Real Estate State Exam Review Class in Orlando, Florida

Florida real estate exam review class is available at Climer School
At Climer School of Real Estate, we teach a Florida real estate exam review class.  Many people call this the "cram course".  We teach this class to prepare our students for the Florida real estate exam.  The pass fail rate for the Florida real estate exam is fifty fifty for first time takers.  http://ronclimer.hubpages.com/hub/The-Florida-Real-Estate-Exam-Pass-Fail-Rate-For-July-2012  Here is alink if you want the details on that.  Our two day state exam review class is not a required course.  Half of our students do not take it.  Most of our students feel like they learned enough in our basic real estate course.  It is not unusual for a student to finish our basic class on Friday and go pass the Florida real estate exam on Saturday morning.  Check out  this ninety second video.  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uQkyITKFtrc  If you watched this video, which was shot at the Pearson Vue test center, Did you see the guy in the background that came walking out?  Do you think he passed?

This two day state exam review course is very intense.  We cover the same material that we cover in the sixty hour basic class.  We cover it faster.  Many of the longer explanations I shorten up to just the bare essentials so the students can understand.  This class is not required.  The only people that are there are people that need help passing the Florida real estate exam.  This class is optional.  You don't have to pay for it if you don't need it.

Half of the students in the Florida real estate exam class are not my students.  They took their basic real estate course and got their certificate at another central Florida real estate school.  At this two day real estate class, we use Linda Crawford's "Exam Manual for Sales Associates" as a textbook.  This wonderful little book is an outline of Linda Crawford's textbook that we use in our basic class.  This textbook is the most popular textbook with Florida real estate schools.  The "Exam Manual" also has 400 practice questions in the back to help students pass the Florida real estate exam the first time.  At this two day real estate review class, we have no jokes and no nonsense.  This is intense with no stupid questions.  There are no stupid questions but there are plenty of questions.  At least half of the students inn the room have taken the state exam at least once.

When we get to a subject, the repeat test takers have an abundance of questions and information about how this material is on  the test.  This is almost as good as having spies in the Florida real estate exam.

Taking a good review class is the best way to be certain that you are one of the happy half of the test takers.  We know that many people want to take this state exam review class but are unable to due to work and other responsibilities.  Climer School of Real Estate has the solution to this problem.  We have recorded the two day review onto audio Cds and video DVDs.  Call us at 407 822 3926 for the details on that.  Go to our website if you want to watch these online.  We also have a free 100 question practice exam on our website at www.climerrealestateschool.com

If you are soon taking the Florida real estate exam, attend our two day real estate review class.  Please do not underestimate the Florida real estate exam.

Do I Need To Take A Cram Course Review To Pass The Florida Real Estate Exam?

Here is a picture of Shane Wise.  Shane took Climer School of Real Estate 's basic sixty three hour FREC 1 course.  His school exam was Monday night February third at six PM.  Shane walked out with a certificate and on Wednesday February fifth at eleven AM., Shane passed the Florida real estate exam.

This is not unusual.  Radha Persaud was in the same class as Shane.  She passed her state exam and got her Florida real estate license on February fourth.

At Climer School of Real Estate, we teach you what you need to know to pass the Florida real estate exam in the basic class.  If you are soon starting a real estate class, go ahead and apply for your Florida real estate license before you show up for class.  You can apply at www.myfloridalicense.com   The  process takes about three weeks.   If you start the process before your class starts, you can go take your state exam as soon as class is over.

You don't have to take the review cram course.  If you want to take one, we offer the best one in Florida about twice per month.  It is two days.  It is just me telling you what is on the Florida real estate exam.  If you would like a preview, check this out.  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YtflncxZjOo  If  you think you need a review to help you pass the Florida real estate exam, call Kathy at 407 822 3926 or www.climerrealestateschool.com   If you don't think you need a review, don't attend one of those schools that charge you for it in the tuition for the basic class.   www.floridarealestateexam.net

Florida Real Estate Exam, I Know I Am Doing Some Good

When I teach my Florida real estate exam review class, over half the students are not my students.  They took their basic Principles and Practice of Real Estate class at some other real estate school.  Some took their course from another local real estate school.  Some took their real estate course online from a real estate school in another state.

Many of these students have taken their Florida real estate exam many times.  Their problem is that they are studying the wrong stuff.  You have to study what is on the Florida real estate exam.

I am positive that what I am teaching is what is on the Florida real estate exam.  Why am I so certain?  I teach these "cram courses" two times a month.  I have an opportunity to meet with people that have taken the Florida real estate exam recently.  Often recently means yesterday.  These classes are as much a debriefing for me as it is a learning experience for the students.

I know I am doing the students a lot of good.  They tell me during the breaks that much of what I am teaching they have never heard before.  They tell me this.

If you are studying the wrong material, you can memorize your study material and this will do you no good.  You must be studying what is on the Florida real estate test.

If you are soon taking the Florida real estate exam, a good place to start is to watch the twelve real estate math videos that I have on You Tube.  The Florida real estate exam is ten per cent math.  All the math that you need to know is on these twelve videos.  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TZb_k4kq9h0&list=PLTlWnUQfSQrsQkjcqD2qtf59of7sPHA6v  If you have already taken the Florida real estate exam, you will recognize some of these math problems that are on these videos.   If you are soon to take the Florida real estate exam for the first time, take my word for it.  The math on my free videos is the math that is on the state exam.  Watch all twelve of these videos.  It costs $31.50 every time you take the Florida  real estate exam.                                                         www.climerrealestateschool.com

Florida Real Estate Exam's Pass Fail Results For September 2013

The Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation has just released the September 2013 results for the Florida real estate exam.

One thousand nine hundred and ninety one real estate sales associate candidates paid $31.50 to take the Florida real estate exam from Pearson Vue in September.  Nine hundred and fifty eight passed.  One thousand and thirty three will be back paying $31.50 to take the test again.  That is a 48% pass rate.

In September, two thousand four hundred and thirty two took the Florida real estate test for the second or third or fourth or fifth time.  Seven hundred sixty seven passed.  That is a 32% pass rate.  This Florida real estate exam is not easy.

If you took your basic Florida real estate course online, you probably used your notes and books when you took your school exam.  You can't use books and notes on the Florida real estate exam that Pearson Vue gives.  You can use a translation dictionary if you speak a foreign language.  Take one with you.

If you are going to take the Florida real estate exam soon, here is a few suggestions.

Read the "Candidate's Handbook".  This book tells you what is on the Florida real estate test.  Kathy at Climer School of Real Estate in Orlando gets calls from people all over the state of Florida that have taken the test and NOT read this little book.  This book tells you what is on the Florida real estate exam.  If you have not read this book, call Kathy at 407 822 3926.  She will send you a free copy.

Speaking of free help, why would anyone go spend $31.50 to take the test without watching Climer School's free real estate math videos on You Tube?  Our user name on You Tube is "Climer School".  There are twelve math videos posted on You Tube to help you pass the math portion of the Florida real estate exam.  The math is ten per cent of the test.  It is very difficult to pass the Florida real estate exam without getting ten out of ten on the math.  If you are struggling with the math, maybe your real estate instructor did a poor job of explaining it.  Watch Ron Climer's free math videos.  It will help you pass.  These videos are also on our website at www.climerrealestateschool.com .

At Climer School of Real Estate in Orlando, we teach a two day Florida real estate review.  Attend this if you are near Orlando.  It is me telling you exactly  what is on the FLORIDA real estate exam.

We understand that many people can not attend this live seminar.  We put it on audio CD.  Call Kathy at 407 822 3826 for the details on this.  After we started selling the audio CDs, people started to ask for the cram course on video.  Now we have it on video DVD.  Then people started to ask for access online so they could get it faster.  Now we have it on line.  Check our website if you need help passing the Florida real estate exam.

When we teach our live two day "Pass the Florida Real Estate Exam The Next Time" seminar, we use Linda Crawford's "Exam Manual For Florida Sales Associates and Brokers".  This book is the very best study aid available if you want to pass the FLORIDA real estate exam.  Call Kathy if you don't have it.

Most of the students that attend my two day Florida real estate exam cram course did not take their basic real estate course at Climer School of Real Estate.  Many of them took their basic course from a online real estate school from another state.  Much of the information they have learned is useless for the Florida real estate exam.  Call Kathy and buy the "Exam Manual" of you are soon taking the Florida real estate exam.

Many people go take the exam for the second time without reading the material that Pearson Vue gives you when you fail.  When you fail the test, Pearson Vue gives you a sheet from the DBPR with "study suggestions" for the next time.  Many people don't even look at this sheet.  This stuff is on the test.  Study it.  All of this stuff will be on your next exam.  If you want a free copy of this sheet, call Kathy she will send you one.

If we can help you pass the Florida real estate exam, contact us at 407 822 3926 or www.climerrealestateschool.com .

Florida Real Estate Exam

Can I pass the Florida real estate exam first time?   The pass rate last month (July 2013) was 44% for first time takers and 27% for retakers.

How can I know if I am ready for the Florida real estate exam?  You could take Climer School of Real Estate's free practice test at my website,  www.climerrealestateschool.com.  If you take that free exam and fail it, what does that mean?  It means you are not ready to go pay Pearson Vue $31.50 to take the Florida real estate test.

What should you be studying?  If you took your basic real estate course from a real estate school that is not in Florida, it would probably be a good idea to start studying what is on the Florida real estate exam.

On You Tube, I have posted twelve free real estate math videos that take all the mystery out of the math that is on the Florida real estate exam.  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FZ_gTg35GIs&list=TLIxIKxrX5zSU  If you have not watched all twelve of these free videos, what are you waiting for?  This is the math that is on the Florida real estate exam.

If you would like an inexpensive state exam review class ( real estate cram course ), Climer School of Real Estate has the best one in Florida .  We teach this live at 5104 N. Orange Blossom Trail in Orlando.  We also have this state exam review course on audio CD.  We also have the real estate cram course on the internet.  You can download it and watch Ron Climer tell you exactly what is on the Florida real estate exam.  Check this out at our website at  www.climerrealestateschool.com  .

If you have had the experience of taking the Florida real estate exam at an expense of $31.50 paid to Pearson Vue, and you would like to have that experience only one more time, call Climer School of Real Estate at 407 822 3926.  Ask Kathy.  She will tell you about all the study aids we have to help you pass the Florida real estate exam.

The Florida Real Estate Exam, Analyzing The Questions Correctly

Many people tell me that all four of the choices for the questions on the Florida real estate exam seem correct or all four choices seem incorrect.  You need to learn to analyze the question choices on the Florida real estate exam.  Is the choice true or false.

A student called me yesterday to ask about a question that he encountered on the Florida real estate exam.  The question was about the fair housing act.  When students explain questions to me, I never know if they have the question right or close to right.  The student tells me that the question states," Mr. Real Estate Agent shows a house to an African American prospect in an African American neighborhood in central Florida. The prospect asks a question.   The real estate agent  can assume...........? "

     A. The prospect wants to be in an African American neighborhood.
     B. The prospect does not want to be in a African American neighborhood.
     C. The prospect is concerned about the ethnicity of the neighborhood.
     D.  The prospect likes the architectural style of the house.

It is important that you read the Florida real estate exam question carefully.  It is important that you understand the question.  The question is:  what can the real estate agent assume?  The exam question stated that the prospect asked a question.  We don't know what that question was.   Our question is what can the salesman assume.

     A. If the real estate salesman assumes that the prospect wants to be in an African American neighborhood, he is steering.  This is a violation of the Fair Housing Act. This choice is wrong.
     B.  If the real estate agent assumes that the prospect does not want to be in an African American neighborhood, he is steering.  This is a violation of the Civil Rights Act of 1968.  This choice is wrong.
     C.  If the real estate salesman assumes the prospect is concerned about the ethnicity of the neighborhood, he is steering.  This is a violation of Fair Housing Act.  This choice is wrong.
     D. It would be OK for the real estate salesman to assume that the prospect likes the architectural style of the house.  This is not a violation of any law.  This is the best answer.

As we read this and other questions we wish we could ask questions like," What did the prospect ask?".  We wish we could but we can't.  A smart test taker will not add or subtract to the questions on the Florida real estate exam.  Everything on the Florida real estate exam depends on the choices.  You can't write in an answer.  You have to go with the choices. It is not like one answer is dead right and three are dead wrong.  Which is the best answer?

As you read the question, make sure you understand the question.  Carefully read the choices and ask yourself,"Is this choice true or false?".  If it is false, it can not be the right answer.

The more you know, the easier it is to discern the wrong answers.  If you would like to practice before you go spend $31.50 taking your Florida real Estate exam at Pearson Vue in central Florida, take the practice test on my website at www.climerrealestateschool.com .  This is free, easy, effective and painless.  If you are taking the Florida real estate exam soon, why would you pass on this.  If you are taking the Florida real estate exam for the second time, be sure to know all the stuff that is on that sheet Pearson Vue gave you about frequently  missed questions.  If you are taking the Florida real estate exam soon, watch all eleven of my free real estate math videos on You Tube.  My user name is Climer School.  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1-J6kid1FTs&feature=c4-overview&list=UUyBcLU3Ccx-ZxAyemcXWd1w   A lady called me recently and told me she had failed the Florida real estate exam three times.  She made a 73,72, and a 74.  The best she had done was on the math was six out of ten.  She said she watched my free math videos.  She said she only watched the ones if the problems I was teaching looked familiar from the Florida real estate exam.  The link above is
a new problem on the new Florida real estate exam.

If we can do anything to help you pass your Florida real estate exam, call Kathy at 407 822 3926.  While you have Kathy on the line ask her to send you the free Florida Real Estate Handbook.  This book has a breakdown of what is on the Florida real estate exam.

Florida Real Estate Exam, Pass Fail Rates For July 2013

The Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation has released the results for the Florida real estate exam for July 2013.  Two thousand and thirty four applicants for a Florida real estate license attempted the sales associates exam for the first time in July, 2013.  They all paid $31.50.  Nine hundred thirty five of those real estate license applicants passed.  That is a forty six per cent pass ratio.  That is the best pass rate this year.  Fifty four percent of those test takers were disappointed and unhappy.

Two thousand four hundred and two tried again for the second or third or fourth or tenth time.  Seven hundred eighty of those passed.  One thousand seven hundred and two failed.  They all paid Pearson Vue $31.50 for the experience.

If you are taking the Florida real estate exam any time soon, you do not want to be one of the disappointed ones.  How can you pass the Florida real estate exam the next time you attempt it?  The previous facts should make you understand that this test is no picnic.  You have to study.  You have to study hard.  That is not enough.  You have to study what is on the FLORIDA real estate exam.  If you are studying what is on the California exam, you are doing yourself no good.

I know for sure what is on the Florida real estate exam.  I have been studying it for thirty years.  If you want to know about the math that is on the Florida real estate exam, watch my free math videos on You Tube.  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1-J6kid1FTs&feature=c4-overview&list=UUyBcLU3Ccx-ZxAyemcXWd1w There are eleven of these free videos on You Tube.  I would like to tell you that they are free and easy.  The math on the Florida real estate exam is not easy.  It is very hard to pass the exam if you can't do it and there is no easier way to learn it than my free videos.  Watch all eleven of them.   My user name is "ClimerSchool".

Have you taken my free practice exam on my website at www.climerrealestateschool.com  ?  If not, why not?  This is a perfect way to determine if you are ready for the Florida real estate exam.  Take this test.  Take it like a test.  Grade yourself.  If you make a 70% on Climer School of Real Estate's free test, that is probably what you will make on Pearson Vue's $31.50 test.

If you used Linda Crawford's "Principles, Practices and Law"  textbook in your real estate class, take the one hundred question practice test in the back of that book. That is very similar to the Florida real estate exam.

Do not underestimate the Florida real estate exam.  We have all kind of study aids available to help you pass including a two day review cram course that we teach about twice per month.  If we can help you pass, contact us at 407 822 3926 or www.climerrealestateschool.com

I Wish I Had Found Your Real Estate School First

When I answer the phone at Climer School of Real Estate, I hear this a lot.  I talk to people that are trying to pass the Florida real estate exam.  They say to me,"I wish I had found you first"  What they did find was an online real estate school that is in another state and specializes in all fifty states.  They have learned a lot of stuff.  It just isn't the stuff that is on the Florida real estate exam.
At Climer School of Real Estate, I teach exactly what is on the Florida real estate exam.  I don't teach anything except what is on the Florida real estate exam.  If you want to learn about short sales or how to earn money investing in rental property, my class is not for you.  If you want to learn what is on the Florida real estate exam, there is no better place to learn it than my class.

You have to take FREC course one somewhere.  Take it from me.  This is all you need to pass the Florida real estate exam.  How do I know this is true?  I have had hundreds of students leave my FREC 1 class and go pass the Florida real estate exam.  Here is one of those students on this video.  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uQkyITKFtrc

Usually, when I meet people telling me that they wish they met me sooner, it is people that took their FREC 1 course somewhere else and now they are looking for help to pass the Florida real estate exam.

When they start looking for help with the Florida real estate exam, they find my real estate math videos on You Tube.  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1-J6kid1FTs&feature=c4-overview&list=UUyBcLU3Ccx-ZxAyemcXWd1w  The videos are free.  The real estate math problems on the videos are on the Florida real estate exam.  There are eleven free videos.  If you are taking the state exam soon, watch them all.

After watching the videos, many people call Kathy at 407 822 3926 and ask her about the Exam Manual.  This book is the best study aid available for passing  the Florida real estate exam.  This book was written by Linda Crawford.  Linda is a real estate instructor at the University of Florida.  When you fail the Florida real estate exam, they give you a breakdown of what is on the exam.  It looks a lot like the table of contents in the exam manual.

If you want to pass the Florida real estate exam, you have to study Florida stuff.  If you find us first, we will teach you what is on the Florida real estate exam. Contact us at www.climerrealestateschool.com

Florida Real Estate Exam Cram Course

The Florida real estate exam is certainly difficult.  In April 2013, the pass rate was 42%.  That means that if one hundred people took the test, forty two passed.  It costs $31.50 every time you take the Florida real estate exam.  It not only costs $31.50 , you have to continue to study and concentrate more.  If you have a job waiting for you as soon as you get your Florida real estate license, you will have to delay those plans.  It is a pain to not pass.

If you have already  passed your Florida Real Estate Commission Course 1, you need to pass the Florida real estate exam before you can get your Florida real estate license.

What you need is a good two day cram course to teach you how to pass the Florida real estate test.  We have that Florida real estate exam review class for you. At Climer School of Real Estate, we teach a two day review cram course to tell you what is on the Florida real estate exam. We originally designed this class for our students.

As time has gone by, we have discovered that over half of our real estate cram course students came to us from other real estate schools.  Many of the students in our cram course took their FREC course 1 from a online real estate school from another state.

Often, these students don't even know basic stuff, like what is  F.S. 475 or F.S.455  Often they have never heard of the Sherman Clayton Act.  There store of knowledge depends on how much they have studied on their own.  One thing these students do know is how tough the Florida real estate exam is.  They know because all of them have failed it at least once at $31.50 per try before they started looking for me.

Many of these students found Climer School of Real Estate after watching my math videos on You Tube. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nq-Cz8pvihw&feature=c4-overview&playnext=1&list=TLElPd9RLHuPQ   If you have not watched all ten of these real estate math videos, do yourself a favor and watch them.  This is the math that is on the Florida real estate exam.  It is free.

If you need a cram course to help you pass your Florida real estate exam, call us at 407 822 3926 or www.climerrealestateschool.com .  We have this class in person on video or audio CD.

The Florida Real Estate Exam Pass Fail Results For May 2013

The Department of Business and Professional Regulation released the pass fail results for the month of May 2013 yesterday. One thousand eight hundred and seventy five applicants paid $31.50 to attempt the Florida real estate sales associates exam for the first time in May.   Seven hundred and ninety passed.  One thousand and eighty five were shocked and dismayed to discover that they had failed.

I say shocked and dismayed because many students do not know that the pass rate for the Florida real estate exam has always been pretty bleak.  Forty two per cent pass rate is certainly bleak.  That is better than the 27% pass rate in April of 2013.

You would think that the two thousand two hundred and twenty five retakers would do better.  This is not the case.  Seven hundred and sixteen of these folks were happy.  One thousand five hundred and nine were disappointed again.  That is 32% pass rate for the retakers.  All of these people paid $31.50 to Pearson Vue to attempt the Florida real estate exam.

Florida real estate broker applicants did a little better.  Their pass rate for first time takers was 59% and 35% for retakers.

Why is the pass rate for the Florida real estate exam so dismal?  There are several reasons but they all boil down to the student is unprepared.

Many real estate school instructors don't tell their students that the Florida real estate exam is tough.  The teacher knows what is on his exam.  He teaches his students to pass his exam.  The students passes that exam at the real estate school.  He makes a pretty good grade.  He thinks he is ready.  WHAM! The student takes the Florida real estate exam.  He thinks he has been run over by a train when he leaves the Pearson Vue test center with a 52% grade on his Florida real estate exam.

Another problem is that students are studying the wrong material.  If a student took their basic FREC 1 course from an online real estate school from some other state, who knows what they are learning?  Any one that took their basic course from a real estate school in another state is at an extreme disadvantage.  That student needs to learn what is on the Florida real estate exam.

One of the easiest, least expensive ways to do that is to buy Linda Crawford's "Exam Manual".  At Climer School of Real Estate, we use this book to teach our two day Florida real estate exam review course.

If you have taken the Florida real estate test once and were not even close to passing, this two day class would certainly be some time well spent for you.  In this class, I teach everything that you need to know to pass the Florida real estate exam.  We use Linda Crawford's "Exam Manual" in this class.

Many people want to attend this class but can not schedule the time.  We understand that at Climer School of Real Estate.  We put the entire course on audio CDs.  If you would like to attend this class, call Kathy at 407 822 3926.  If you want to learn what is on the Florida real estate exam, there is  no better way to learn this.

If you want to know if you are ready for the Florida real estate exam. go to my website and take the one hundred question practice test that I have there.  Our website is www.climerrealestateschool.com . If you don't pass this test, you are not ready for the BIG one.  Ours is free.  The Florida real estate exam costs $31.50 per try.

Another thing we have done to help you pass the Florida real estate exam is we have put ten real estate math videos on You Tube.  This is free.  It is easy.  Our user name is Climer School.  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YtflncxZjOo  Watch all ten of the videos.  It is very difficult to pass the Florida real estate exam if you are not getting all ten of the math questions right. I can not understand why anyone would go "try" the Florida real estate exam without watching all ten of these videos.  If you don't know how to compute deed stamps or compute per cent of profit or compute interest, you better be learning before you pay your $31.50.  Why would you go pay your money if you don't know how to do the three lot question or the storage bin problem?  They are all there on You Tube.

A big problem that many people have before their first attempt is underestimating the Florida real estate exam.  After you have failed it once, there is no excuse for underestimating this test.

You better be studying.  You better be studying the right stuff.  If you are still studying what is on the California test, change direction.  If Climer School of Real Estate can help you pass the next time, call us at 407 822 3926 or www.climerrealestateschool.com .

The Florida Real Estate Exam Review, An Added Benefit

All teachers and instructors have a "style" of teaching.  After thirty years of teaching, I have certainly developed one.  I have a high tolerance for people "blurting out" things in class.

I average about forty students in my Florida real estate exam review classes. You can see our picture on our Facebook page.  Half of these students are people that took my sixty hour FREC 1 class.  Half of them are people that took their  FREC 1 real estate class at another real estate school or took their real estate course online.  "My" students already know me and are familiar with my style of teaching.

About half the people in the room have already taken the Florida real estate exam at least once. In the class that I finished yesterday, I had several students that had, not only, taken the Florida real estate exam but they had also paid thirty five dollars to Pearson Vue to review their test.  When you go to review your test, Pearson Vue allows you to look at your Florida real estate exam for ninety minutes.  You can only see the questions that you missed.  They give you the correct answers.  You can not take notes.  You can leave a pencil and paper on the seat of your car that will be ready as soon as you leave.  All of my students that have already taken the Florida real estate exam and the ones that reviewed their tests were a wealth of information about the test.  As I teach, they would blurt out,"That is on the test".  Some of the students would raise their hand and elaborate on the details of the questions.  This is valuable information.  I am certain this conversation continued without me during the breaks and lunch.  This alone is worth the sixty dollar tuition to my two day Florida real estate exam course.

Most of my review students that took their Florida real estate course online from a foreign real estate school had no idea that the Florida real estate exam had a pass rate of twenty seven per cent last month.  http://ronclimer.blogspot.com/2013/05/what-is-pass-rate-for-florida-real.html  No one told them.  In my basic FREC 1 real estate course, I tell the students that the Florida real estate exam is tough.  I encourage them constantly to attend my two day review.  About half of my students attend the review and about half go pass the Florida real estate exam without the review.  We teach what is on the Florida real estate exam in our basic FREC 1 class.  We do not teach anything new in the review class.

It costs $31.50 to take the Florida real estate exam from Pearson Vue every time you take it.  Come join us at our next Florida real estate exam review.  The rapport with your fellow students is half the value.   www.climerrealestateschool.com
