As a reminder, as soon as you pass your Florida real estate sales associate license state exam you absolutely, positively must take a mandatory class called 45 hours of post licensing before the end of your first renewal period. If you do not, you lose your real estate license. There is zero seconds grace period. You’re not in trouble. No one is mad at you. The truth is, no one really cares. But if you would like to continue in the real estate industry in Florida, you are going to have to do everything all over again. This means the state application, the application fee, fingerprints, fingerprint fee, the 63 hour class, the class exam, the Pearson Vue application, and pass the state exam. And then you still have to do the 45 hours of post licensing that you did not do the first time around.
