The Florida Real Estate Exam Pass Fail Exam Statistics for January 2015 and for Calendar Year 2014 !

The State of Florida Calendar Year 2014 and the January 2015 State Exam Pass Fail Statistics

If you want to be on the ‘Pass’ side of the state’s Pass-Fail statistics, then you need to Take your Florida Real Estate Sales Associate 63 Hour Pre License Class at The Climer School of Real Estate, the Best Real Estate License School in Florida.

January 2015 Florida Real Estate Pass Fail Exam Performance Statistics

The State of Florida’s Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR) released their January 2015 Real Estate Exam Pass Fail Performance Summary. Once again, it was kind of dismal.
The January 2015 Florida Real Estate Exam Performance Summary

In January of 2015, a total of 2,150 individuals took their Florida Sales Associate Real Estate Exam for the first time. 1,123 passed or 52%. 1,0277 failed or 48%. This is absolutely right on the mark. Month-in and Month-out, the pass rate is between 48% and 52% meaning the fail rate is also between 48% and 52%.

2,606 took their Florida Sales Associate Real Estate Exam for a second or for a repeated time. Of this number, only 928 passed or 36% and 1,678 failed or 64%. This is also right on the mark every single month.

Only 168 people took their Florida Broker’s Real Estate Exam for the first time. An astonishing 63% passed or 105 of them. 63 failed the exam, or 38%. This is an unusual statistic. It is not typically that high of a first time pass rate.

213 people took their Florida Broker’s Real Estate Exam for a second or for a repeated time. Of this number, only 928 passed or 36% and 1,678 failed, or 64%. This is actually much more in line with past performances.

January 2014 Florida Real Estate Pass Fail Exam Performance Statistics

For the entire year of 2014, from January to December; a total of 27,661 hopefuls took their Florida Sales Associate Real Estate Exam for the first time. 13,957 passed, or 50%. 13,704 failed or 50%. This is stunning and telling.

30,024 took their Florida Sales Associate Real Estate Exam for a second or for a repeated time. Of this number, only 10,226 passed or 34% and 19,798 failed or 66%. There must be a reason for this.

2,215 people took their Florida Broker’s Real Estate Exam for the first time in 2014. Of this number, 1,255 passed or 105 or 57%. 960 failed the exam on their first attempt, or 43% for the year.

2,106 people took their Florida Broker’s Real Estate Exam for a second or for a repeated time. Of this, 793 passed or 38% and 1,313 failed, or 62%.

This was the one that we were offering that taught new agents what they needed to know before they selected their first Broker, and it included a lot of information regarding what they were going to experience in their lives, both personally and professionally. It will be from 3:30 to 5:30 and now has a special price of $29 including the manual. This class will focus on everything new agents need to know about how to select their first Broker. You will learn what "They "don't tell you. You will also learn the differences between real estate companies and brokers and the questions that you simply asking them before you make a career changing life decision. On the first Wednesday of our two week format Pre license class, we will be offering a special to our workshop that will focus on your 90 day Business Plan, your one year Goal Setting, and the areas of your life that you need to keep in balance. This monthly workshop will be completely FREE! you can show up every month if you like and get help with your business plan and your life goals. You will meet new like minded individuals that you will be able to network with, role-play, and develop with. How to get your Florida Real Estate License

How to get a Florida Real Estate License

The 4 Steps you Need to Know about getting your Florida Real Estate License.

Find out how to get your Florida Real Estate License at the Climer School of Real Estate!

Are you trying to find out how to get your Florida Real Estate License? If you want to get your Florida Real Estate Sales Associate License there are four steps that you have to complete. Eventually you have to complete all four steps but you don't have to do the same time or even necessarily in any particular order. At the Climer School of Real Estate, we have everything that you will need to successfully pass your Florida Real Estate Sales Associate Exam on your first try.

The first thing you have to do is make your application to the state of Florida. Specifically the Department of Business and Professional Regulation. Their website is www.MyFloridalicense.com.

You will need to go there and create your own record and fill out their application fill out the background information check, and send in the check for whatever the current these are. At the moment the fees only $89.

If you truly want to get your Florida Real Estate License, It is very important to fill out the questions in the background check as honestly as he possibly can. Whatever it is you think you've done is not as bad to the Florida Real Estate Commission as not telling them what happened. If you have ever been convicted of a crime found guilty of anything, plead guilty to anything, or plead no contest anything, you have to let the state of know on your application.

The second thing that you have to do is get your fingerprints taken. Your fingerprints must be taken by an entity who is authorized to take fingerprints for the DBPR and who will send them to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement, or the FDLE, and the Federal Bureau of Investigation, or the FBI. Once received the FDLE and the FBI will perform a criminal background check on you and send the results to the Department of Business and Professional Regulation.

The third step you must take is to sign up for an approved 63 hour sales associate pre-license class such as the one offered at the Climer School of Real Estate. You can find out more about our classes at www.ClimerRealEstateSchool.com.

You'll take a 60 hour class with a 3 hour class exam. You have to pass the class exam with a 70% or 70 right out of the 100 questions. When you achieve this you'll be given a course pass certificate.

The fourth and final step you must take to get your Florida real estate sales associate license is to register for and pass the state of Florida real estate examination. These test are administered at Pearson Vue.

Once you have completed steps one and two you will receive an email from Pearson Vue giving you an access link to create your test record. This will allow you to sign up for a testing slot. You'll be able to sign up for a Pearson Vue test slot before you have even taken your class however you will not be allowed to take the state exam until you have not only taken the 63 hour pre-license class but have passed it successfully and have your course has certificate in hand.

I highly suggest taking your 63 hour pre-license class at the Climer School of Real Estate. The Climer School of Real Estate is the best real estate school in the entire state of Florida. The November 2014 Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation Real Estate Pass Fail Exam Performance Statistics

The November 2014 Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation Real Estate Pass Fail Exam Performance Statistics

Take your Florida Real Estate Sales Associate 63 Hour Pre License Class at The Climer School, the Best Real Estate License School in Florida.
The Climer School of Real Estate wants you to pass on your first try!

By now you know, if you follow and read my blog, that the Florida Real Estate Commission has changed and updated the Real Estate Sales Associate 63 Hour Pre License Class Syllabus beginning on January 1st, 2015.

It is going to be interesting to review the monthly Pass Fail Statistics from the Exam Performance Summary Reports to watch and see if the historical Pass Fail rates change in an appreciable and measurable way. In the meantime, Pearson Vue and the Florida DBPR have released the November 2014 Pass Fail statistics.

In November of 2014, two thousand, two hundred, and seventy six individuals took the Florida Real Estate Sales Associate state test for the first time. One thousand, two hundred and twenty eight (1228) passed. This is a fifty four per cent pass rate (54%). One thousand and forty eight (1048) failed. This is a forty six per cent fail rate (46%).

While it seems that the pass percentage rate seems to be creeping up, the increase and the number is too small to indicate a trend. More data is needed.

The number of individuals who took the Florida Real Estate Sales Associate state test for the second or for a repeated time was two thousand, two hundred, and seventy six (2276). Of that number, eight hundred and four passed (804) or thirty five per cent (35%). The other one thousand, four hundred and seventy two failed (1472) or sixty five per cent (65%).

Two hundred and seven people (207) took the Florida Real Estate Broker’s state exam for the first time. One hundred and fifteen (115) or fifty six per cent (56%) passed and ninety two (92) or forty four per cent (44%) failed.

One hundred and ninety nine (199) people took the Florida Real Estate Broker’s state exam for a second of repeated time. Eighty four (84) or forty two per cent (42%) passed it and one hundred and fifteen (115) or fifty eight per cent (58%) failed it.

What is it about this exam that makes it so difficult? How come a higher percentage of test takers do not pass it? The state of Florida wants it this way. They construct their questions to purposefully fatigue and confuse the test taker. It is not necessarily the material and the content that is so hard.

I have heard from some many test takers that they felt that they absolutely knew the material but when they sat down at the Pearson Vue Testing Center, they thought they were reading a foreign language. Again, this is because the questions are designed to help you get it wrong.

This is why The Climer School of Real Estate works so hard and dedicates itself to helping you pass the state exam. Once you pass the state test, your whole life will change. And the best news of all, you will never have to worry about the weird stuff that you learn and have to study in your pre license class. This is a one time use skill set. Pass your exam and ninety nine per cent (99%) of everything you learned in the class will never come up again. Your real learning comes after you have your Real Estate Sales Associate License.

Until then, The Climer School has many tools to help you pass your exam on the first try. Check out our ClimerSchool Youtube video. The channel is ClimerSchool. We have a lot of Real Estate math videos and we have even more coming.

We have a new, FREE practice exam on our website, www.ClimerRealEstateSchool.com and we have even more new FREE practice exams coming also.

We have a fantastic 2 Day State Sales Associate Exam Review Class. This is a highly sought after class. Typically it is full and one third to one half of the students are from other schools. It is the only one of its kind in all of Florida much less central Florida.

We have an audio CD version of our 2 Day review class for those of you who spend a lot of time in the car and have plenty of spare time for a listening review.

We have a online video version of our 2 Day review class on http://climerschool.onlinereschool.com . This is the same as our old DVD version only it is now offered only on an online platform.

By now you can see that The Climer School of Real Estate wants you to pass your Real Estate exam. Check out the tools that I have listed and if you have any questions, contact the school at 407-822-3926 or email Andy Brown, the Head Instructor at Andy.ClimerREschool@gmail.com and send him your questions or concerns anytime. And Good Luck!
