Florida Real Estate Exam Confidential Scoring For Repeaters For April and May 2013

If you read my previous article, you know that the first time Florida real estate exam takers did not fare too well in April and May of 2013.

The retakers did even worse.  Here is their story.  Forty one made a grade between 40% and 44%.  Eighty scored between 45% and 49%.  One hundred and eighty nine earned a score of between 50% and 54%.  Two hundred and forty made between 55% and 59%.  Four hundred and thirty two retakers were disappointed with a grade between 60% and 64%.  Five hundred and ninety six repeat test takers scored a grade between 65% and 69%.  Seven hundred and forty seven almost made it with a grade between 70% and 74%.  That is two thousand two hundred and five disappointed Florida real estate exam retakers.  All of these people are attempting the state exam for the second or third or fourth or fifth try.  It costs $31.50 every time you try the Florida real estate exam. If my arithmetic is correct, 34% of the repeat test takers passed.

WOW!  This Florida real estate exam is no picnic.  Did you notice the first timers and the retakers, the largest group was the 70% -74% group?    http://ronclimer.blogspot.com/2013/09/florida-real-estate-exam-confidential.html   They "almost passed".  The second largest group for the first timers and the retakers was the 75% to 79%.  They "barely passed".

What is the difference between the "almost passed" and the "barely passed"?  The 'barely passed" group don't have to study anymore.  The "barely passed" group don't have to pay $31.50 to Pearson Vue to take the test again.  The "barely passed" group have a Florida real estate license.  They are ready to go make some money.  Also, the "barely passed" don't know what their grade is.  They think they made a 99%.  "Barely passed" is a lot better than almost passed.

At Climer School of Real Estate in Orlando, we teach a two day state exam review.  Taking this review course is a excellent way to pass the Florida real estate exam the first time.  You can get the details by calling Kathy at 407 822 3926.  We realize that many people can not attend this live in person class in Orlando.   We put the two day state exam review class, ( the cram course) on audio CD.  Then we put it on video DVD.  In response to popular demand, now we have it so you can download it from our website.  www.climerrealestateschool.com   Go to my website for the details on that.

We also have twelve free real estate math videos on You Tube.  If you don't know how to do the math, it is very difficult to be in the barely passed group.  You will more likely be in the almost passed group.  Check it out.  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TZb_k4kq9h0&feature=c4-overview&list=UUyBcLU3Ccx-ZxAyemcXWd1w  This link is to one of my videos .  There are eleven more to help you pass the Florida real estate exam.  You have to take the effort to watch the videos.  If you have taken the exam and you are in the below sixty per cent group, how could you better spend your time between now and your next attempt?

Before you go attempt the Florida real estate exam at $31.50 per try.  take my FREE practice test on my website.  The link is above.

You folks that made less than fifty per cent on your first try, you have probably already figured out that that $99 real estate course from some real estate school in some other state that specializes in all fifty states and several foreign countries was not such a bargain.  That is water under the bridge.

What you need to know now is what is on the FLORIDA real estate exam.  The best way to answer this question is to call Kathy at 407 822 3926 and order Dr. Linda Crawford's skinny book, "Florida Exam Manual for Sales Associates".  This is the book that we use when we teach our state exam review.  Linda Crawford is an expert on the Florida real estate exam. She is a professor at the University of Florida.  This skinny book  is an outline of the textbook that we use in our basic Florida Real Estate Commission course.  It has a glossary at the beginning of every chapter.  It has four
hundred practice test questions.  Quit studying about deeds of trust and dower and community property.  We don't have that  stuff in Florida. Study what is on the Florida real estate exam.

If you are taking the Florida real estate exam for the second time, study that sheet they gave you when you failed.  All of that stuff will be on your next exam.  If you are taking the exam for the first time, contact one of your classmates that have already failed and get that sheet from them or call Kathy.  She will send it to you for free.

Good luck on your next exam.  If you want more luck, get a Climer School of Real Estate lucky T-shirt. Ask Kathy about that. www.climerrealestateschool.com
