The December 2017 and CY 2017 Real Estate State Exam Pass Fail Rates from Pearson Vue

The December 2017 and the CY 2017 Real Estate State Exam Pass Fail Rates

This is exactly why you need to attend your Real Estate License class at The Climer School of Real Estate. Our students pass the state exam at a much higher rate!

We have a new 1 Week Sales Associate Real Estate License Class beginning on Monday, February 5th. From the looks of things, a lot of people need to be attending this class at The Climer School of Real Estate, not the other ones. We also have a phenomenal Post 45 Class starting on Monday January 29th at our Waterford Lakes Campus. It is filling up fast so make sure you register NOW!

The Climer School of Real Estate is the Best Real Estate School in Orlando

The December 2017 and the calendar year 2017 numbers are out for the sales associate license and the brokers license state exam performance statistics from Pearson Vue. And they are dismal.

Let’s do December 2017 first.

From December 1 to December 31, 2017 2603 individuals took the Florida sales Associates real estate license exam at Pearson Vue for the very first time. 1228 of them passed and 1375 fail this is a passing rate of 47% and a failing rate of 53%. This is horrible. The numbers are going down.

2781 individuals took the Florida sales associate state exam for a second or for a repeated time. 865 of them passed and 1960 of them failed for a 31% pass rate and a 69% fail rate.

The numbers are actually going down, getting worse. I believe this because there are so many new fly-by-night schools out there who think opening a real estate school is easy money or who do it for brokerage recruiting purposes, none of whom have a clue of what they’re doing regarding helping their students pass the state exam, so more the students are going to these terrible horrible schools and are flunking estate exam. They should be going to The Climer School of Real Estate the best real estate school in Orlando.

I also believe that the FREC, the BET, the DBPR, and the DRE want these numbers low. I believe it is a weeding out and a filtering mechanism. I have heard a commissioner say out loud at a FREC meeting that, “the (Pearson Vue) state exam is the ultimate gate keeper.”

This is why they all focus more on tricking you into wrong answers than in testing your knowledge.

Go to The Climer School of Real Estate to Learn How To PASS Your State Exam!

275 people took the Florida real estate brokers license state exam for the very first time calendar month of December 2017. 177 of them passed and 98 failed. This is a passing rate of 64% and a failing rate of 36%.

201 people took the Florida real estate brokers license state exam for a second or for a repeated time. 67 of them passed and 134 of them failed. This is a 33% passing rate and a 67% failing rate. Again, terrible. If they would come to The Climer School of Real Estate many more that would pass on your first try.

I blog about the problems we are going to have with the certified residential appraisers in Florida in the entire month of December 2017 only one person took the certified residential exam for the first time in only two people took for second repeated time. None of them passed. The state of Florida put zero new certified residential appraisers in December 2017.

How we do for the entire calendar year January 1 to December 31, 2017?

32,240 individuals took the Florida real estate sales associate license exam for the first time. 16,385 passed and 15,855 failed. This is an annual statewide passing rate of 51% and a failing rate of 49%. Right on target.

32,361 individuals took the Florida sales associate real estate license state exam for a second or for a repeated time. 10,210 of them passed and 22,151 of them failed. This is a passing rate of 32% and a failing rate of 68%. Again, right on time. Pathetic

Florida put in 26,595 new sales associate licensees 2017.

Over the calendar year, 2779 people took the Florida real estate brokers license state exam for the very first time. 1682 of them passed and 1000 97 of them failed. This is a first time brokers exam pass rate of 61% and a failing rate of 39%.

2245 people took the broker’s real estate state exam for a second offer repeated time. 870 of them passed and 1375 of them failed. This is a passing rate of 39% and a failing rate of 61%.

Florida passed a total of 2552 new broker licensees in 2017.

Do you remember our buddies, the new certified residential appraisers? The state of Florida added a total of 12 new certified residential appraisers in 2017.

I truly feel sorry for the students, especially those in central Florida, who go to a school for their sales associate 63-hour pre-license class or their broker 72-hour pre-license class other than The Climer School of Real Estate. The Four Steps to Getting Your Florida Real Estate Sales Associate License

How Do I Get My Real Estate License from The Climer School of Real Estate

The Steps To Get Your Florida Real Estate License from The Climer School, the Best Real Estate License School in Florida.

”How Do I Get My Florida Real Estate License?” I get asked this all the time. While a Florida Real Estate License is a fantastic thing to have, it is not the easiest thing in the world to get and there are four specific steps that you must do to achieve this goal.

The First Step is to go to the www.MyFloridaLicense.com website. This is the official website for the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation, or the DBPR. There is an application that you must fill out completely and honestly, and a fee that must be sent in to the DBPR. Currently, the fee is only $89 although that is subject to change at the decision of the Florida Real Estate Commission (FREC).

You must disclose if you have ever plead guilty to, been convicted of, been found guilty of, or plead no contest to anything other than a routine, minor traffic violation. Most everything in this category will not keep you from getting your Real Estate License however not disclosing everything will keep you from getting your Florida Real Estate License. The FREC is looking for acts that would prove to them that someone cannot be trusted with the general public’s safety, well-being, and money.

The Second Step is to have your fingerprints taken and sent to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (the FDLE) and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (the FBI). The FDLE will conduct a Florida criminal background check and send the results to the DBPR for review. The FBI will conduct a national criminal background check and send the results to the DBPR for review.

Do Not get your fingerprints taken just anywhere because it is cheap, or cheaper. Your fingerprints must be taken by an entity who is certified and approved to take them on behalf of the DBPR. The Climer School of Real Estate has someone who comes in every class and will take care of this step for you for only $60. This seems to be the lowest price anywhere for this required service. By the way as soon as the DBPR reviews and approves your application, and you have sent your required fee, and the DBPR reviews and approves your state and federal criminal background checks, you will be approved to take your state Real Estate Examination at a Pearson Vue Testing Center. You can sign up for your state exam but you will not be allowed to take it until you successfully complete Step 3.

The Third Step is to sign up for and take your mandatory required 63 Hour Florida Real Estate Sales Associate Pre-License Class, and pass the Class Examination at the end of the class. This is what the Climer School of Real Estate specializes in.

The Climer School is the Best Real Estate License School in Orlando and the Best Real Estate License School in central Florida. The Fourth Step is to register for and pass your Florida Real Estate Sales Associate State Exam at a Pearson Vue Testing Center. This will cost you $31.50. This is your last and most difficult step. You must get a score of 75% or better to pass. The pass fail rate is around 50 % for first time test takers. It is an extremely difficult test to pass.

This is The Climer School’s and Andy Brown’s specialty and expertise.
