 yrs. I think the point is to get you to think outside the box which is preparing you for the state exam. This is not the state exam but prep for the exam. As much free stuff as Ron puts on u-tube is amazes me there are any negative comments. Also, it is my understanding that there are SEVERAL versions of the state exam so unless you have taken it several times it is hard to know what is on the exam. I for one am grateful Ron puts so much free stuff on line...just my 2 cents worth. I plan on taking Ron's class on 9/15 and from all the reviews i have done on Real Estate schools, don't regret it a bit.

  9. Thanks for posting an entire exam. Also I believe there is a typo on the answer for number 91. The answer is 91C not 91B. Again thanks for giving us a chance to review so many different topics.
