This state require course is for sales associates that have had an active license for 24 months within the last 5 years and want to become a broker. 

Updated to reflect new changes to Chapter 475 F. S., students will learn and master a variety of topics to help them pass the Broker Exam with confidence. The course includes several thought-provoking questions and a practice final exam. Key concepts will be strengthened at the end of each unit. You'll leave this course fully prepared to pass the Broker Exam!

The class will be held August 15, 16, 18, 23, 25, and 26 from 8am-6pm with a practice final exam on August 29.

The cost of the class is $425, which includes the textbook/manual, exam study guide, exam review, and practice final exam. There is a non-refundable deposit of $45.
