The December 2015 -The Florida DBPR – Pearson Vue Real Estate Exam Pass Fail Summary from The Climer School of Real Estate

The December 2015 -The Florida DBPR – Pearson Vue Real Estate Exam Pass Fail Summary

The December 2015 and The DBPR – Pearson Vue Real Estate Exam Monthly Pass Fail Rate from The Climer School of Real Estate, the Best Real Estate License School in Florida.

Pearson Vue and the Department of Business and Professional Regulation have published the Real Estate Exam Performance Summary for December of 2015. Sadly, not much has changed.

From December 1, 2015 through December 31st 2015, a total of 2,718 people took the Florida sales associate real estate exam for their first time. 1,453 passed and 1,265 failed. This is a pass rate of only 53% and a fail rate of 47%.

2,585 people took their Florida sales associate real estate exam for a second or for a repeated time. A total of 880 passed and 1,705 failed. This is a pass rate of only 34% and a fail rate of 66%.

Why are the Pass Fail rates the way they are? I believe that the state of Florida and the Department of Business and Professional Regulation (the DBPR) want these pass fail rates. The data base is too high. Every single month, we have approximately a 50% pass rate. Month in and month out we have a 32% to a 38% pass rate for individuals who taken the exam more than once. This means that every single month, 62% to 68% of test takers fail the exam again, and they have already seen it at least once.

In December 2015, 242 people took their Florida real estate broker exam for the first time. 131 of them passed and 111 of them failed. This is a pass rate of 54% and a fail rate of 46%.

223 people took their Florida real estate broker exam for a second or for a repeated time. 101 of them passed and 122 of them failed. This is a pass rate of 45% and a fail rate of 55%.

Once again, this is about the same pass fail percentage rates as always. It's not that the content is difficult, it's that the way the state words the questions are so tricky.

Andy Brown, Head Instructor at the Climer School of Real Estate in Orlando, teaches his students that once you are sitting at your kiosk at Pearson Vue in the testing center, the content that you know is only half of the battle. Beating the state exam test makers at their game is the other half.

Andy Brown teaches his students his proprietary “Tricks, Tips, and Techniques” to beat the state exam. These are very powerful and esoteric techniques. And he and his students continually achieve outstanding results. There are many reasons why Andy Brown is considered the best real estate instructor in Florida.

And by the way, the pass fail rates for individuals taking their Florida real estate instructors license exam is not much better. As an example in December 2015, 5 people took the instructors license exam for the first time. 2 people passed and 3 people failed. This is a pass rate of 40% and a fail rate of 60%. 2 people took the Florida real estate instructors exam for a second or for a repeated time. 2 of them passed and none of them failed.

Are you thinking of getting your Florida real estate sales associate or broker’s license? If you are, then you owe it to yourself to give yourself the best chance possible of passing the state exam on your first try.

The best way to do this is to take one of Andy Brown's classes at the Climer School of Real Estate. Oddly enough, those individuals who are trying to get a Florida real state license through mutual recognition and you only have to take it easy on the Florida real estate laws and rules are doing a little bit better but that is better as I think they should be doing. I think at the very least these pass fail rates should be more like what the sales associate and meet broker exam pass fail rates reflect.

That's just me. I love helping people pass the state exam. That's how I built my reputation and why my reputation is as good as it is. Let me help you pass your state exam on your first try.
