Andy Brown’s thoughts on Real Estate ‘Agency Relationships’ in Florida!
Nothing seems to confuse students in the state of Florida Real Estate 63 Hour Pre License class like the concepts of ‘Agency Relationships’. This is not really surprising.

Give More Than You Get
In bussiness, in social settings, and any other human interaction, give more than you get is a good axiom. If you strive to give more than you get, you will always get more.
If you can,t accept this on faith, that is understandable. It is very ambiguous. Try to prove it to yourself. Give this a try for about thirty days. Think about a interaction you have. Let's use your job as a n example. Do you give your employer more than he pays for? As Napoleon Hill calls it, do you go the "extra mile"? If you don't give more than you get, don't expect a raise anytime soon. If you do give more than you get, a raise is as inevitable as the sunrise. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2Y1OFuQ50Nw Here is a link with more detail on that.
When you give more than you get, there is always a psychic debt to you. If you get more than you give, you create a debt to the universe. You will have to pay this debt with interest.
Is that right? Does that make sense? If your current employer doesn't recognize your talents and abilities, someone will. www.climerrealestateschool.com

The Florida Real Estate Exam, Why Fifty Per Cent Fail and Fifty Per Cent Pass
Florida Real Estate Exam Review Class |
How is it possible for two people to sit in a classroom for sixty hours and one learn ninety eight per cent of what is taught and the other learns fifty eight per cent of what is taught? Is the skill and expertise of the instructor a problem here? Is the textbook different for the two students?
We all know the answer to this question. The student that made a 98% on the test studied and the one that made a 58% studied less. Since Socrates was a young man, students have wanted to learn without studying. It is possible.
For an endeavor like the Florida real estate exam, it is very unlikely that a student can pass this very difficult exam without study. If you are going to study, you may as well study what is on the Florida real estate exam. Many people took their Florida online real estate course from a "national" real estate school that specializes in all fifty states and several foreign countries. These people spend a lot of time and effort studying stuff that is not on the Florida real estate test. This is better than no study. Studying what is on the Florida real estate exam would be a better idea.
How can you know what is on the Florida real estate exam? Call Kathy at Climer School of Real Estate in Orlando ( 407 822 3926 ) and ask her to send you a free copy of the "Candidate's Handbook" . This is a small twenty page booklet that has an outline of what is on the Florida real estate exam. Anyone that is spending $31.50 to take the exam should read this little booklet. At Climer School of Real Estate, we are surprised to learn that all real estate schools don't give this booklet to their students. It is recommended by the Department of Business and Professional Regulation.
While you have Kathy on the line, ask her about Linda Crawford's "Exam Manual". We sell this book. This is the best study aid that is available to study for the Florida real estate test. Once again, we are surprised to learn that many of our competitors do not even mention this valuable book to their students. Why? It has four hundred practice questions in the back. Many of my students tell me these questions are very similar to the questions on the Florida real estate exam. Linda Crawford is the author of this book. She is a instructor at the University of FLORIDA. Would this book help you pass the Florida real estate exam? I think so.
We use Linda Crawford's "Exam Manual" to teach our two day state exam reviews. We teach this two day class live in Orlando twice per month. We also have this review on audio CD and video DVD. We also have it online. Check that out at www.climerrealestateschool.com .
The Florida real estate exam is ten per cent math. The real estate math that is on the Florida real estate exam is easy to study. We have posted twelve videos on You Tube to help you. The videos are free. You have to put up the effort to watch them. There is no math on the Florida real estate exam that is not on these videos. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8gNXz5DsZmI&list=PLTlWnUQfSQrsQkjcqD2qtf59of7sPHA6v&index=7 If you go to You Tube and go to "Climer School" , there is a playlist of all twelve free real estate math videos. All you have to do is watch these. It is hard to pass the Florida real estate exam if you miss half the math. You have to be able to compute documentary stamps on the deed and mortgage. You have to be able to compute per cent of profit. You have to be able to compute interest. You have to be able to amortize a mortgage. You have to be able to compute number of acres in a lot. If you can not, it will be difficult for you to pass the Florida real estate exam. At $31.50 per try , you want to pass the first time. Watch the free real estate math videos on You Tube.
If you want to know if you are ready for the Florida real estate exam, take my free practice test at www.climerrealestateschool.com This is a very good indicater of how ready you are for the big test. If you make a seventy on mine, that is probably what you will make on the Florida real estate exam. Mine is free. Perason Vue charges $31.50 every time you take the test.
At Climer School of Real Estate, we have many ways to help you pass the Florida real estate exam. Google us and read our Google reviews. Contact us if we can help you.

Why Does Climer School of Real Estate Have Competitors?
One of my students asked me today why I have competitors.
Climer School of Real Estate is the least expensive school in central Florida.
No real estate school does a better job of teaching the Florida real estate basic class. No real estate school in central Florida has a better state exam review than Climer School of Real Estate. Ron Climer's "cram course" is the very best place to learn what is on the Florida real estate exam.
Most of Climer School of Real Estate's students take the basic class and go pass the Florida real estate exam on their first attempt without even taking the review class. Climer School of Real Estate teaches what is on the Florida real estate exam.
Many competitive real estate schools in central Florida have no Google reviews on Google. Climer School of Real Estate has over one hundred and fifty Google reviews on Google.
Many competitive real estate schools are ashamed of who their instructor is. They will not tell you who is teaching the class that you are signing up for. Find out who the instructor is before you pay your tuition.
Climer School of Real Estate has twelve free real estate math videos posted on You Tube to help any real estate student, anywhere in Florida, pass the Florida real estate exam. Our user name is Climer School. If you or a loved one is soon taking the Florida real estate exam, watch these twelve videos. This is the math that is on the Florida real estate exam. Watch these videos. The pass rate for the Florida real estate exam is dismal. http://ronclimer.blogspot.com/2013/04/florisda-real-estate-exam-dismal-pass.html Read this article if you want the details on that. Here is a link to one of the twelve math videos http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ICJEr5Zm6OM
Climer School of Real Estate teaches a two day review for the Florida real estate exam. It is very inexpensive. You can take this review live in a classroom. You can get it on audio CD. You can get it on video DVD. You can get it online at our website. www.climerrealestateschool.com Why would anyone in central Florida go take the state exam for the second time without availing himself to this course? It cost $31.50 every time you take the Florida real estate exam.
Climer School of Real Estate will send a free
copy of the "Candidate's Handbook" to anyone that calls Kathy and asks for it. ( 407 822 3926 ) We send a copy of this valuable booklet to our students as soon as they sign up to take the basic real estate course. Many competitive real estate school don't even tell their students that the "Candidate's Handbook" exists. It has an outline of what is on the Florida real estate exam with the percentages. It also has a myriad of hints and tips for passing the Florida real estate exam. Here is one. You can bring a foreign language dictionary with you to the exam. Did you know that?
On Climer School of Real Estate's website, we have a free practice exam to help any student know if they are ready for the Florida real estate exam. If you are soon taking Pearson Vue's test, practice on this one. If you fail Climer School's, you will probably fail the Florida real estate exam. Climer's is free . Pearson Vue charges $31.50 per try.
Why do we have competition? I suppose some students think that a real estate school three blocks from their home is better than a real estate school ten miles from their home. Check out Climer School of Real Estate at www.climerrealestateschool.com

The Strongest Force In The Universe
Is habit really the strongest force in the universe? Maybe.
Habit determines your success in life more than anything else. Bad habits will destroy your chance of success. Good habits enhance your chance of success.
A bad habit, like being late or smoking cigarettes, will hamper your chances of success. That is hardly open to debate. Good habits like smiling or daily running will enhance your likeliness of success.
If this is true, why don't people pay more attention to the habits they form? I believe the answer to that is they don't understand how important habits are. Once you understand that habits control your life , you know you want to control your habits.
Let's start with something simple and easy. What if you formed a habit of smiling all the time? Would that enhance your chances of success. Would that affect your income? I think so. What if you formed a habit of saving ten per cent of your income? Would that influence your future?
I think either of these habits would show up on the radar of success.
How do we form a habit? It starts with an action. You take an action. Often, this action is difficult and laborious. For instance, you set your clock for five AM. The clock goes off. You get up. You put on your running shoes and go run for twenty minutes.
Would that be difficult? Yes sir. Would that be laborious? Yes,yes, yes. The first time, it would be difficult and laborious. Probably the second day it would be be tough. I will bet the third day you could think of ten reasons why you should not get up and go run. By the thirtieth day, this would start to feel normal. By the 365th day, you probably would feel strange if you did not go run. You probably could not sleep past five AM if you tried. You would feel strange if you didn't run for thirty minutes.
Good habits, bad habits They both start the same way. You take an action. It starts to feel normal. Then it starts to feel strange if you don't do what habit dictates that you must.
Pay attention to your habits. Form good habits and become a slave to habit. www.climerrealestateschool.com www.climerconsulting.com

Florida Real Estate Exam's Pass Fail Results For September 2013
The Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation has just released the September 2013 results for the Florida real estate exam.
One thousand nine hundred and ninety one real estate sales associate candidates paid $31.50 to take the Florida real estate exam from Pearson Vue in September. Nine hundred and fifty eight passed. One thousand and thirty three will be back paying $31.50 to take the test again. That is a 48% pass rate.
In September, two thousand four hundred and thirty two took the Florida real estate test for the second or third or fourth or fifth time. Seven hundred sixty seven passed. That is a 32% pass rate. This Florida real estate exam is not easy.
If you took your basic Florida real estate course online, you probably used your notes and books when you took your school exam. You can't use books and notes on the Florida real estate exam that Pearson Vue gives. You can use a translation dictionary if you speak a foreign language. Take one with you.
If you are going to take the Florida real estate exam soon, here is a few suggestions.
Read the "Candidate's Handbook". This book tells you what is on the Florida real estate test. Kathy at Climer School of Real Estate in Orlando gets calls from people all over the state of Florida that have taken the test and NOT read this little book. This book tells you what is on the Florida real estate exam. If you have not read this book, call Kathy at 407 822 3926. She will send you a free copy.
Speaking of free help, why would anyone go spend $31.50 to take the test without watching Climer School's free real estate math videos on You Tube? Our user name on You Tube is "Climer School". There are twelve math videos posted on You Tube to help you pass the math portion of the Florida real estate exam. The math is ten per cent of the test. It is very difficult to pass the Florida real estate exam without getting ten out of ten on the math. If you are struggling with the math, maybe your real estate instructor did a poor job of explaining it. Watch Ron Climer's free math videos. It will help you pass. These videos are also on our website at www.climerrealestateschool.com .
At Climer School of Real Estate in Orlando, we teach a two day Florida real estate review. Attend this if you are near Orlando. It is me telling you exactly what is on the FLORIDA real estate exam.

After we started selling the audio CDs, people started to ask for the cram course on video. Now we have it on video DVD. Then people started to ask for access online so they could get it faster. Now we have it on line. Check our website if you need help passing the Florida real estate exam.
When we teach our live two day "Pass the Florida Real Estate Exam The Next Time" seminar, we use Linda Crawford's "Exam Manual For Florida Sales Associates and Brokers". This book is the very best study aid available if you want to pass the FLORIDA real estate exam. Call Kathy if you don't have it.
Most of the students that attend my two day Florida real estate exam cram course did not take their basic real estate course at Climer School of Real Estate. Many of them took their basic course from a online real estate school from another state. Much of the information they have learned is useless for the Florida real estate exam. Call Kathy and buy the "Exam Manual" of you are soon taking the Florida real estate exam.
Many people go take the exam for the second time without reading the material that Pearson Vue gives you when you fail. When you fail the test, Pearson Vue gives you a sheet from the DBPR with "study suggestions" for the next time. Many people don't even look at this sheet. This stuff is on the test. Study it. All of this stuff will be on your next exam. If you want a free copy of this sheet, call Kathy she will send you one.
