What a Pearson Vue Manager told me about The Climer School of Real Estate

Pass Your Florida Real Estate Sales Associate Exam at Pearson Vue with The Climer School of Real Estate

What a Pearson Vue Manager told me (Andy Brown) about The Climer School of Real Estate, (the Best Real Estate License School in central Florida).

I regularly load up and give my students lots of subliminal and embedded commands for success on with their Florida Real Estate Sales Associate license exam. Much of it is real and the rest of it is ‘real’.

My students do extremely well on the state exam. I do not have exact numbers and the state would never give the exact numbers to me however I do believe with all my heart that my students who attend The Climer School of Real Estate pass their state real estate license exam at a much higher percentage rate than do students from any other school in the state. I can’t prove this but I believe this to be true absolutely.

The Climer School of Real Estate is the Best Real Estate School in central Florida

I hear this from other companies as well. Many well know companies will not let their people go anywhere else other than The Climer School.

There are some things that I tell my students that I believe to be true. I tell them because, since I believe it to be true, I also believe it will help them pass their state exam, make it easier for them.

There is one Pearson Vue center that seems to give my students a hard time. This really upset me. It upset me so much that I called this center and spoke to the manager. She gave me a hard time for telling my students some of the things that I do tell them.

I gave it right back to her. I told her that I did not want anyone from her center giving my students a hard time and increasing their stress and anxiety at all. I wanted them smiling at them, saying hello, and walking them to their testing kiosk.

She actually asked me why I told them these things. And I told her, “it’s to set them up for positive expectations of success.”

Here is the crazy, ironic part: Almost in the same sentence, as soon as she was done scolding me for the fifth time and asking me, “why are you telling them these things?” for the fifth time, she actually said,

“Well, you’re doing something right. Your students seem to pass the exam at a really high rate! We all know when we see someone walk in to test with a Climer School of Real Estate tee shirt on that they will probably leave with a pass certificate.”

I almost fainted on the phone.

I didn’t say this to her but I wanted to say, “and WHY do you keep asking me why I do what I do?”

THAT’S WHY I DO WHAT I DO!

I am really not trying to brag but I am a master at what I do. I am a master at preparing my students to pass their Florida Real Estate Sales Associate license exam at Pearson Vue on their first try.

I have so many people coming to my 2 Day state exam sales review to clean up the mess made by their cheap, discount schools that have absolutely no idea what they are doing. They read the text book and call that ‘teaching’. Reading a textbook, telling you where to highlight, and taking your money is not teaching. I wish they would come to my class instead. I hate the fact that they are wasting their money at these inferior schools.

Not to mention, you do not want to become an expert on this textbook. You want to become an expert on passing the state exam, and then forget about the textbook completely.

I know that Pearson Vue is not allowed to publicly support one school over another. However when the manager of one of the sites tells me this over the phone, I am going to let everyone that I can know about it. Seriously, if you want to pass your exam on your first try, then you need to come to my school.

Attend The Climer School of Real Estate. Find out why we are widely considered to be the best real estate school in central Florida. Ask for me, Andy Brown. Find out why I am widely considered to be the best real estate instructor in central Florida. I will say this publicly, to anyones’ face with no hesitation or concern. You owe it to yourself to come in and find out why!

The Climer School of Real Estate is the Best Real Estate School in central Florida!

If you've ever thought about getting your real state license, you should know that not all real estate schools are the same. Your end goal should be passing the state of Florida License Test. Everything you do leads up to that. You are not legal to perform real estate services for other people for big compensation until this is done.

If you are not with the school who makes that their focus and who truly prepares you to test the state exam, and you are at the wrong place and you are wasting your money.

The reason why the Climer School of Real Estate has such an extraordinary reputation is because we are the best at this.

Andy Brown, well known as The Best Real Estate Instructor in Central Florida, is well-known for not only his incredible and unique teaching style but also for his proprietary tips, tricks, and techniques that will help you pass your state exam as soon as possible. No other school and no other instructor in all of Florida teaches what he teaches you.

Andy Brown is well known as the Best Real Estate Instructor in central Florida!

The Climer School of Real Estate has a well-known State Exam 2 Day review class, often called “the Cram Course”. We regularly have 50 to 80 students in his class. One third to one half of these students come from other schools. They come see Andy Brown so that he can clean the mess made by the other schools. Almost all of them vent, publicly and in front of the rest of the class, about how bad you schools and teachers are. I heard this about every other school in the area.

So he knows exactly what's going on and he knows that the other schools do not teach their students to pass the state exam. They teach them to pass the textbook, which is a very bad idea. This is idiotic.

This is also exactly why if you are going to spend your money and take your time to take the mandatory, required class; then go to the only school that makes sense – The Climer School of Real Estate in Orlando. If you have any questions about this class, about upcoming classes, or about anything going on at The Climer School, call and talk to Pam or Susan at 407-822-3926 (EXAM), or visit us at our website www.ClimerRealEstateSchool.com

The Florida DBPR's Monthly Real Estate Exam Performance Pass-Fail Performance Summary

The Florida DBPR Real Estate Exam Pass Fail Rates

The April 2015 DBPR Real Estate Exam Monthly Pass Fail Rates from The Climer School of Real Estate, the Best Real Estate License School in Florida.

The Climer School of Real Estate in Orlando is the Best Real Estate School in Florida

Once again, Pearson Vue has published its monthly real estate exam performance summary. The month of April 2015 does not have any surprises.

From April 1, 2015 through April 30 2015, a total of 2,585 individuals took the Florida sales associate real estate exam for their first time. 1,333 passed and 1,252 failed. This is a pass rate of 52% and a fail rate of 48%.

2,788 individuals took their Florida sales associate real estate exam for a second or for a repeated time. A total of 977 passed and 1,811 failed. This is a pass rate of 35% and a fail rate of 65%.

What is going on? I still say that the state of Florida and the Department of Business and Professional Regulation (the DBPR) want these pass fail rates. The data base is too high. Month in and month out we seem to have approximately a 50% pass rate. Month in and month out we have approximately a 34% pass rate for individuals who taken the exam more than once.

In April 2015, 175 individuals took their Florida real estate broker exam for the first time. 94 of them passed and 81 of them failed. This is a pass rate of 54% and a fail rate of 46%.

174 individuals took their Florida real estate broker exam for a second or for a repeated time. 70 of them passed and 104 of them failed. This is a pass rate of 40% and a fail rate of 60%.

Again, this is about the same pass fail percentage rates as always. It's not that the content is difficult, it's that the way the state words the questions are so tricky.

Andy Brown, Head Instructor at the Climer School of Real Estate in Orlando, teaches his students that once you are sitting at your kiosk at Pearson Vue in the testing center, the content that you know is only half of the battle. Beating the state exam question writers at their own game is the other half.

Andy Brown teaches his students his proprietary “Tips, Tricks, and Techniques” to beat the state exam. And he gets great results. There are good reasons why Andy Brown is considered the best real estate instructor in Florida.

And by the way, the pass fail rates for individuals taking their Florida real estate instructors license exam is not much better. As an example in April 2015, seven people took the instructors license exam for the first time. Four people passed and three people failed. This is a pass rate of 57% and a fail rate of 43%.

12 people took the Florida real estate instructors exam for a second or for a repeated time. Four of them passed and eight of them failed. This is a pass rate of only 33% and a fail rate of 67%.

Are you thinking of getting your Florida real estate sales associate or brokers license? If you are, then you owe it to yourself to give yourself the best chance possible of passing the state exam on your first try. The only way to do this is to take one of Andy Brown's classes at the Climer School of Real Estate.

Oddly enough, those individuals who are trying to get a Florida real state license through mutual recognition only have to take it only on the Florida real estate laws and rules. They are doing a little bit better however, that is what I think they should be doing.

In April 2015, 45 people to the Florida real estate laws and rules exam for the first time. 28 people passed and 17 people failed. This is a pass rate of 62% and a fail rate 38%.

Another 23 people took this exact same exam for a second or a repeated time. 12 of them passed and 11 of the failed. This is a pass rate of 52% and a fail rate of 48%.

While this is a little better, first I think it should need much better. Second I think at the very least these pass fail rates should be more like what the sales associate and meet broker exam pass fail rates reflect. That's just me.

I love helping people pass the state exam. That's how I built my reputation and why my reputation is as good as it is. Let me help you pass your state exam on your first try.

The March 2015 Florida DBPR Real Estate Sales Associate and Broker License Pass Fail Exam Performance Summary

March 2015 Florida Real Estate Sales Associate State Exam Pass Fail Performance Summary

The March 2015 Sales Associate State Exam Pass Fail rates are still abysmal. If you want to give yourself the best chance at passing this exam on your first try, then you need to take your Florida Real Estate Sales Associate 63 Hour Pre License Class at The Climer School, the Best Real Estate License School in Orlando.

The Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR) of Florida published the March 2015 Real Estate Exam Pass Fail statistics based on the results of the statewide performances. As usual, the numbers leave a lot to be desired.

March 2015 saw two thousand, five hundred, and eighty three prospective real estate sales associates taking the real estate exam for the first time. Only one thousand, three hundred and eighty five passed or fifty four percent. One thousand, one hundred, and ninety eight failed or forty six percent. This is a teeny bit higher than last year’s averages. Last year the pass rate was consistently between 48% and 52% and the exam failure rate was between 48% and 52%.

In March 2015, two thousand, five hundred and twenty eight people took their Florida Sales Associate Real Estate Exam for a second or for a repeated time. Out of these, eight hundred and seventy three passed the exam, or thirty five percent and one thousand, six hundred and fifty five failed it or sixty five percent. This actually is about the same percentages as last year. Only 168 people took their Florida Broker’s Real Estate Exam for the first time. An astonishing 63% passed or 105 of them. 63 failed the exam, or 38%. This is an unusual statistic. It is not typically that high of a first time pass rate.

March 2015 also saw one hundred and eighty three licensees take their Florida Broker's License exam for the first time. Of this number, one hundred and ten passed, or sixty percent (60%) and seventy three failed or forty percent (40%).

Another one hundred and sixty two took their Florida Broker's License exam for a second or for a repeated time. Only sixty five passed or forty percent (40%) and ninety seven failed or sixty percent (60%).

It is not an easy thing to pass Florida's Sales Associate or Broker's License Real Estate Exam much less on the first try. If you want to give yourself the very best chance of passing on your first try, then you need to enroll in one of the classes at The Climer School of Real Estate. The Four Steps to Getting Your Florida Real Estate Sales Associate License

How Do I Get My Real Estate License from The Climer School of Real Estate

The Steps To Get Your Florida Real Estate License from The Climer School, the Best Real Estate License School in Florida.

”How Do I Get My Florida Real Estate License?” I get asked this all the time. While a Florida Real Estate License is a fantastic thing to have, it is not the easiest thing in the world to get and there are four specific steps that you must do to achieve this goal.

The First Step is to go to the www.MyFloridaLicense.com website. This is the official website for the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation, or the DBPR. There is an application that you must fill out completely and honestly, and a fee that must be sent in to the DBPR. Currently, the fee is only $89 although that is subject to change at the decision of the Florida Real Estate Commission (FREC).

Andy Brown and Pam Matera at The DBPR in Tallahassee

You must disclose if you have ever plead guilty to, been convicted of, been found guilty of, or plead no contest to anything other than a routine, minor traffic violation. Most everything in this category will not keep you from getting your Real Estate License however not disclosing everything will keep you from getting your Florida Real Estate License. The FREC is looking for acts that would prove to them that someone cannot be trusted with the general public’s safety, well-being, and money.

The Second Step is to have your fingerprints taken and sent to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (the FDLE) and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (the FBI). The FDLE will conduct a Florida criminal background check and send the results to the DBPR for review. The FBI will conduct a national criminal background check and send the results to the DBPR for review.

Do Not get your fingerprints taken just anywhere because it is cheap, or cheaper. Your fingerprints must be taken by an entity who is certified and approved to take them on behalf of the DBPR. The Climer School of Real Estate has someone who comes in every class and will take care of this step for you for only $60. This seems to be the lowest price anywhere for this required service. By the way as soon as the DBPR reviews and approves your application, and you have sent your required fee, and the DBPR reviews and approves your state and federal criminal background checks, you will be approved to take your state Real Estate Examination at a Pearson Vue Testing Center. You can sign up for your state exam but you will not be allowed to take it until you successfully complete Step 3.

The Third Step is to sign up for and take your mandatory required 63 Hour Florida Real Estate Sales Associate Pre-License Class, and pass the Class Examination at the end of the class. This is what the Climer School of Real Estate specializes in.

The Climer School is the Best Real Estate License School in Orlando and the Best Real Estate License School in central Florida. Andy Brown, the Head Instructor and the Director of Education and Training is the Best Real Estate Instructor in Florida as well as the Best Real Estate Instructor in Orlando and the Best Real Estate Instructor in central Florida. He prepares you to pass your state of Florida Real Estate Sales Associate Test better than any other instructor in Florida. His students pass the state exam on their first try at an extremely high percentage rate. At the moment, the Climer School of Real Estate is also the lowest price Real Estate License School anywhere. You should sign up now as prices may go up a bit in July of 2015.

The Climer School of Real Estate is the Best Real Estate School in central Florida

The Fourth Step is to register for and pass your Florida Real Estate Sales Associate State Exam at a Pearson Vue Testing Center. This will cost you $31.50. This is your last and most difficult step. You must get a score of 75% or better to pass. The pass fail rate is around 50 % for first time test takers. It is an extremely difficult test to pass.

This is The Climer School’s and Andy Brown’s specialty and expertise. Besides preparing you to pass the Florida Real Estate Sales Associate State exam, Andy has about 20 proprietary tips, tricks, and techniques to help you prepare and successfully take and pass the state exam. He does not think that any other instructor at any other school know his 20 proprietary tips, and he does not want them to know. They are not in any Climer School Youtube video. You will have to come to his class if you want to know them. If you want to get your Florida Real Estate License, check our schedule and come to his class. You will not be sorry.
