It is Florida Real Estate license renewal season time again. A lot of Florida Real Estate licensees must get their Post 45 mandatory class or their 14 hours of Continuing Education hours and by midnight of September 30, 2018.

You must take the Post 45 class before the end of your first renewal period or you lose your license there is zero seconds grace period for this. If you don’t get your Post 45 class done you lose your license and if you want a Real Estate license in Florida, you have to do everything all over again.
You have to apply the state of at www.myfloridalicense.com . You have to pay the application again. You have to have your fingerprints taken again and pay for that service again. You have to take a 63 hour order Real Estate license pre-license class again. You have to pass the class exam again. You have to pay Pearson Vue at www.PearsonVue.com again and you have to pass the Florida Real Estate License state exam again.
And then you take the Post 45 class that you did not take the first time. You may as well get your Post 45 done the first time. I love seeing my old students back in class however I’d rather see them in the Post 45 class than in the 63 Hour Pre-License class again.
There is not a State Exam waiting for you at the end of the line of this class. You have your Real Estate license, you been practicing Real Estate for somewhere between one week and two years. At The Climer School of Real Estate we try to make your Post 45 class as useful, meaningful, relevant, and fun as humanly possible. Some of our students never want to leave.
And you will actually learn lots of things that help you in the real world. You will learn how to get more customers, get more listings, get more closings, make more money, save more time, and have a lot more fun. All the things that we don’t teach you in the pre-license class.
We have special presentations that the students love. Lots of students bring in food for the class. Sometimes there is more food in the Post 45 class and at a restaurant. This really contributes to the festive atmosphere.
Cell phones are allowed out as long as they are on silent and you are having cell phone conversations during the class in the classroom. Many of our Post 45 students are working and since the state of Florida on the Florida Real Estate commission tells you that you have to be here, we do not want to get in the way of a possible lead or customer ordeal for closing.
I have had plenty of students actually get customers and deals and listings during the class using techniques that they learn in the same class. It is extremely exciting when this happens in front of the class. It gets everyone revved up.
The Post 45 class week becomes a huge masterminding event. We have 60 to 70 Real Estate licenses in the class and the combined knowledge, wisdom, and experience is incredible. The synergy and energy that is created is tangible and everyone feel it. It is powerful, it is positive, and it is amazing.
