Central Florida Real Estate School It Ain't Pretty But It Sure Gets The Job Done.

      I saw this vehicle beside the road.  I stopped and took a picture of it.  I assume that machine mounted on the back of that truck is worth ten times the value of the truck.

     This reminds me of Climer School of Real Estate .  We don't have a a fancy Winter Park address.  We are in the Rosemont building  at 5104 North Orange Blossom Trail.  We have been there since 2002.  We don't have padded chairs and fancy tables.

     There is nothing fancy or sophisticated about Climer School of Real Estate .  We tape the real estate class pictures on the wall with Scotch tape.  We post the class pictures on our Facebook page.  We use the post license text books more than once.  That is how we keep the tuition low.  We believe that students like low tuition.

     What we don't skimp on is the quality of our instructors.  We will tell you who the instructor for your real estate class is going to be.  Many real estate schools like to keep that a big dark secret.
