The June 2015 DBPR Real Estate Exam Monthly Pass Fail Rates from The Climer School of Real Estate, the Best Real Estate License School in Florida.

Pearson Vue and the DBPR have published the monthly real estate exam performance summary. The month of June 2015 is pretty much like all the others. 

From June 1, 2015 through June 30 2015, a total of 2,833 people took the Florida sales associate real estate exam for their first time. 1,519 passed and 1,314 failed. This is a pass rate of 54% and a fail rate of 46%. 

 2,677 people took their Florida sales associate real estate exam for a second or for a repeated time. A total of 942 passed and 1,735 failed. This is a pass rate of 35% and a fail rate of 65%. 

Why is this? and What is going on? I believe that the state of Florida and the Department of Business and Professional Regulation (the DBPR) want these pass fail rates. The data base is too high. Month in and month out we seem to have approximately a 50% pass rate. Month in and month out we have approximately a 34% pass rate for individuals who taken the exam more than once. 

 In June 2015, 194 people took their Florida real estate broker exam for the first time. 131 of them passed and 63 of them failed. This is a pass rate of 68% and a fail rate of 32%. 

 130 people took their Florida real estate broker exam for a second or for a repeated time. 46 of them passed and 84 of them failed. This is a pass rate of 35% and a fail rate of 65%. 

 Once again, this is about the same pass fail percentage rates as always. It's not that the content is difficult, it's that the way the state words the questions are so tricky. Beating the state exam test makers at their game is the other half.

 And by the way, the pass fail rates for individuals taking their Florida real estate instructors license exam is not much better. As an example in June 2015, 5 people took the instructors license exam for the first time. 2 people passed and 3 people failed. 

This is a pass rate of 40% and a fail rate of 60%. 

5 people took the Florida real estate instructors exam for a second or for a repeated time. 3 of them passed and 2 of them failed. This is a pass rate of 60% and a fail rate of 40%. 

None of these tests are easy or guaranteed to pass.

It is a highly and well regarded belief that there is a disproportionate and significantly higher number of Climer School of Real Estate students that pass the State of Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulations’s (DBPR) Division of Real Estate’s (DRE) Real Estate Sales Associate Exam on their first try than for any of the other schools in the entire state.
I firmly believe this is true and I firmly believe that there are many justified reasons for this. Every month, Florida's Department of Business and Professional Regulation releases the Pass Fail results for the Florida real estate exam.

The August 2014 were recently released and the September 2014 will be released any moment. In August, Two thousand six hundred and twenty seven Florida real estate sales associate license applicants paid $31.50 to take the Florida real estate exam for the first time. One thousand three hundred and Florida DBPR August 2014 Pass Fail Stats seventy three passed. That is only a 52% pass ratio. 48% of the first time test takers that took the Florida real estate exam were disappointed and received a “Fail” certificate.

Two thousand seven hundred and sixty seven test hopeful takers took the Florida real estate exam as a repeat test taker. All of these applicants paid $31.50 for the privilege. One Thousand and sixty passed. That is a 38% pass rate for repeat test takers. One Thousand and seven failed for at least the second time in a row. This is a 63% Fail rate. For instance, computing acres or square feet in a legal description is not considered math. If you can do the math on the Florida real estate exam, you odds of passing increase. Another great way to study is to create your own flashcards. Take 3x5 cards and write ‘What law prohibits price fixing?’ on the front, and ‘Sherman Clayton Anti-Trust Act’ on the back. Make about five hundred of these. This is a great way to study. Do not waste your time and your $31.50 taking the Florida real estate exam without preparing.
