Once you’ve been a sales associate with an active license for 24 months within the last five years, you’re eligible to enroll in our class. Broker candidates must meet the 72-hour education requirement and pass the test, and our real estate school is the right place to do so!

Our class is designed to teach you the pertinent principles and concepts that are necessary to pass the state exam. You’ll also be happy to know that our highly knowledgeable instructors have updated their course teachings to reflect the changes made to Chapter 475 F.S.

 

72 Hour Broker Pre-License Class

 

The next round of classes will begin on Monday, Dec. 5 and end on Friday, Dec. 16. The test will be held on Monday, Dec. 19. Below are the dates and times we will meet:

• Dec. 5–6, 8 a.m.–6 p.m.
• Dec. 8, 8 a.m.–6 p.m.
• Dec. 12–13, 8 a.m.–6 p.m.
• Dec. 15–16, 8 a.m.–6 p.m.

The total cost of the class is $425. Please note, if you must cancel your class spot, you’ll be charged $225 if it is within 5 days before the first class session. However, you can use this fee toward any of our other classes for up to one year.
